Pros: Very supportive and flexible. Owner adjusted check-out time for me because I had to leave early in the next morning.
Cons: I did not see any major issue. One of the reading lights did not work, but it was not a problem to me at all.
Pros: A convenient stop when traveling by side roads.
Cons: Everything is fine except for lack of air-conditioning. Also, it is difficult to find a meal within walking distance.
Pros: location, breakfast
Cons: noise from the street
Pros: Spacious entrance hall was really surprising and nice. The room and bathroom are OK and the wellness is perfect. Staff is very helpful and nice. Location is great, right in the town center. Breakfast - big variety.
Cons: The parking system is a bit complicated. We got the space in parking place but places are limited so maybe coming other day and later it wont be sure to have a parking place.
Pros: We were in room 215 which was a corner room that looked straight onto the square with a direct view of the fantastic church. This was unexpected as I always thought a "classic room" was just a nice way of describing the cheap seats with a view of the car park. We had stayed in another place the night before that was road-facing and I barely slept as it was too hot without the window open and too noisy with it open. The French bed was two singles pushed together to make a double which was fine, barely a gap between them. The mattress seemed too soft at first but was very comfortable. Choice of pillows was great as I currently suffer from hip pain due to being a bit of an arthritic lard-ass at the mo, so the smaller pillow was just right to pop between my knees and keep my legs parallel :) The bathroom was compact and as mentioned already just a tad on the hot and moist side, but the shower was good, although the head could do with replacing or just descaling. The toilet roll holder is one of those Tork things you get in pubs and subsequently end up pulling tiny pieces of paper off and pushing the whole roll up over and over again just to get a few sheets in one go. However the lock is rubbish and can be easily picked with a pair of tweezers, so just open it up and take the roll out. There's 3 different language info cards in the room plus a feedback sheet, so they really are trying their best. I note from other reviews and responses that things have been dated and a bit rubbish in the past but renovations are ongoing; our room was fine: the carpet could pass as new and certainly felt clean, there are a few bits of peeling paint and a crack or two in the corners, but the TV was flat-screen and the furniture was subtle and functional. The wellness area, whilst indeed small (there's no pool) is very new and shiny and the saunas are great - quite a choice and well made.
Cons: There is no air-conditioning as already mentioned, but they will supply an electric upright fan to your room if you ask at reception. It would be a good idea to have them in rooms already, as I only knew to ask for one after reading reviews... some people "don't want to fuss" and thus suffer. It can get very warm, especially in the bathroom. Also the adjoining room door freaked me out a little but there was no noise problem from neighbours.
Pros: The wellness was first class we have booked again to go back excellent
Pros: decent breakfast
Cons: beds were firm (good), but the springs caused an uneven rest
Pros: Very good breakfast The personnel was very gentle The room was good If you ask, the personal hotel give you a document to put in your car in order to use the car park from 30m to the hotel

Pros: We loved everythings: room, really good food, terrass, location, everything.
Cons: Nothing, it was really perfect
Pros: The room was very great, stylish and cool. We especially liked the bath tube in the living room. Everything near by, nice staff, and awsome location.
Cons: The aircon was somewhat noisy and we did not understand how to set it up correctly. The bed matrace was for my taste a bit to soft.

Pros: The building has got a lot of potential as it spreads this old-stylish-charm. The hotel is located pretty close to the center (just a couple of minutes) and basically around the corner of the famous köszeg castle and it is very silent there.
Cons: We arrived in the late morning 10:45 at the hotel but no one was there. We tried to call the owner but no one picked up the phone (and also none called back). Taking a closer on the reception desk we noticed that there were two keys put on the table with names written on small pieces of paper...one of them was ours. Thinking that we might be too early we decided to have a massage and lunch in the center of Köszeg. At 14:00 we returned to the hotel and yet none was there to ask so we just took the keys. The room itself was ok. Under the bed was an empty bottle and the shower was not totally clean and the exhauster was full of dust which is actually a no-go for guests with an allergy. On the wall there was some kind of water spot. Hopefully nothing was leaking. The television was on the cupboard and there was no bed table. Sleeping was ok but we woke up with a nice back pain. As we "officially" checked out next morning the reception was yet unmanned. So I really hope the hotel doesnt ask for local tax because....seriously...for what service?
Pros: We got no room cleaning, and fresh towels and toilette paper only once during our 1 week stay, only because I complained. No daily staff. It is impossible to sit on the toilette straight, because there is the wall. The shower is too tiny, hard to turn around. Threshold is loose, prone to accident. Staircase is in very bad condition, also prone to accident. No AC. No iron, no hairdryer. I traveled around the world, but ir was THE WORST accommodation I ever experienced.
Pros: Mostly clean room with good heating system, nice view from the balcony, perfect for sleeping. Very good location.
Cons: The room is too small for two persons. TV and WiFi were not working.
