The rooms were more or less standard, the staff helpful and the ambiance in the bar/lounge quite pleasant This is not the first time I have had this issue and I know that other customers have too, you arrive on a pre-paid arrangement, proof of payment in hand but their "management" does not have same proof in their system and more or less refuse to check you in. They really need to jack up that part of their system. It is both annoying and embarrassing to be made to look like you are trying to get a free ride. There is clearly an issue with the management of payments via third parties, maybe they need to find a way to automatically generate an e-mail to the customer when the transaction has been completed online or somehow find a way to put an end to this problem. So, I ended up making a second payment and now have to deal with getting a refund.
