Location is excellent
On entering our room we found there was mould growing in the grout of the shower, I was shocked to find this in a 5* hotel. We requested a change of room and the new room was adequate however not 5*, it also seems that the hotel is poorly managed. Breakfast buffet was a lottery with staff clearly unsupervised and unguided, they were very polite however inefficient. The bar was similar, no clearly defined roles, it felt as though senior managers had taken the new year off. Having stayed here previously I will not return in a hurry. J
