Pros: We loved the room, sauna, the view. The staff was really friendly and beautiful breakfast!!
Cons: There wasnt anything we didn't like :)
Pros: Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were so welcoming. We saw a moose just a few miles from the lodge.
Cons: I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy to beautiful area.
Pros: The location was magical, gorgeous lodge in the middle of nowhere!! Very well appointed, staff were so accomodating and friendly.
Pros: Everything: location, scenery on lake, design and decor of lodge and rooms, meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner), interesting guests, ease of setting up fly fishing trip, and especially the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Room and bathroom were little too small.
Pros: The location of Tuckamore Lodge is exceptional. We used it as a stop off from the Western Coast up to St. Anthony (we drove across on the 432) and it was ideally located. The position of the cabins right by a stunning lake is simply gorgeous. We had a dip in the morning which was blissful, and afterwards went to have a sauna in the wood fired sauna overlooking the lake. We had dinner the night we arrived (which was delicious). The room was comfortable and spacious. Wi-fi worked well. Shower was great (wish we'd had time for a bath!). Loved sitting in the lounge looking at the books and relaxing after dinner. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Barb was a brilliant host. Everything was great. Highly recommend. Oh, we only wish we'd seen the moose!
Pros: The common room was lovely.
Cons: The room was very small & the bathroom cramped. We could hear snoring from the next room plus there was a light left on in another room which could be seen from our room. The dinner was too expensive for the choices we had & no choice for breakfast. There were no points of interest near the property.
Pros: Everything The owners & staff went over out of their way to make our stay perfect. We travelled with one Family member that needed added access & it was provided with out asking ! The Breakfast was served immediately & friendly. Best place I have ever stayed .
Pros: Everything. Beautiful hotel in the forest. Barb, the owner, was very kind with us. She moved us to a upgraded room in the main building, just awesone!! We could take a sauna and swim in the lake. The dinner and breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Nothing at all. That we could not stay more.
Pros: Kitchen staff were lovely ladies!
Cons: A bit remote/far, to drive to...
