People on reception desk were friendly Noisy, scruffy, and unbelievably expensive for what you get
Very close proximity to the Arche de Defense where it was a 10 minute walk to the exhibition I was attending Rather restrictive restaurant and bar hours
The area is not very welcoming particularly in the evening
Location and Cleanliness of the hotel NOthing
The reception and the staff for breakfast were all lovely, and very helpful and patient as i don't speak French, but they were able to help with information and details about the city. I did find an earwig in my room on the first night.
The Staff and room were good. The Restaurant is not up to the usual standard I have enjoyed in Mercure Hotels.
Spacious room, quick breakfast, good sleep. Shortage of coffee/suger/milk for tea making facility.
Close to a park to do some jogging.
Location: Within 2 minute walk from the hotel, you have 1) A RER station providing easy access to Paris attractions 2) A Supermarket 3) A good Turkish restaurant offering Halal food. The apt had 2 rooms with 2 double beds which was good enough for a family of 2 A and 2 C. For transfer from CDG to the hotel, we hired two nos. 7 seater coaches (our group was of 14 members) for 170 euros. The reception was very helpful in booking disney tkts, tours, providing luggage room etc. Highly recommended. No assistance to shift luggage between the two parts of the hotel
room spacious and clean the breakfast room was too hot; choice at breakfast was very limited;
single bed awfull. room very small. bathroom old. wifi not working.
Helpful staff. Convenient location for my visit.
Disgusting smell, bad location, uncomfortable bed.. I regret that i chose that hotel. Avoid staying there, Internet costed 15 euro a day! Smell in the coridor was disgusting. Bad location.
nothing impressed I don't want to come back again
breakfast, private parking
very friendly and helpful staff bed was very hard, furniture in the room was broken and/or old. very overpriced in terms of the room you get.
The hotel was in a pleasant town close to public transport with a choice of restaurants nearby.
Good price and location, nice rooms, free parking. The cover bedlinen was raunchy.
Room was nice and good size, great value for money. Free parking is luxus around Paris area. The hotel kept the covering funds(cushion) too long after the visit.
It was quite easy to get into Paris from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to La Defense. Free parking was also nice. Stayed during two business weeks, two different hotel rooms. First week: Non-smoking room reeked of smoke upon arrival. Second week: After asking the staff twice to look at the heat in my room (over period of 48 hours) they informed me the heat was not working in my room. Extremely furstrated, but they moved me to a room with working heat.
Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast
Quiet rooms with more space than expected, safe and free of charge parking. Direct connectable rooms for families.
Breakfast, parking for free, safe and in the same hotel. Not much to do around the hotel. Always need of public/own transport. Most people was helpful but some of them seem to be permanently cranky. Sometimes you felt like I was doing something wrong by asking something like paying in advance my room...
The bathroom was very very clean and the service from the front desk was excellent. They were very nice and accomodating. The carpet looked as if it needed to be replaced. The rooms were a bit smaller than proposed. However, they were a comfortable size in comparison to other hotels in Paris. The food was just ok could have been better but it was still ok.
The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The price of the breakfast is a bit too high. The location is a bit out of town. Taxis cost a fortune.
Excellent breakfast included in hotel charges Not free Wi-Fi internet access but for additional charges
the reception staff were very helpful when i asked a question i did not like the price we had to pay for our evening buffet, especially as we had to pay the full adult price (25 euros) for our 8 year old son!
The restaurant, attitude of staff, car parking facility The hotel is old fashioned and tired. Needs refurbishmenet
Small, but fully satisfactory fitness studio, good comprehensive breakfast Windows cannot be opened fully to get enough fresh air from the outside, rather cold room - heater inefficient
The bathroom was ok, but the towels were very old and the roughness not good. There is no electricity converter for international conectors.
It was easily accessible from motorway and within easy reach of paris city centre. It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. They did not do what they said they would do. eg putiing an extra single bed in one of the rooms for my youngest child. But having sain that, I dont know why they agreed to itin the first place because the room size was not big enough to take an extra bed, and we managed anyway.
Our room was very adequate for our needs and we liked the fact that a restaurant was available at the location.Staff were very helpful.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Warm reception and atmosphere. Very pleased with room - the standard of facilities / cleanliness was exceptional for 2 stars. We travelled by motorcycle, and found the parking to be secure and private. Some people might be put off by the 30 - 45 minute walk to the train station, but we really enjoyed the local scenery and small town charm of the highstreet. Hardly worth mentioning, but there was no lock on the bathroom door.
I like in thie hotel the proximity of the motorway, about 1km, and close to paris.
all very good service A* transportation, we spent alot on taxis to and from hotel
It was not as close to paris as i have been told by booking. i would not use the campanile Sannois - Ermont.
The hotel is in a good location, and although it has somewhat outdated decoration the room was clean and represented great value for money.
Not bad for the price, very helpful No complaints
Inexpensive, free parking, convenient for rer across the park, clean, quiet, I wasn't looking for luxury
Service Rooms a bit dirty. Mildew on bathroom walls
the bed was big. Lack of bar, restaurant was like eating in a kitchen with flourecent lights everywhere.. very cold atmosphere so i didn't bother. Wireless (bearing in mind I travel constantly using wifi) was totally frustrating.. gettting a connection and IP address to assign to 2 of my devices was near on impossible. No fault with my kit either.
Very nice staff. Clean room Not very close to the center of paris but very easy acces with bus and metro.
Quiet suburban location without being too far away from the city centre.Bus stop in front of hotel. Not cheap but reasonable for a similar class hotel.Generally clean and safe. Outside of Paris metro zone 1-2.No direct metro line.
cleaning the rooms only the rooms is very small specailly for triple room and the price is not good also the hotel location is in no facility area and one of the staff was very nervous and didn;t cooperate in any thing with us
There was a sunday mess downstairs and we couldn't sleep at all. Lost christians were singing something strange. Did God ask them to sing? Was Prophet (!!!) Jesus singing? Completely lost religion
Large rooms (above Paris std) Too expensive for the quality, strange breakfast formula
I real loved the room, it is very large and very well equipped, I also liked the food corner where you can buy some food to eat at your room, it is a bit expensive though, but for a late night bite in is perfect, and you can take it up stairs and heat it in the microwave and you have your hot meal. I just wish they had more English speaking tv channels, at the moment they only have skynews
the location for the company am visiting , security and room size the staff , the air condition was not working and when we open the window the mosquitoes attacks us , the toilet was small
good thing is the location. The rooms itself are spacious but the bed and bathroom are IBIS like quality. I do not regard them as Novotel Quality. Still I choose the hotel because it is very close to a client of mine. At its full price of 200 eur the hotel is definetly overpriced in my book. At its rate of 139 (with no cancellation) it is fair.
Value for money Not all employees speak english .
Cool room, comfortable bed, tea & coffee making in the room, everything you need from a cheap but decent hotel, at a remarkable price thanks to Booking.com Hotel is next to a major road and not exactly in a romantic location. You really need a car. Not a place to stay if you are on holiday, but fine for a business trip.
Clean, helpful manageress. Other staff left alot to be desired and no wonder the manageress seemed to work 24 hours a day!!! Akso it is 12km from Stade de France not 6km as stated on your website, a big difference and i would have not booked it had this been stated correctly.
The staff were always happy to help us and they speak good english. Nothing I disliked about the accomodation! Only the fact that I was going home alone and my boyfriend goes to ride on his motorcycle to Dakar with the organisation Heroes Legend. Evering else was great!
friendly helpful staff (we speak no French) Our room had been used by a smoker
It was quiet and I always enjoy having a kettle in my room for making extra cups of tea early morning and late at night. The staff were helpful. It was not exactly in the town but some way out and quite difficult to find.
Very cinvienient to the Town. Easy to find. The room was very smelly. Prieiouse guests had been smokeing
Handy position coming from UK to Paris.Good staff and relaxed atmosphere.Pleasant area to have a beer after work.
Obliger de dormir dasn la famille car la clef n'etait pas prã©sente a l'endroit prã©vu
Very well run hotel managed by a nice and helpful family.
Room 504 - The ventilation fan in the bathroom was very noisy and constantly on.
Clean rooms/bathrooms Comfortable beds New furniture Small rooms
Convenient access to rer at reasonable price. Noisy party on the saturday night.
Good Location with reasonable price
The food, attitiude and attentiveness of the staff. The beds are uncomfortable. Only one pillow per bed and the beds are too small and the mattresses old and too hard. AC does not work properly
The hotel is twenty minutes walk from the metro in la Defense and there is a bus stop just outside that saves your legs if you've had a lot of walking around Paris. If you buy a 123 zone all day travel ticket for Paris, the 159 bus is included in this. There were 3 of us and the room is a bit small, but the staff were nice and the buffet in the evening is good and a fair price. Room was clean and everything worked including the free wifi. I'd recommend the hotel for exploring Paris, but would not want to be out and about in Nanterre/la Defense after dark.
Tea and coffee making facilities - clean room - polite staff - good breakfast - newspaper at breakfast.
Clean 1. This hotel should tell the guest clearly how to get to there. For people who took subway, I recommend to get of at "La defance", and then take bus. 2. the breakfirst and the dinner buffet are just so so.
Tea making facilities in room. Clean sheets. Close to business. Nice breakfast
Good location, free parking, nice stuff, clean and spacious rooms. A very good deal for 50 euro/night. -
I liked the free wifi, which I used a lot. I also liked the simple breakfasts, which suited my tastes. The staff were extremely pleasant. In general I use hotel stairs. The stairs at your hotel were not particularly clean. The sweet wrappers that had been discarded on the stairs when I arrived were still there when I left four days later.
It was a clean, quiet, and attractive apartment with adequate sleeping arrangements for the 4 of us; complete with fridge, cooker, and sufficient crockery / cutlery. Pleasant view overlooking the courtyard.
Use of a small kitchen
Hotel location was good for visiting Giverny and access to Poissy train station. Price was reasonable if all advertised facilities were available. Booked double room only twin available and booked parking however none was available. The bed in our room had been put together incorrectly and had a 10cm difference between left and right. On the second night we had no hot water in the apartment and as the desk was unattended we couldn't get it addressed until 7.30 next morning. The web site indicated parking, however on site parking was only available for owners and insufficient to cater for hotel users. Staff were blunt and unhelpful. Not the best hotel stay over our 3 weeks.
Nice apartment clean Poor communication or contact with the hotel. If a guest had not helped us we would not have gotten in.
The studio is very comfortable and spacious; a little bit far from Paris but once you get used to the public transportation it's very easy to go downtown; quiet and safe area; Poissy is very nice.
big advantage is a well-equipped kitchenette and microwave
The place is just ok They could not provide extra blankets! Their rules say that they would charge additionally to clean the kitchennette. What is this place an apartment hotel or youth hostel?
Basic apartments hotel at Paris suburbs close to Verssillle. The apartment was clean and has in addirtion to thw toilets and bath room a small kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove and microwave. The rooms were very small so the space in the apartment wasn't much more than a family hotel room. There was no air condtioning in the hotel . It was hard to find a parking spot next to the hotel.
Shower curtain was too short, hence water spilled all over the bathroom
Apartments are very well situated, just 5 minutes walk across the Seine river bridge from the Poissy train station (20 minutes to Paris St.Lazare with scnf train). Our room was facing main road but it was still very quiet when the windows are closed, no noise at all. The breakfast was available on site (for 7.50 Euro extra), but I would not recommend it, selection is very small and nothing warm.
Location is fine because is near a Train station with about 15 minuts to Paris center and other destiny's, with direct acess to the metro station.
The hotel people were very co operative nwe dint face any problems nothin at all
Close to the train station For 10 E more u can find anything alse , very thin walls,I mean very ,very thin walls, almost no walls .
Next to the bus and train station (15 m), with closed windows no problem with the noise of train, attention on summer - no AC; close to the center of Colombes - convenient for small shopping. Small room(s), very small bathroom, big problems to enter and to use shower cabin for person higher then 1,7 m. Continental breakfast - every day the same bread, butter, gem, honey and croissant, a coffee or a tea.
Convinient traffic connection
The room was very clean, there were 2 new bottles of water every day. It was warm. The breakfast was satisfyng. The man at the frond desk is the best hotel employee we've ever seen. He had to do everything himself, and manage to take care of us, give us all the information we needed, make us feel at home and did it with a smile. If I had a hotel, if would beg him to come work for me :) U should know that Colombes is in the 3'rd zone of Paris. So metro, and rer trains don't go there. From the Gare St Lazare station u neet to take a Transillien train to get there and it costs 2,35 e one way, u can buy 10 carnet's it's 18 e. But it takes 12 minutes to the centre of Paris, and it goes every 15 mins, till 2 am. So if u don't mind the lack of "Paris" atmosphere around the hotel, Terminus id the place for u :)
didnt stay had to move hotels everything
staff is nice, they provide one free drink , like alcohol and hot chocolate, for each customer the room is too small...
The Service in this hotel is perfect, you will get all the help you need, and they are so kind. No.
staff friendly and helpfull
The location, breakfast are good. Although it is an apartment hotel, it should have daily cleaning, some basic facilities such as tissues, dish washing liquid and more cloth hangers, electric kettle.
To be honoust, nothing. I will never return to this hotel. Kitchen equipment was very dirty, elevator was not working, free internet was not working, television had only a few channels, light switch in the bedroom but no light
Quite cheap in comparison to price, not really far from Paris, just 15 mins by RER and then another 10 by bus, bus stop just next to the hotel. Service nice, but not everyone speaks english, which could make some problems. We had problem with card-key to our room one day and we had to wait 30 minutes at midnight for someone from the staff to come with new one.
I liked: 1) the convenient location for a conference at Nanterre- Universite. I just walked to Place de la Boule and took the 304 bus, which ran very frequently. 2) having a kitchen, and a supermarket around the corner. So when I came home tired from the meeting, I didn't have to spend a long time in a restaurant but could relax and eat in my room. 3) the WiFi internet connection, which worked very well Two small problems: 1) my television controls did not work properly and work on them was not completed before I left. 2) Telephone messages left at reception were not given to me promptly-- indeed not until I asked for them did I find out there had been any.
Very helpful staff picked me up from the station as I arrived late in the evening and arranged a light meal for me. A more detailed map on the website, showing distance from the station to the hotel, along with more detail on the transport options would have been helpful as I don't know Bougival and had a long journey to get there. Given my stay was in June, a better choice of fruit at breakfast would have been appreciated.
Very comfortable, nice rooms, easy access. The remote control for the a/c was not in the room until the last day; their delivery of towels was very odd - some days they would leave us only one, some days no bathmat, etc.
Convenience to destination Service at breakfast/lack of food
space in the family room, friendly staff
I stayed at the hotel during the transport strike in Paris and I found the staff were really helpful despite the problems i had getting taxis etc. The Wi-Fi was pretty temperamental and the computer they had in the lobby to use instead was ancient!
Good clean room, however a little small for 2 adults and a three year old. Location was a little too quiet.
Small but clean room. Good beds. Small bath tub but everything in place. We liked the private parking and the the quietness of the neighbourhood. If you visit Paris by motorbike (like we did)/bike/car and you don't want to pay 100 eur/night, this hotel is is perfect. We booked a non-smoker room but there was for sure a smoking odour in the room.
Friendly service, comfortable room
Staff made great efforts to make up for absences and vacations, and ensur ethat normal catering services were provided.
Clean reasonably quiet Bed very small double and pillows not of high standard
The room was very clean. And proximity to Paris was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are a family of 5 and there was a double bed, and bunk bed which were great but no room for a cot. So luckily our 3rd child fit in our bed.
I didn't like my stay, didn't feel welcome. The staff are not really helpful.
The price was fair. Hard to get around. No metro near buy, only buses.
Good budget hotel with free car park. Within driving distance to Paris City Centre (30-45mins). Small and compact rooms.
Superb location just outside Paris yet very convenient to get there quickly.Breakfasts very good and the surroundings were a really nice park area next to the Seine.
comfortable and spacious facilities . Nice view of the river and. location more fit as business hotel. alot of goog intensions without the final touch. Big shower heads with not enough water pressure. Automatic lights in rooms don't always shut or turn on when you need them to. Request for extra blanket or pillow were turned down.
The location, near Paris, is great. Within 10 minutes you are in Paris. I stay at this hotel every 2 or 4 weeks when i come from Holland by car. I took this hotel because of the value for money but after 5 months things are not the same as in the beginning. For example, every weekend they shut down the hot water and then tell you that 'you are the only one' - When you call back later (new shift started) the other person tells you that the entire building is using the exact same pipes. After 3 times without hot water in the weekend and the way the personal acts when we ask them about it i doubt that i will be coming back any time soon.
via booking.com we had a good deal, so we could enjoy the really clean rooms and spa. its a nice area as well, not to far away from the train. Well the bar prices etc;;all what you can not buy via booking.com is quite expensive
