10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and friendly owner who went out of her way to make you feel welcome.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Travelling with an active dog is a challenge and this property took some of the stress away. It has a huge front lawn, like an acre, and the resident Collie dog, Scotty, is happy to play and socialise with other dogs. For me there was a pool at the back of the house that overlooked the Swan river with a path leading down to the banks. The hostess was very genial and just went along with anything I did. If I wanted breakfast and to sit in the wood fire heated living room of an evening, browsing the bookshelves, drinking tea and chatting she was great company or if I chose to stay in my room and watch tv she never intruded. The 'dog room' I stayed in had it's own patio doors facing a little patio area with seating and a large variety of plants and foliage. It also had a gate I could lock and the dog was then kept in a smaller area close to me. A short walk took me to the row of historical shops selling home made baked goods, a variety of artisanal products and an eclectic assortment of second hand wares. It was also a hop skip and a jump to the local wine region, the Swan valley.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the property was excellent and the host - Lesley, was very friendly and outgoing, and only too willing to please. The location was also excellent and I would recommend this property to anybody.
Cons: Nil
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Leslie, Scottie, garden and riverfront setting.
Cons: We would have liked waste baskets and kleenex in bathroom facilities and in room. Maps and particularlyahand drawn very local map would be helpful. Because of the cul de sac, Google instructions are confusing. Leaving should start with L or R on North Road.

7.9 Good
Pros: The place is nice and secluded and far enough away that you weren't disturbed by traffic noise. The abundant birdlife and peaceful setting was idyllic. Luckily we were the only ones there that night so had the place to ourselves. Not sure how quiet it would be if the place was full.
Cons: The basic kitchen was a challenge to begin with but we adapted and overcame our initial impression.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location for our needs was perfect.
Cons: The trees on the drive were overgrown and scraped over our car. The eftpos didn’t work. Cobwebs all over the ceiling, the bedding, lounge, chair and bed cushions are old and dusty, 1/3 of a bottle of water in the fridge should have been filled or left empty. Coffee, tea and sugar canisters need updating. They’re like old coffee jars. It has the structure of being a fantastic B&B but it’s been rundown. Disappointing that’s it’s got like this. We appreciated being able to check in early, thank you.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Delightful spacious cottages hidden away in a natural forest setting. Original design, good full kitchen with stove and large fridge and plenty of equipment and utensils. Airconditioned. Guest laundry. Outstanding outdoor areas, including a gazebo in the native gardens, barbecues and a campfire each night, lit by the host. A very peaceful place to stay, lots of flowers and native birds, but close to Perth, and ten minute drive to Mundaring shops.
Cons: Access along a narrow winding track would be difficult for larger vehicles. Second bedroom is not able to be closed off from the livingroom, which might be a privacy issue for some.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and facilities, plus friendly staff and local amenities.
7.5 Good

Cons: A bit nervous about the car parked outside with smashed windows, especially since someone wrote a review about having car contents stolen. But we were fine.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Possibly should be a backpacker hostel rather than an Ibis ... very very basic amenities and possibly a little over priced for what you get
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Unfortunately very disappointed. Room very small, only one chair, one power point, had to place personal items on the floor
Cons: Not enough carparking, most spaces taken up by vehicles that may not have been staying at hotel, cars parked two and three deep. With dust on them that would be weeks old. Read above for room feedback
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was close to the airport which is what we needed. Fast food locations close by as well which made it easy to grab dinner/breakfast. Perfect for what we needed it for.
