The location was absolutely perfect. The hotel is actually in the train station that connects to the airport and Fuengirola etc. beyond. This station also connects Malaga to the rest of Spain, including Seville, Madrid and Barcelona. All of this within a 2 minute walk of the hotel room. The old centre of Malaga is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There is also a beach promenade that stretches for several miles only 1/2 mile from the hotel door. This has restaurants and ice cream parlours dotted along it. The slide in reception was a real hit with both the kids and the adults. A really nice touch.

location is very convenient, rooms are spacious and bathroom is nice.
wake up call by mistake at 6:30am a 1st of Jan. they had one single room to call in the full hotel, they called the wrong one (so 2 unhappy clients), and wake up call voice was very unfriendly. Other things did not went right during this stay (aircon, quality of room cleaning, and some maintenance in common areas...) but this anecdote is best revealing the limited care. very surprised to see this quality of service in a so-called good business hotel.

Beds very comfortable, shower great, good bar with selection of drinks.
For the cost of the stay I felt it was too far from the centre. I walked a couple of times but taxi was quite cheap. I was very surprised there was no complimentary water or tea/coffee in the room; especially having a kettle and cups available - very strange.

Amazing hotel with a slide from the first floor to the bar! Great service and we loved the modern decorations as well as the excellent location! Recommended!
