Great beach front location. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Some members of staff were not very friendly, specially during breakfast. The quality of the coffee served during breakfast was not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel.
making love to my brazilian girlfriend no nothing
The swimming pool and the breakfest are wonderful, Prices and variety in the restaurants are not that good.
Las piscinas, muy cómodas las instalaciones El menú podría ser más variado, precios muy elevados especialmente el agua, que está 10 veces más Caro que en un supermercado.
Very good breakfast selection Not exactly 5 star. The decor is distinctly tired in places.
the pools the furniture is a little old for the high price they charge
Everything. The hotel is wonderful, beautiful location, great food, amazing pools ... my family enjoyed everything. We definitely reccomend it. No air conditioning in the fitness room.
i paid for ethernet, which was terrible, i am in Rio de janerio, and wi fi is free & excellant. @ princess hotel where i stay 3 times a year my only complaint with serhs. the facility was nice. the ethernet was a rip off.
The swimming pools, the breakfast buffet, the view, the staff very flexible and helpful, offered me an earlier check in and also the room change, once I informed them the room did not match my reservation. The abusive prices for the excursions organized by the hotel, the buggy trip was 100 reais more expensive than the normal price, besides that the buggy driver charged me for the ferry transfer, which is included on the price, but after communication to the hotel staff, they refunded me the money.
The proximity to the seaside and the large pool complex are the highlights of this hotel. Breakfeast has many different options.
the spa and the pool area, breakfast buffet was great the other restaurants at the resort were not good, expensive crappy buffet
Location and facilities/pool area are excellent Basically, the hotel is showing its age. It claims to be a 4/5 star facility, but it's hardly a 3 in our opinion. The rooms need to be refurbished and cleaned up. It's time for better beds adn bedding, the bathrooms need lots of work. Same for the hotel facilities in general like the restaurants and bars. We were there during the World Cup 2014 for the US game so paid premium for our stay. But had it not being for the game and the fact that hotel rooms were hard to come by, I would not have stayed there for the price.
Above avarage breakfast, nice caipirinhas in the hotel bar across the street lousy beds, noisy rooms - one can understand every conversation held next door, terrible cleaning service - towels were not changed not even after leaving them on the floor, i suspect the same of the bedlinnen, all in all this hotel is not worth the price I paid
It is a high quality hotel with large well-maintained rooms It is not an ideal location for beach time,. Although it is near the beach and overlooks the ocean, the hotel is more suited for business people than nice walks on the beach. We moved to the Ponta Negra part of Natal for our last few nights and had a better time.
It was what we was expecting.
Internet usage in the room was free or if you had to use their computers, it was very cheap. The variety of swimming pools and chair service at the beach service was por for a 5 Star hotel.. small mishaps happened every day of our stay, from blocked toilet to air con problemsd and lack of towels at the swimming pool even with the hotel at 50% of its capacity. Kids club girls bring the kids to play in the sasme area as the adults were enjoying drinks and watching a samba show..
Good position: all rooms with sea view. Room with all facilities for disable people. Breakfast is regular. Staff did not provide information about hotel in the checkin (place of breakfast, place of pools, etc). The breakfast is not good enough for the price.
the hotel staff was fantastic. very helpful and accommodating. the common areas in the facility were nice - the pools were great and there were options for the beach. there were no bugs in the beds (the location we were at prior to this one had them!) and the tv and air conditioning worked. the rooms were decent size. the location was challenging. there were few options to get there other than taxi - so that was expensive if you intend to come & go. for this reason it was nice they had food on-location, but the food was just okay. breakfast was rather good though, and included free, so that helped!
Staff very friendly, good location, good food, I had to pay for internet
Breakfast was good. The hotel location is very nice if you want a quiet beach. The hotel was being painted and repaired. The room they gave us at first was in the construction area and very noisy early in the morning, The air conditioner was loud and did not work properly. The next day we complained, and the staff gave us another room, which was much better.
Location. This hotel has a direct access with the main street of Ponta Negra and many access points to the beach nearby. Very safe location and close to several restaurants and bars and local attractions. Beds were stiff, but that is to be expected in most hotels abroad. At one point early in the morning, there was no hot water and I had to take a cold shower. Other than that, the staff was welcoming and helpful with directions and questions about the area
The cleanliness and the position along the Ponta Negra Strip no
The hotel is right on a beautiful white-sand beach, with great swimming waters. It's a short walk down the boardwalk to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff are very helpful and courteous, the pool-side bar is great for drinks, lunch, dinner, etc... The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious!
My stay on the hotel was very exciting. I have staied there for 5 days and the hotel, the nature, the seaview was so perfect that I almost went out the hotel and spent the majority of my time on the pools drinking capirinhas The internet daily rate, r$20 ~ £6.5, is too expensive for a very simple service. It is not a value for money.
A first class breakfast. Very pleasant and attentive staff. The smell from the pipe flowing onto the beach near one of the pools
We had a very good time!! Excellent!
One of the best hotels i have visited in hollydays last 25 years. Exellent staff and service. We will come back!
The staff were very helpful. The room was better than expected. I did not think the breakfast was googd enough.
Nice rooms, excellent restaurant with view on the ocean, excellent staff. Staff at reception desk could hardly speak English, which led to a few misunderstanding. Our room was a bit small for the price.
We loved how clean the hotel was and how nice and helpful the staff was. The breakfast was a bit light in terms of enough food selections... but the restaurant was excellent! The atmosphere was romantic and on the entire beach this was as nice as any small hotel there was to see. It is not a place for children. Very safe area and hotel. The particular room we stayed in was right over the kitchen... and even though the staff was quiet in the morning in terms of talking... there was enough noise with food preparation to wake us up at 5am. But we kind of new this going in and so we dealt with it.
The hotel is very charming and the staff makes a great effort to please the guests. Access to beach is fantastic too. Internet connection was very slow and unreliable.
I liked the staff most of all. The local decoration, good food, the coziness of the hotel, a varanda overlooking the courtyard and beach. It is close enough to the city center without having to stay in the center.
Located (in my opinion) in the best spot on the beach, the hotel is charming and quirky with warm and freindly staff. The food in the open plan restaurant was some of the best i have ever tasted, especially the seafood. After previously staying at the Pestana and Rifoles (both on Ponta Negra beach) i will be returning to the Manary in future.
