There is nothing that was nice specifically. The Pool was ok I guess. Staff was nice enough. Apart from that the bad outweighted the good by far.
This is not a 4 star hotel. Far from it. Worst first. The rooms: - Horrible smell. Like sewage. Every room. Won't go away. - Imagine sleeping in a stinky toilet for the entirety of your stay. - Staff couldn't do anything about it. Food: Never made the breakfast but the dinner buffet was extremely poor: - Layout and design of dining room was just like a university canteen. - Food tastes of nothing. Literally nothing. - All around sad faces shoving food into their faces. - There were long queues for the grill on top of everything with a very small selection of dishes overall. Bar: - Bar tender were nice but super slow. - There is a process to enable booking all drinks on the room. Takes 30min and running back and forth. Pool: - Pool itself was OK. - To get towels, you need to buy a voucher for a tenner at reception. Which takes 20min and then find the pool towel guy who is hiding at the bar. This is ridiculous. Overall, a very poor show.
