The staff!
There was only instant coffee at breakfast, no espresso, not even americano was an option. And the bar serving real coffee only opens at 10am. Luckily there are cantinas nearby where we could get it every morning. The furniture and fittings were of very poor quality. There was no option to postpone /skip room cleaning, which I'd have preferred, as we didn't spend much time in the room, we could ease the staff's duties and be more eco-friendly as well.

Staff of bar, dining and reception were very welcome and nice.
Rooms could be cleaned properly at least every second day. In 7 days of staying no one even moped the floor in the room, no one even checked the balcony.

Alex from the reception could use some proper training about how guests are welcomed when they arrive. Save your money and go get your breakfast elsewhere...staff in the restaurat, security and the cleaning ladies are all lovely and welcoming though!
