Helpful staff about tourism and generally good, parking fee reasonable, breakfast good. deal was good in view of the unbelievable cost of accommodation in sweden. Room was spacious enough. The shower and how it floods the floor because the recess is not water tight. Staff should inform people of this and it is a problem that needs to be addressed.
Very good price, spacious rooms and big rooms, very close to the city centre. They don't accept electronic cards, so we had to find cash
The breakfest is very correct. The hotel is approx. 40 min. walking from the center. The hotel is good for overnight in Malmö during a longer trip. Quality of the materials used in the rooms seems very poor. We hope, that after 1 year, the hotel can offer the same room quality.
I arrived late at the hotel only to be told the restaurant was closed as they did not get a food delivery (is this a regular occurance ???) and within a 15 walk there is restaurant - cafe i would call it and a poor one!! There is nothing else close by this hotel - you would need transport should you wish to go out.
quite and very clean! Services are expensive
Very good hotel, clean, friendly staff. Within walk distance from city center (approx. 3km). Or hotel staff can arrange very cheap taxi.
Price is reasonable. No hospitality, hotel staffs are not service minded.
Nothing Staff were awfull and the room did not have so many basic components and was not clean and it way just beside the high way
Good location reasonable rates. Convenient to Copenhagen airport,
will never come back cause no free internet. when on a businesstrip and you are tired upon arrival in the evening..the last thing you want to do is starting to type passwords and give credit card numbers to quickly check your mail.
Bed was comfortable, and they are very inclusive about food and allergy issues. Very yummy and diverse breakfast spread--they even had soy yogurt! The room I was given had almost non-existent wifi reception, and when I asked for another room, I was given a speech about how, "they don't normally do this, but in this case they would make an exception." When it's 3am, and I've been traveling all day, I don't need to be guilted into accepting that they are going to switch rooms for me. Either say yes or no. Either all your rooms have basic wifi access, or they don't. I also wish that they had mentioned the down comforters and hypo-allergenic options before I entered my room. By the time I realized I could switch it out, I was already half-asleep for the second time of the night.
It was acceptable & adequate for the amount we paid. I didn't realise it was so far from the city centre when we booked it though- we had to get a bus in to the city centre & the hotel is situated in an unattractive area, surrounded by high rise apartment blocks
