Price and location
Employees could not control guests. To much noise at 3am and hotel staff couldn't get it to stop. People jumping up and down and running across the floors and halls.Booked this hotel through Priceline and on the site with the hotel it said free cancellation. I ended up paying for an extra night on both of my rooms and I shouldn't have because the site showed I could cancel. When I talked to a rep they said I couldn't cancel. My problem isn't with the hotel it's with priceline. If you are going to put free cancellation as an option then honor that to your customers! I should have been able to cancel the rooms for the first night and get my money back. Still should! Priceline should reimburse me for the first night of both hotels because it showed on the website I could cancel for free!
The bed was very comfy
The trainWish we would have stayed there all three days. Decided to stay an extra day and the hotel we stayed at across the street wanted more money for a weekday, so looked at this one and it was way cheeper. Like I said the bed was great!
Room was repainted and paint over the light switch, paint on the floor, and mirror. The room was located next to elevator shaft and located right next to the rail road. The room was not very clean.
they took pets and accomadated our first floor room choice
the carpet in room 100 really needs to be cleaning. there is an oily stain near the pseudo closet
location was good. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was fine.
No complaints at all.For the price this was an excellent value.
Staff at the front desk and breakfast area were helpful and courteous.
Hotel is located right next to the railroad tracks. At 3am it woke me up shaking the bed it was so close. You can here people in the next rooms over. And bed was very uncomfortable.
Everything!!!!! It was what it said it would be and then some. Like a really nice recliner in our room so you can sit in comfort while watching tv. Plus they also had chairs to lower a person in the swimming pool or hot tub if you had someone handicapped.
Nothing. We had a great night and a great trip to Manhattan, Kansas. If your looking for a really nice place to stay at Manhattan. I would look no further than the Quality Inn. Because you get your moneys worth and then some. So I would stay again there in a heart beat. Especially knowing what I know now.
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was OK, the swimming/hot tub area was nice, and the room was large enough to accommodate all of us.
We purchased a room with two queen beds but instead they 'upgraded' us to a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. This wasn't really what we wanted because sofa beds aren't that comfortable to sleep on. Plus, Priceline did not give us a discounted rate.
