luxury, clean and very modern.
Quiet place Polite staff
The room was excellent and included kitchen facilities. It was very centrally located, and we enjoyed our stay there The door and full height glass window opened to the driveway, which meant we had to rely on the aircon. I would have preferred a window through which we could have accessed fresh air
convenient location, good size rooms, very clean and comfortable. hear every move, outside, upstairs, no control over guests making a noise. no one on site after 7.p.m.
We loved the location with delightful, simple, elegant, uncluttered Zen like atmosphere. Unfortunately, could hear guests in other rooms, and they werent being noisy!
A beautiful, comfortable, and quiet hotel in an beautiful setting. The views from the balcony and the restaurant are incredible, and having a swim while overlooking the valleys and hills is an unforgettable experience. The restaurant staff is not exactly welcoming if you want to have a coffee/tea outside lunch or dinner hours (but they made up for that at dinner). And why was the bar closed?
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay there. the views were spectacular and the atmosphere was very relaxing. N/A
The scenic outlook, the mountains and the quietness.
The views and gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful. We stayed for a friends wedding, and the ceremony was out in the gardens. Absolutely gorgeous. The scenery was breath taking. Yes. We were advised that check in was 02:00pm at the latest, however when I arrived at 03:00pm our room was not ready. I had to wait for cleaners to finish in my room before I could go in and that was about 03:20pm. I still had to get ready for the wedding so this was extremely stressful. Also, you had two temperatures to chose from in the shower. Scolding hot, or freezing cold. Many of our friends who also stayed overnight for the wedding said that they experienced the same problem. The breakfast buffet the next day was very disappointing. There weren't many of us (3 tables), but we had to ask staff for more plates, glasses, juice, bread, and pastries as they ran out.
