Cleanliness and convenience to event attending. The bed was very comfortable and offered a restful sleep. The room was very small and elbow to elbow, even for the small stature of my husband and myself. I have never stayed in a Microtel before and would probably not again because of the size of the room.
The best place to stay in the area for the money. Suites are good size for the rate; adequate for my wife & me and three children. 7, 5, 3 years of age.
Had a very nice whirlpool/hot tub; the pool was great. I really enjoyed the breakfast choices, and I feel the room was a little small for 2 people but the high-speed internet was worth every penny. I would recommend this Inn to anyone who is visiting the area.
I used this hotel for out of town wedding guests and for my own wedding night! It was clean, comfy, and the rate was awesome. When someone in our party was overcharged it was fixed ASAP! The special events woman was awesome! Best hotel on I79!
We enjoyed our stay while passing through the area. The room was on the small side but comfortable, clean and quiet. The decor is fresh and attractive; I enjoyed a lovely view of a Japanese maple from the Business Center. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Minor quibbles: slow Internet and printers in Biz Center; breakfast tables were not wiped down promptly; access road is kind of scruffy. But will stay again.
I thought that the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything in the hallway and other rooms.
This was the only hotel available due to move in at wvu. Horrendous. If you are not a truck driver dont stay here. Horrible odor in room, lock broken on door, 2 towels for 3 people, the list goes on and on
stayed 5/2010 first room smelled so bad had to get another room. It wasn't much better
This hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful. Liked the free access to the fitness center.
Wall in Bathroom was ruined where shower had leaked on it. Tub did not drain. Lights would go off when you sat on bed. Hot water facet was broken. Would never stay there again. The front desk did not care what was broken. Said they did not care if we gave them a bad review.
This hotel was nasty and dirty. The carpet was disgusting. I would not stay at this hotel ever again. Although the location was good, it could really use a make-over. I would never recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy.
The beds were hard and there were no fitted sheets on them. The bathroom was small and not particularily clean. I guess it was an okay place to stay for one night, but I wouldn't want to spend multiple days there.
I was traveling and was involved in an accident. The desk clerks helped out in every way possible. They let me have a late check out and even called to check on us. This staff went above and beyond their call of duty to make me feel at home.
Spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere. The rooms are run down and dirty. This is the first motel ever where I did not let my bare feet touch the carpet. There are other great motels for another twenty bucks in the area. Roanoke, Va. Traveler March 08'
It was okay, but hard to find off the interstate. The shower was weak with scratchy towels.
This is an average hotel, but it was available on short notice for a bit WVU football game. Nothing special, but it completely fit the purpose of a place to crash for the night for cheap.
People were nice, but not very well-informed. Pool didn't open till 9am, too late to swimMy room had no window & air conditioner sounded like jet engine.Several electric outlets didn't work. Light by bed was out, so I I had to move bed & crawl on hands & knees to find place to plug it in.
