Pros: Me and my wife stayed in Terre Brune for one night over the week end.. It was really enjoyable, the atmosphere and the service were very lovely. The pool is amazing and has a really nice view and the room was very comfortable with a cool balcony.. I would definitely do it again..
Cons: Just one tiny thing Terre Brune could work on, which is the breakfast. It is nice and is a good quality breakfast but they can offer more variety whether it was in terms of food or drinks. But in all cases the breakfast isn't really a burden on our whole experience in the hotel.

Pros: The hotel has wonderful location, it is not too far from ski slopes. The staff is super nice and very helpful. This place is perfect for couples. Jean, the manager, was particularly attentive to our need and was always willing to help. He provides us excellent advice on what to do in Faraya. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food, We do recommend the pizza from the chef, it was so good !!! We had a relaxing and pleasant stay. The perfect gateway. We will be back again

We did also the massage that was recommended to us and it was absolutely lovely and relaxing time.Great spa and jacuzzi area. We ordered cocktails and lebanese food at the hotel restaurant in our first day and it was excellent . Overall i would definetly say that it was my favourite place in lebanon
Pros: We stayed there for 1 day , we had a great time in this hotel, it really exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable, it has a balcony, nice view, large living area and suitable for family. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi that was offered in this hotel. We took as well the extra massage and it was such a relaxing experience. Highly recommend it. Please try the chef pizza and we also had exceptional mezze at the restaurant. This stay was wonderful and I highly recommend this place. We will probably come back very soon!!!

Pros: It was really such a great experience Starting the day by the heated pool overlooking the mountains , than the safari trip on sunset and finally the delicious lebanese mezza dinner with a tasty live barbecue
Cons: Nothing at allll
Pros: What more can you ask for when you have a delicious pizza baked in a firewood oven with a Lebanese Wine from the Reserve! …and Faraya fresh wind howling through the Windows where the street lights sneak inside the tree leaves to meet the dimmed light of this Cosy Restaurant. This all came after a relaxing massage and ended in a good night sleep away from the City Noise.
Cons: The short period I'm staying in, I wish I could stayed longer.
Pros: One of the best experience that we had in Lebanon Nice location and staff very helpful and always smiling they made our stay memorable The spa was relaxing and the ATV trip was very amusing Will visit this resort very soon at summer

Cons: It was a disappointing experience , you don’t get the value for the money you pay. We reached first night at 1:00 am in the morning , coming straight from our flight and we have been given a room with view on under construction chalets although we believe that the hotel was not full that night and despite that we requested a room with a nice view. Also the AC was making terrible noises , we could not sleep that night. To our big unexpected surprise, when we were checking out they charged us 50,000 LBP ( 33 $ ) for valet parking charges for the day and a half day we stayed there and when we complained about it, as no body informed us that there was valet parking charges applicable, the hotel staff and manager said that they could do nothing about it.
Cons: The balcony seating i think it can be better and more beautiful
Cons: Rude Valet Parking Mandatory Valet Overnight Parking Charge of 25,000LL (~18$!!) Very expensive breakfast (36$), not worth it!! Many rooms A/C not working/or leaking inside room, some other rooms flushing in toilets not working. Very bad experience overall, not worth the IHG Badge!!
Pros: The place is really charming and it has no competitio
Cons: The food at the restaurant is not tasty at all , for the value it should be much better
Pros: Everything. Ahmad at the reception desk was simply amazing!
Cons: My only negative comment will always be the valet parking fees. We're already paying top dollar for the room and facilities; we shouldn't have to pay another 20$ a night for parking.
Cons: Size of rooms small Parking overnight service not complimentary (25,000LL per night (~18$)!!!) Waiters in breakfast area chuck the plates on the table instead of putting it gently, very rude!! Valet service accused me of stealing 1 tissue paper from my aunt's car, even though she was beside me, and wouldn't shut up about it until I suggested he take a photo of my passport as assurance I wasn't stealing 1 tissue paper from mu aunt's car (who followed me to the hotel and we were speaking in front of him)!!!! Many rooms A/C was failing or leaking, the flushing in some toilets not working (we were a group of 30 rooms there in faraya for my cousin's wedding, 30 rooms and this is how we got treated) Breakfast (average) to add per person was 37$, (nothing extraordinary, go to Erzal, much better) Internet is very terrible signal (non existent 3 meters from wireless router) Very bad experience overall (and I rarely give bad reviews)

Pros: cleanliness and peacefulness
Cons: The staff needs to be much more professional The paint is starting to peel off No elevator
Cons: there was no hot water until i called and the operator answered that he will turn on the heater and will turn it off again at 11 pm . the whole interior needs to be painted again. the price is equal to a 5 stars hotel and i think it is very overpriced that i would not go again to this hotel.

Cons: ut the hotel is old and needs a renovation and definitely acs should be installed
Pros: The location is very convenient. It's a 10 min drive from the slopes. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs.
Cons: The rooms don't have Air conditioning; we visited in summer and they were very hot. The breakfast was average. They could invest in a good coffee machine instead of instant coffee.

Pros: The generosity of the owner, the welcoming, the feeling at home, the tranquility The visit to the winery and the two hours spent enjoying the history of wine and how to tell a good wine from a bad one by just looking at it!

Pros: Very friendly and helpfull owner. Breakfest on request also early morning, always on time. Warm in the room also during thee snow storms.
Cons: Renovation of the rooms is expected....
Cons: We payed more than most of the other people staying their and got the worst and smallest room of all. I recommend showing us more than 2 rooms before making us choose because the last day we saw that there was way bigger and better rooms. Plus, the main door closed before we could come back to the hotel and we had to wait for someone to open.
Pros: The hospitality
Pros: Dirty rooms, dirty walls.
