Pros: The bed was comfortable, the water always hot, the staff called to make sure I arrived safe and offered patience and help in finding my way there. My room was incredibly clean and I felt like a home away from home.
Pros: Very beautiful rooms, small but efficient and comfortable. Nice pool. Staff was very friendly. Beach passes were included. Short walk from the beach. Enjoyed every second of our stay.
Pros: The employees are very nice, the place is impeccably clean, and the beach passes are a definite plus!
Cons: Could hear the neighbors once in a while when we were in the bathroom, so we knew they could hear us. However, this was not too bad and didn't happen so often.
Pros: Great staff. They were very accommodating to our needs. They even upgraded our room to suite (bigger space)) since they had a vacant (weekday) and we had a small child.
Cons: No complain

Pros: It was a very nice hotel close to beach. I wanted a room facing beach and my room had view but not exactly what I wanted. The clerk on duty found a room facing the ocean and let me upgrade for the two nights. Was very pleased with the hotel staff.
Pros: Very accommodating staff
Cons: public area a little minimal
Pros: Very nice close location to the beach that we enjoy, and since it was before prime time it was very quiet.
Cons: The rooms are small and clean but the hot water took for ever to get hot. Also there is no refrigerator or mirco so if you are there foe a time its annoying.
Pros: Very nice hotel staff very friendly

Pros: Very clean room, lots of places to eat within walking distance,on site parking is a huge plus, very easy to get beach passes. Would definitely stay again.
Pros: The room was nice for the price. We like that the car was outside the door and neighborhood seemed safe. Room very clean .The location was pretty good except that it was about a 5 block walk on hot concrete sidewalks to the beach. Beach passes were great.
Cons: Wifi was bad, couldn't use my iPad to research area activities. No blow dryer or coffee maker. Otherwise, great A/C, free parking, nice town, nice beach, nice staff, would stay again.
Cons: no coffee maker or hair dryer
Pros: Yckean and very fridndly
Pros: The hotel was wonderful. I had an excellent experience. You cannot get a better Jersery shore deal unless you spend 2 to 3 times as much for a reservation.
Cons: I do not consider the hotel within walking distance. I would rather spend my energies walking on the boardwalk, along the beach, and playing in the ocean.
Pros: The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from one end of the boardwalk. The shuttle was convenient but only runs til 4pm. Otherwise, you can take the free trolley but it comes by every 30-45 minutes.
Cons: The fridge was small/personal size but we did not really care about it.
Pros: The room was clean. The people were friendly They provided us with beach passes. They had a free shuttle that dropped you off right at the beach and picked you up when you called.
Cons: no for the price it was a good deal.
Atlantic Motel is a great choice for a stay in Point Pleasant Beach. Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the beach, the breakfast was gracious, and the rooms were huge. I would definitely go there again.
Cons: The parking was rough. It's one spot per room, but we couldn't park near our room and had to park behind the hotel. At least we had a spot!
Basic u-shaped motel layout, lots of uneven sidewalks which my kids kept tripping on. Clean, loud a/c, loud fan, loud refrigerator in the mini suite. Futon extremely uncomfortable, beds fine. Kids were happy with the pool.
Pros: Proximity to private beach
Cons: Continental breakfast is served in a painfully slow manner by a staff member who does not wear gloves. You can't pour your own coffee, select, cut and 'dress' your own bagel, or even grab your own plate just to take a donut. Very weird and inefficient.
Situated by the ocean, Point Pleasant Manor is a great choice for a stay in Point Pleasant Beach. Guests can take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet are added perks.
Pros: Room was clean and looked freshly painted, pool was nice and only 2 blocks to beach.
Cons: Bar across the street was a little loud but A/C drowned out the noise.
Pros: The room was clean but run down
Cons: The room was run down and overpriced
Pros: The staff and owners were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The kitchenette in the room was very useful and the complimentary beach tags and breakfast coupons for surrounding restaurants were very nice touches. Overall a great stay in seaside heights we will be back again.
Cons: Televisions could be updated but this is a very minor issue.
Pros: I liked that it was a block from the boardwalk and it was pretty clean
Cons: IT IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM A CLUB THAT IS OPEN UNTIL 4 AM!
Pros: It was awesome being so close to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was a nice plus too. The rooms were tidy and clean nothing fancy though.
Cons: I booked the room online for a certain price for 2 people. When my friend and I went to check in the guy at the desk was very upset that there were two of us and tried charging me 70 dollars more. I showed him the recipient I received via email stating that I did book it for 2 people. He still argued with me and said I had to pay the 70 or find another motel. We did pay the 70 because my card was already charged for the room. I was very offended by his rude demeanor. Also I was told the room had one of those couches that turns into a bed. Turns out it was just a regular couch no pull out I paid extra for the couch...The bed was very uncomfortable very stiff.

When visiting Point Pleasant Beach, Pelican Point Motel is a great choice to consider. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool or take advantage of nearby scuba diving. There's a seasonal outdoor pool, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and refrigerators.
Pros: Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach/boardwalk. (About 2-3 blocks walk.) We only stayed one night, but the staff were friendly and even let us check in very early (around 12 instead of 3), when we had only hoped to be able to leave our car and come back.
Cons: The room was not shabby, but could stand some small improvements, such as perhaps a new mattress. For $150, you don't get much luxury, but the price is competitive with similar hotels in the area, so they are not being unfair.

Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: Way too expensive for the conditions of the room
Pros: The location is the only thing that could ever make this place worth it.
Cons: Tried to get six friends into a room with two double beds without paying extra. Obviously we know this is against hotel rules, but have never had a problem doing it elsewhere. This owner was hyper-vigilant/insane. Cameras everywhere. We ended up leaving.
Pros: Clean close to everything. Staff was very nice and suggested dining even helped out an older couple that was next to us get situated nice man
Pros: Close to the boardwalk. Free breakfast
Cons: We stayed for 2 nights and the maid did not even make our beds or clean the floor. There was food in the drawers left over from a previous guest.
The pool was kept up very nicely and the owner was very nice, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything.
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and it was walking distance from everything!
Cons: No there was nothing I did not like.
It was a basic motel - 2 beds, TV, mini fridge, microwave, and towels. However, there was a hole on the bottom of our door; sunlight and whatever else was coming through that hole. There weren't any extra pillows or blankets. The maid service did a great job cleaning. There wasn't a speck of sand on our floor after she left. It was a fine experience, especially for what we paid. The motel provided beach passes for free, but only after you gave a $50 deposit, per person, for each pass.
Pros: Friendly and informative staff; the owner warned us about the speed limit and police patrol.
Cons: I think the pictures of the room on the internet are a bit deceiving. They appeared larger than they actually were. Also, I did not expect cereal and mini muffins as the 'breakfast included.' My family went back for seconds and every day was the same food
Pros: I found the staff to be very professional and courteous. Room was clean.
Cons: Check out is rather early at 10am.

Cons: Lay out and appearance. Moldy smell in the room.
Pros: It was amazing to find location as close to the boardwalk and beach as this for the price. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
My husband liked the hotel. They were super friendly with him. However, I felt every time I saw them they were watching us and laughing. Made me uncomfortable. The rooms were very clean but felt very dirty. Left with a lot if little bites on legs. I kept checking the sheets and blankets.. Didn't see anything. For the money and how close it was it wasn't the worst experience.. Again the staff to my husband was super nice and friendly.
Pros: Was a great location! They were very friendly with my husband, kept telling him good things to do and if he was going to the beach to tell them because they have passes for us.
Cons: For the room being clean it felt very dirty! Woke up with lots of little bites on my legs as did my husband. Still not 100% sure it wasn't bed bugs.

Cons: It leaked when it rained, there were roaches
Pros: Close to everything and staff, especially , was great,
Pros: It's a room by the beach; nothing fancy; but clean. Manager was friendly.
Cons: Typical hard beach hotel mattress. A/C sounded like a chopper dropping napalm.
Cons: When I arrived the place looked seedy. I walked in the office and after 10 min of no one there to check in and the people who were hanging out in front of the office gave me the creeps. I walked away and booked another hotel. Confirmation call at 1am!
Pros: Close proximity to the beach and other sights of interest.Family friendly and pool was much appreciated.
Pros: The staff were very good, professional, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and close to the Boardwalk.
Cons: The rooms need updating. The beds are very old and hard. I like firm but these were just plain hard. New paint, new furniture and some attention to detail would improve the rooms greatly.
The hotel was a typical shore hotel, the location was excellent, 1 block from the boardwalk.
Pros: The staff was exceptional. They let us check in early, and let us use the beach passes/parking when we checked out the next day.
Pros: The pool was nice.
Cons: A $---- room for $----.
This was a typical beach hotel but the owners were great. The hotel was older but it was really close to everything and it had parking and a heated pool a lot of hotels in seaside don't have heated pools. loved it
Pros: The staff was so nice and helpful and couldn't do enough for myself and daughters. The pool was awesome and heated and a great relief after the beach all day.
This was my first time in Seaside Heights, and the first time staying in a motel. It was a wonderful experience, any doubts I had before the trip were quickly dismissed when we checked in. They even offer a free breakfast in the lobby which isn't mentioned online. I would definitely stay here again. You can't beat the walk to the boardwalk, you can see it from the room, it's wonderful view and very convenient!
Pros: I wasn't sure how this hotel was going to be due to the low star level...but this place exceeded my expectations! The staff was pleasent, the room was clean and so was the pool. It was also less than a minute walk from the boardwalk! Would stay again!
Cons: Nothing bad about the hotel itself, but other guests staying there were very disrespectful to the hotel staff. The staff had to call the police to remove them from the property and then a security guard stood watch all night.
Situated by the ocean, Four Winds Motel is a great choice for a stay in Seaside Heights. Guests can take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Breakfast food was OK but service was terrible! Wait staff was very inexperienced. Got served the wrong food, long wait for food.
Rooms OK, towels in rooms could be better.
Pros: 2 pools- right on the beach. Quick walk to jenkinsons boardwalk.
Cons: The restaurant wasn't great and the server didn't seem to know the menu. The pools have constant fountains going off that get annoying.
Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was good.
Cons: The hot tub was closed, the pool heater was broken and there was no internet. Not a spa/resort experience at all, just another seaside motel.
Pros: Right on the beach with an awesome view of the ocean. Convenience all around with dining pool and boardwalk closeness
Cons: Didn't stay longer.

Cons: Listing said "book now pay later" . It stated that I could pay on arrival, hotel tried to charge my account before my arrival and cancelled
My reservation. I discovered on my way to the beach that my family had no place to stay. When I called the hotel the staff was rude. I booked another listed at boooking.com
Pros: Very spacious room for a king and a queen size bed to fit, clean floor tiles and bathroom. A/c and Internet worked well. Late check in was no problem and added a few friends on for a fair price.
Cons: I was hoping for an ice machine and chairs. There was a big table but no chairs to sit in.
Pros: The staff was friendly and polite. It was only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The pool, although small, was warm and very clean.
Cons: The maid service was not good. The beds could have been more comfortable.
Cons: First room smelled like cigarettes and the blinds didn't shut. Second room smelled better but was still a dump. Look into the news articles on welfare tennnetes in seaside motels and you'll understand the environment of this motel. Do yourself a favor and pay $50 more to stay outside of seaside heights in a real hotel, and get a cab back and forth if you don't want to drive.
Pros: It was so close to the boardwalk and walked only about 2 blocks to get to it. Good place for the price you pay.
