Pros: Spacious one bedroom apartment Friendly staff Various selection of breakfast but standard
Cons: The rooms are dusty maybe because of the fitted carpets ! AC in the living room was not cooling well!
Pros: They really have great staff, everyone goes above and beyond for you and that makes a huge difference. The hotel is in a good location, parking available, very clean, large rooms, comfortable beds and well maintained. The building has a very new apartment feel about it with the service luxuries of a hotel.
Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of the staff. I check-in late at night and mentioned that I will need iron in the morning. Not even 10 minutes later, they brought it to my room. Many other things left a good impression of customer service. Also, the rooftop opens a great view of the city!!
Cons: First of all, you should really consider extending the rooftop opening hours. If you don't want to keep the bar open before 6 pm, open access to the terrace only. Secondly, I had to check-out in a hurry, therefore, I forgot my ring in the room. When asked the reception, they said no one found anything. However, when I confronted the cleaning lady, she brought it back within minutes.
Pros: Everything... Good place , Friendly employees, V Clean ...
Pros: Great breakfast buffet
Cons: Had a little trouble with airport pickup arrangements, unclear instructions
Welcome to our hotel, a city landmark with sophisticated conference facilities and world-class service. Decorated with contemporary art, our historic buildings feature a spa and a neoclassical pool with views of Zaitunay Bay. Our huge ballroom and private meeting spaces are ideal for business, events and weddings. Dining venues include our Italian eatery with a terrace and the Cascade Lounge with its striking central fountain. Chic residence suites offer everything you need for a longer stay.
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic
Cons: We had access to the club lounge But it was closed one day. All we got was a lousy drink and some nuts in the main bar Adding that the main bar had access to food The staff wasn’t willing to fully compensate. When a customer pay extra for a club access It is the hotel’s responsibility to offer the guest what he or she paid for

Pros: Kindness of staff
Pros: Housekeeping was impressive
Cons: Excessive use of air fresheners in lobby and corridors
Pros: Arrangement in my suite, terrace , chaise-long on the terrace and breakfast and little lebanese foods served ante-breakfast
Pros: Clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Extremely over priced breakfast (over $40/person) and noisy breakfast terrace
Pros: Friendly staff with a great support
Pros: All the rooms facing the sea were not comfortable due to the loud noise on the weekend especially cars were heard and a the noise from a night club at night; however staff were very decent and we were upgraded to a suite facing the city side. The suite was great and the rest of the stay was nice but the hotel is too expensive compared to the value you get. Location is amazing - you just cross the street and reach Zaytooneh bay. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the location

Pros: We loved the service, the kindness. Our room was palatial which made being there so grand and lovely. The staff were so helpful and the rooftop and pool really added to staying in this special place. I would love to try the breakfast next time.
Cons: Loved it all.
Pros: The design and decor. The rooftop is very special. Excellent service. We had dinner one night which was delicious.
Pros: Perfect position & very attentive staff
Pros: Albergo is one of my favorite hotels, it has an authentic feel and it carries the spirit of Beirut. The rooms are very comfortable and the roof terrace is very peaceful. The minute you go up to the roof terrace you feel like you walk into a different world, away from the city’s chaos. Albergo has always been a highlight of my trips to Beirut. Looking forward to the opening of its spa!
Pros: The Napoleon III/fin de siècle decor. The gallery with caryatids inspired by Pavlovsk. The terraces with plants and singing birds. The faded country house style upholstery of the bar upstairs, the murals of the long bar near the pool.
Cons: The new entrance still unfinished.
Pros: Interior Designing style
Cons: The elevator is an issue When they have party in the restaurant, to access your room gets difficult and time consuming, or you use the stair. The furniture at the terrace needs more cleaning an more maintenance Room has mold odor in it.
Pros: Lovely hotel in a very good location. It has old world charm.
Cons: The bathrooms are dated and there is no walk-in shower cubicle. Limited facilities as there is no coffee machines in the rooms and the bottled water not enough for guests.

Pros: The place is quiet and comfortable, the hotel decoration and facilities are so pretty. I got the executive suite but it was worth it. LOve the balcony view thought the balconies are not really to stand on a it scary the design
Cons: The booking.com reservation did not come with breakfast which I discovered late. I don't think this was the hotel's fault but maybe you should consider having the bkfst part of the deals on booking.com
Pros: Very comfortable and good ambience
Pros: Location is prime. Areas of interest such as high end shopping and multiple great restaurants within walking distance. Easy access from and to other parts of Lebanon and airport. Service was truly implacable and could not have wished for anything different. Very modern and clean look to hotel.
Cons: Nothing to complain about. Did not try the restaurant but tried the bar and cigar lounge and was very impressed.
Pros: Gorgeous hotel with a good gym and spa.

When you stay at Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort Beirut in Ghobeiry, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 5-minute drive of Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium and Beirut Municipal Stadium. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: Parking per night is over rated in addition to the room charge 20$ per night is too much.
Pros: The ambiance and the grounds were beautiful. However, all that glitters is not gold.
Cons: While the property is beautiful, the staff is unprofessional, unfriendly and unhelpful. From the moment we walked in through the front doors, we had one bad experience after another. The security check lady at the front got annoyed because we didn’t understand Arabic. Next the front desk staff was not bothered to welcome us or offer a smile or a kind word. However the icing on the cake was when after waiting for hours, we went to use the pool and were very rudely informed by their staff infront of other guests that because I was wearing a burkhini, I was not allowed to swim in that pool. Being from Canada, I have never heard anything more bizarre or any less discriminatory. When asked the reason, I was told they have their reasons. I was humiliated and insulted infront of other hotel guests though I had paid full price for our one night stay at the resort. When I spoke to the Manager, all he did was apologize and offer us a free breakfast although he did accept what had happened was unacceptable and he had filed 4 other similar complaints but no one in Management had bothered to do something about it. The resort website did not show any restrictions on using the pool nor had any rules indicated. As well, these rules were no where to be found near the pool or in the resort and also the hotel staff never informed us. I was told someone from Management would reach out to me but no one has and its been two days already. Before checking out, a Food and Beverage Manager came by and said sorry though he too agreed that what had happened, should not have happened. My hijab is my pride and my dignity. I did not appreciate the open discrimination. I want to bring this to everyone’s attention so others are not humiliated like I was. I want to ask for a full refund or compensation. This was a disgusting way to treat a guest especially in the hospitality business.
Pros: Excellent facilities, modern well maintained property with friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: To be critical the two things that weren’t as good as could have been and stops me from rating as excellent given the price / brand of hotel: 1) service at pool - not attentive to guests 2) main restaurant ( Candelabra) was extremely uninspiring - ironic when more interesting dining choices with actual Lebanese options)
Pros: It was clean and comfortable.
Cons: We don't like restaurant for hotel. Food it was not good at all even not cooked well. And we are planning not to come to this hotel next time only because of restaurant.
Pros: The property is beautifully maintained with one of the few private beaches in Beirut. We went in the off season (October) but still made great use of the pools. We arrived just as the protests started, the staff took time away from their own families to care for us - the service never wavered despite what was happening outside. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with children!

Pros: The location is near to pubs and restaurants
Cons: Over worked, exaggerated decor
Pros: almost everything is find and good and the staff they are very kind cheerful face I loved them all and very very helpul. take care of them as all of them very decent and respectful and very polite. thank you so much for alllllll of you.
Pros: Such a fun place, super easy going, with great facilities and everything just so. The standout is the 16th floor pool/bar/dining area.
Cons: Advise getting breakfast included, as $30 was a bit steep. Minor niggle though!
Pros: Very modern and quirky place
Pros: They gave a free upgrade of room category.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Expensive for what you got
With a stay at 1866 Court & Suites in Beirut (Hamra), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Hamra Street and Pigeon Rocks. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The location was good for walking around Hamra area.
Cons: The room was kind of small and I expected more and higher quality given the high rating it had received by others. There were things like musty smell under the sink in the bathroom, cracked lamp shade, lights above desk not working, carpet seemed a bit worn and I didn’t like stepping out of the shower onto the carpet. The shower was not actually in the bathroom.
Pros: Nice hotel, as expected from the pictures. Staff were polite and friendly. Location was good easy the get the main places, either walking or via Uber. Would definitely recommend eating and Salon Beirut - breakfast, lunch or dinner (5mins walk) and Liza Beirut, stunning.

Pros: The sea view, the hotel is just meters away from the sea and you hear the sound of waves from the room. All rooms have sea view.
Cons: The sea in that area is not very clean, so not suitable for swimming. The breakfast could be richer with more variety for a 5 stars hotel.

Pros: The area is close to the mall. Everything you need is just around three corner. Very near to the airport. Although i travelled during the new year's holiday some of the souvenir shops around the area is close.
Cons: I booked a king room with balcony. And when they give the key to the room or has no balcony so i had to call them to change rooms which they did and assisted me.
Cons: Very commercial I have informed the hotel that I cannot reach due to the situation in Lebanon requesting them to reschedule my booking unfortunately they don't answer and they don't care .
Pros: It was a pleasant, comfortable property in a beautiful location.
Cons: We paid a bit extra for an ocean view with a balcony, but were largely unable to enjoy the balcony because much of the time during our visit, a giant generator was running just outside and below us, with, depending on the wind, blew diesel exhaust right up onto the balcony. My wife addressed this with staff within minutes of our check in, and long story short, they were unable or unwilling to offer any suitable accommodation. Additionally, they told us the generator would stop running soon, and for the remainder of the duration, and this turned out not to be the case.
