We stayed at the Hotel because of the location ot the Castle where I son got married. Excelllent famly run establishment. Super service.
Very nice room and excellent staff!
staff were really nice and friendly, breakfast was good
although the location was good in some respects,do try to get a room at the back.the rooms are hot even mid september so the windows need to be open.the traffic goes quiet around 2am and starts again around 5.other than that it is a nice clean friendly budget hotel
liked: welcoming and easy access with little noise from the road as our room was on the back
the place felt rather dated and the bed is very short - my partner feet stuck out about a foot! however i would still say for malcesine it was a good place to be
The staff are so friendly and helpful.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, well beyond the call of duty. They contributed greatly to our wonderful trip.
The shower in the hotel room - the shower curtain would stick to you and it was sometimes cold.
very very friendly staff, breakfast was good, a lot to explore in the vicinity ( monte baldo; lago di garda; malcesine city center only one minute by foot...),
very small rooms and even a smaller bathroom, everything old and cheap furnishing
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there and it was delicious. The breakfast was also very good. We liked the location. We could walk to the beach and the castle and shopping all very close.
The room and bathroom was small. Better parking would be nice. The pillows were hard. We stayed in August and the rooms were very hot so we had the windows open and that let in noise from the street. Better AC or a better fan would've helped. Overall, it was nice and we would stay there again.
The staff were extremely friendly and informative (and tri-lingual!) The hotel was run by family members and they offered a brilliant service. Out of all the hotels we stayed in in Italy , this had the best breakfast with toast, eggs and bacon all on the menu.
There was no air con so in August when we stayed it was extremely hard to get a good night's sleep because of the heat and noise from outside. They had shutters to keep the noise out but if these were closed then the room became an oven. They did suppply one small fan which was slightly effective but only for the person lucky enough to have it on their side of the bed! The bathroom was also very small and hard to have a shower without the shower curtain clinging to you every small movement you make! The staff made this hotel but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone staying in the hotter months.
convenient location of hotel, helpful & friendly staff
