Pros: Tractor and quad driving, nice staff, beautiful landscape. Perfect wifi.
Cons: We really liked everything
Pros: Liked the large kitchen diner with settee. Lots of counter space and kitchen equipment. The saucepans were heavy bottomed and good quality. The shower and basin were new, as was the very useful Indesit washing machine. There is plenty of hanging space in the bedrooms and two good sized drawers in the bed side tables. There is a desk with chair in both bedrooms. There is a good local map we used all the time and lots of information on local activities.
Cons: It was on the first floor with a very small roof terrace. (we thought it was on the ground floor) There was a 6 foot wooden fence dividing it from the next roof terrace with no room to walk behind the table. It impeded the view and was terribly hot as the other side the chairs were against the whitewashed house wall. Also only one loo and the towels were rough. No sunloungers.
Pros: Very nice for children, including lots of toys and a playground Large, fully-equiped appartment, including a washing machine Very quiet, end-of-the village location
Cons: The terraces of the appartments are close to each other, so in case one of the neighbours is noisy, everybody can hear that; luckily not in our case :)
Pros: the place is in a beautiful locatoin with very helpful hosts, comfortable and well-equipped
Cons: the place is at a bigger distance from Semmering than the descriptions says ("Semmering is 20 km from Ferienhof Gruber"), it took us almost an hour and 47,9 km exactly to get there and back every day, which was not what we planned for and is misleading in the page.
Pros: Quite big space everything you need is there
Cons: It’s a 40min drive to the slopes
Pros: Friendly owner!
Pros: Location is petfect, host was very friendly. Rooms were clean and confortable, just as on the pictures. Walking distance to many hiking routes. 15 min by the next restautant. We ordered breakfast and it was a good decision.
Cons: All was great, no negative things.
Pros: Fully equipped kitchen, nice rooms, 2 toilets, dishwasher and washing machine
Cons: Missing insects screens

Cons: That I didn’t find it earlier on previous trips
Pros: Lovely, traditional spirit in a modern form - this comfortable guesthouse/ hotel is located in a charming countryside. You can enjoy local specialties in the restaurant downstairs, rooms are very clean and I suppose, renovated recently. Comfort plus rooms are quite big, amenities around well cared of and personnel amazing - very kind and helpful, made us feel relaxed and welcomed. We were offered local wine and it was delicious! We will recommend to our friends as a great place to stay - not only as a stop during a long journey, but also as a calm location near Vienna.
Pros: Kind staff nice looking modern oriented hotel with clean rooms. Price optimised and great value for money. So was the breakfast. Optimised, fresh and tasty. Nothing excesive... Bathroom was good, spacious and clean. Hotel has its own parking and is a great starting point to visit Viena. But be ware of the traffic jam in rush hours ;) And did I mention the garden...
Pros: Very supportive and cultural hotel team, good breakfast however always need to ask for some missing dishes (do not tell anybody :)
Pros: Excellent restaurant and very nice staff.
Pros: Great hotel and great service (-:
Pros: Breakfast was good but it could be pleasantly to have something warm to eat. Nice neighborhood, clean rooms. Good place for short stay e.g. if you go or come back from Croatia or Slovenia. Near motorway and supermarket.
Cons: I booked room with two separate beds and 1 sofa (3 persons room) but I received double room without sofa.
Pros: it was Clean, new furniture
Cons: Wasnt warm meal at breakfast
Cons: Booked on booking.com for 67 euros and got charged 80 euros
Pros: Nice, very clean room next to nice places (Johannesbachklamm, Hohe Wand, Schneeberg). The bathroom was built with high standards. Some of the staff spoke Hungarian.
Cons: We were able to darken the door using shutter, but interestingly can not do the same in the shower room and a glass door was between the two rooms. The bed was a bit hard. We missed a small fridge. The car park was just enough, full each night.

Cons: Bathroom and toiled shared with other room, but on the end no issue at all. Everything clean. Limited possibilities to buy food, need to travel to other place, but not big distance.
Pros: Nicest hosts ever, so helpful.
Pros: It was peaceful and quiet. The fan made a lot of difference on the hot days. The owners communicated fluently in English.
Cons: The area was almost deserted at this time of the year (end July/beginning August). We kept searching for places to eat out and most of them were closed.
Pros: Location near Hohe Wand.
Pros: Nice staff, good place and tidy rooms.
Pros: - friendly owner - availability of games, maps, books, guides etc - perfect location for tourist, climbers,.. - cosy room with a small bathroom - good equipped shared kitchen - private parking
Pros: The kitchen is very well equipped.
Pros: Friendly helpful people. Comfortable bed
Cons: Sloping roof which was easy to bang your head on
Pros: Access to kitchen. Beautiful countryside location.
Cons: Single room fairly small.
Pros: Everything was perfect! Breakfast, bed, room was clean and comfortable, parking! Fresh air from the nature around. Highly recommended. Host was very friendly and provided me lot of information about the area.

Pros: Great hotel and very clean
Pros: Good location, easy to find.
Cons: Flies on the breakfast area.
Cons: Tiny utilitarian rooms, long poky hallways
Pros: Hospitality of the owners, very clean and well held, superior breakfast! Perfect!
Pros: The staff were really helpful and very friendly, especially the lovely Polish lady when I checked in. Also helped in printing a couple of e-mails.
Cons: I asked cost of dog before arriving but didn't get a reply. At €15 quite expensive and rather a surprise as usual cost between €5-10. I don't mind paying extra but would like to know cost when I book or at least get reply from hotel.
Cons: The breakfast room was very crowded and there was no warm food. Also I had to walk "miles" to get to my room.
Pros: Staff was friendly, parking was good and had space for electric cars. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: This is not a hotel for handicapped if you stay in the cheaper rooms. They are in the old part of the hotel and you have to go up about 20 stairs to reach rooms. If you stay in the new business part, more expensive rooms there is stairs and an elevator.Rooms are nice and large but might have a step up to bathroom area. Restaurant breakfast was excellent but general menu limited to chicken and pork dishes and some vegetarian. If you have a room overlooking the street it can be noisy if you have the window open at night with cars zooming around on weekend.
Pros: A very well run hotel with attentive staff who helped with some minor requests. The room was large and comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Very pleasant stay.
Pros: Very clean. Helpful personnel. Good breakfast.

Baden is 30 km away, while Lake Neufeld is 13 km away. Lake Neusiedl is 40 km away. The nearest airport is Vienna International Airport, 41 km from the accommodation.
Pros: Everything was as it supposed to be!
Pros: The rooms were very nice, specially the bathroom and the shower were new and refurbished. Toilet paper, towels, everything was there. They have a nice card key for the rooms so you don't have to carry the keys with you and you just put it in your wallet. If you have a car this place is easy to find and 3 min from the highway and there is always a free parking spot for you. Wi-fi works amazingly well here and I would say it's a huge value for the price, pretty cheap for what you're getting if you consider the standard around Vienna and Baden.
Cons: The bed was maybe a bit too soft, but not a big deal. I guess, the walls are pretty thin so if you have noisy people in the next room you'll hear them, but the place was usually quiet in the evening. If you don't own a car you might have problems getting there, maybe with a train...but it's a small village, so don't expect too much... otherwise pretty satisfied overall.
