The show head, when showering could not adjust the shower head, other than that, the place was great, the breakfast was good, staff delightful

Cons:Mediocre breakfast. Breakfast should be available longer time. Road construction nearby makes driving dangerous. This is temporary.
Pros:Hotel was clean, great location, breakfast was good and the staff was very polite.
Pros:The suite was very spacious, comfortable and very nicely furnished. The dinning area was inviting and easy to maneuver. The entire staff, from registration, to buffet bar to housekeeping was friendly, accommodating and always smiling. It was a pleasure to stay here. If the opportunity should arise to return to the Maitland/Orlando area again, I would definitely return to Homewood Suites.

Cons:I reserved a room one week before an important business event and received email confirmations through Kayak and Homewood Suites. When I arrived to check in the night before, I learned that the manager had overbooked and had given away my room for the night. No phone call, no email, no warning at all. I have never been more disgusted with a hotel's business practices. I strongly recommend against booking with this hotel if you expect reliability or honesty. Truly disgusting.
