Pros: Design, proximity to Frasassi, nature, breakfast
Pros: Extremely friendly staff and clean rooms, great air conditioning! The pool area was superb! Highly recommended!
Pros: Everything was above i expected to find, the staff, the area, the house and the pool. I know all are looking good in photos, but trust me, everything looks better when you get there.
Pros: Amico Country House is located in the most beautiful region in Italy! View from the house, especially the swimming pool was very stunning. Our bed was very comfortable, bathroom was equipped with modern rain shower which we love so much, and breakfast were mostly homemade with gorgeous taste! Staying in Amico Country House with the friendly hosts made us feel like we were on a holiday in Grandma's house :) big love and will definitely return!
Pros: Very Rich and authentic breakfast, with home made cakes, I loved it! Perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to rest. The pool in the summer must be very lovely
Cons: The road is a little bit not easy.
Located in Serra San Quirico, Tuttaterra B&B is a 5-minute drive from Abbey of Sant'Elena and 5 minutes from Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi Natural Regional Park. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Rosaria, Lorenzo and Pepe were really great hosts, making us feel like friends rather than guests. The croissants, pastries and rolls for breakfast were lovely and Rosaria also provided milk, yoghurt and biscuits. The infinity pool was great and there were lots of comfortable shady places to sit in the garden. I can't praise our hosts or the apartment enough. Everything was above and beyond our expectations.
Cons: Nothing to do with the hosts or the apartment but being in the country you have to be aware that there might be hornets and/or scorpions inside at night.
Located in Staffolo, La Ciminiera Country House is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of Colonnara and Hermitage of the White Friars. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Where do we start! From the moment we arrived after a 9 hour motorbike ride from Venice, hot & covered in mosquito bites, Giancarlo & Adriana treated us like long lost family. They are 2 of the nicest people we have ever met and we can never thank them enough for their hospitality. Caterina was also amazing and helped to translate for us due to our embarrassing lack of Italian! The house is fantastic, old but beautifully decorated with so much character and it’s elevated position gives stunning views all across the valley. The eco pool was the icing on the cake, absolutely stunning & a credit to Giancarlo, it really is very special and we loved swimming in it surrounded by all the nature that Italy has to offer. We will never forget our short stay at La Ciminiera & hope to return one day for a longer visit. If we could give this place 11/10 we would :)
Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike!
Pros: From the moment we checked in, Caterina, and the owners, Adriana and Giancarlo, made us feel right at home. Fatigued from our drive from Orvieto, Adriana asked if we would like something. We said that a cup of tea would be nice. A few minutes later there was a knock on our door; Adriana with a beautiful tray of tea with a bowl of bisccotti. The building was Giancarlo's dream renovation of his family home, and what an artist he is! The stone work is magnificent, decorated with amazing antiques and family heirlooms and artwork. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable; the breakfast is served in an enclosed patio room with a wide variety of foods, including amazing pastries from the bakery in Staffolo. There would always be a surprise when exploring the grounds. Besides the stunning view of the surrounding countryside, we found a Roman bath complete with frescoes, enough patio space to hold a wedding, and the bio lake, Giancarlo's crowning achievement. In fact, we spent one full day of our stay just relaxing by the lake, enjoying the peace and tranquility. We came as guests, but when it came time to leave after 4 days, we left as family.
Pros: Fantastic setting overlooking the hills of Le Marche. Wonderful hosts. Traditional Italian furnishings, beautifully kept grounds, and a fabulous breakfast. At the tail end of September the weather was turning otherwise I'd have tried out both swimming pools.
Cons: All perfect.
Pros: The owners Arianna and John Carlo were exceptional hosts and could not do enough to insure our comfort with hand drawn maps for day trips and deliciously prepared breakfast. The property was exquisite and the rooms well maintained. This is the Italian hospitality from the old days where your comfort is their comfort!
Cons: We did not like having to leave.
Pros: The people the most. Just lovely and they made you feel like part of the family. The place itself is super quirky and the eco pool is so cool. There is also an amazing "Roman Bath" type room that we didn't use - but also looks really great.
Cons: You couldn't really walk to restaurants or to the nearby town. The closest town is only a 3-minute drive away.
Pros: The whole property was absolutely beautiful. If you want to truly experience the Italian countryside this is stunning! The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bio lake and gardens were gorgeous, we spent one whole afternoon just relaxing by the pool because it was so beautiful looking over the hills and vineyards. I don’t know what to say about our hosts except they totally made our trip. They are the kindest, sweetest, most accommodating couple. Our every need was take care of. They gave us excellent recommendations to restaurants in the area where we ate the best food we had on our entire trip. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us at one restaurant. They also recommended winery’s and day trips. This was the Italy I wanted to experience. On our departure day we were leaving very early to go to the airport so we told them not to worry about breakfast. When we came downstairs a delicious breakfast was all set out and they were their to say goodbye. Needless to say a few tears were shed when we left. They are just remarkable! I will never forget them or their lovely country home.
Pros: The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They booked restaurant, activities and recommended beaches and helped us with anything we needed. Can’t recommend them enough.
Pros: The owners Adrianna and Giancarlo made us so very welcome and this is a very special and unique place to stay. Very peaceful, immaculately clean and with a stunningly beautiful eco-lake which was a fantastic experience to swim in such fresh warm water and to be surrounded by pure beauty and nature. Highly recommend - this is a truly wonderful and genuine Italian experience!

Pros: This was an absolute find during our trip. It is a beautifully reconstructed old farm house with wonderful hosts, an adorable dog, chickens and a goat. It is perched on the top of a hill with beautiful views all around, fireflies at night and a stunning starscape where you can see the Milky Way. We had the ground floor room ( fully accessible for disabled including shower and toilet facilities. The breakfast is generous and very tasty.
Cons: You have to drive to local restaurants but it is worth the mild inconvenience
Pros: Best B&B in the area! Very beautiful location: 360 degrees panorama including view on the lake. Breakfast best in the neighborhood. Hospitality is exceptional. Accomodation is cosy. Owners speak English very well.

Pros: Great location and food too, friendly and helpful staff
Pros: Breakfast was great, homemade marmalades and pastries. The scenery was like out of a movie, stunning views of rolling hills filled with grape vineyards and wheat fields. The rooms were rustic and well finished. Cleanliness was noted throughout the room and the property. Staff was courteous and eager to please.
Cons: Everything exceeded my expectations.

The sound of the crickets only interrupted by the clinging of the church bells from the nearby magnificent villages of Montecarotto and Serra De’ Conti. Pristine swimming pool in the middle of nature. Very accomodating hosts.
Pros: The location is lovely.. The furniture is essential but not so comfortable. I read there was breakfast but it wasn't.
Cons: The furniture expecially beds.

Pros: Husband and I spent nine days at this lovely B&B. Wonderful location, surrounded by vineyards and sunflowers. Hosts Patrick and Enzo were simply fabulous - warm, welcoming, generous, and funny. Cons: Nobody speaks no other languge but italian!
Pros: Very good restaurant with very friendly staff. Nice, clean, room. Good airco.
Cons: Man, of who we think was the owner, didn't say a word to us, even after 5 days. On the contrary Matteo was very helpfull. Sometimes people who didn't sleep in the accomodation were at the pool, so pool very occupied. Was not enough quiet for a agriturismo.
Pros: The pool is great. Food is very good.
Pros: Friendly staff. Location excellent - rural and quiet with panoramic views. At the same time close to links to main roads to the coast. Pool with a wonderful view. Suoer peaceful. Dinner was also good quality and reasonably priced. A great base from which to explore the area.
Pros: The quadruple room we got was very nice, clean and spacious, the mattresses were very good. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh items, several home made cakes every day, fruits, ham, cheese etc. The restaurant menu was also varied and food quality was top. The view from the restaurant's terrace was beautiful. The aircon was a blessing, it was very silent and could be used without problem throughout the night. The lady taking care of breakfast was very friendly and service-minded and the staff in general was helpful. The pool was nice to have, a little small for the number of guests but better than no pool at all. Although the house is located on a trafficated road, it is higher up than street level so the noise from the road did not bother us, especially as we had the aircon on and did not keep the windows open at night.
Cons: The aircon system unfortunately works like a loudspeaker as the aircon pipes from opposite rooms seem to be connected. We could therefore hear the voices in the room across from us amplified, as if people were talking through a microphone. Needless to say that it ruined our sleep and had we known this, we would not have booked there.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Great views over surrounding countryside.
Cons: Showers only, no bath.
Pros: The place is a familly afair well managed. Warm people, good food, clean and comfortable rooms, amazing location.
Cons: Everything was great!
