We liked the serviceminded staff at the hotel. They helped in the most friendly way. Beautiful location in the middle of nowhere. Would like to go back. Poolwater didn´t look clean on our first days, we didn´t go in because of that. Fridge in room was warm! Staffs attempt to fix it didn´t help.
Beautiful hotel, nice environment, friendly staff Pool was currently under reconstruction, some minor imperfections - bed sheet was not tidy up once, no notebook and pencils in one of the rooms we used
We loved staying at this hotel/palace! We liked it all!!
- big rooms, nice jacuzziin room, nice palace, nice park area - pool was dirty and cold, noisy weddingparty both friday and saturday nights
The complex is beautiful and has great potential to gain a fifth star. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel carpets were not clean, the sheets did not fit the size of the bed and were in bad conditions.
the staff were great, anything you asked was not to much troble, the hole of our stay was brill
Ideal location close to major tourist attractions and Krakow The hotel is used for weddings and conferences and does not have sufficent resources to cope with these's as well as ordinary guest's.
Fantastic site - staff very friendly and helpful - very relaxful location
We stayed in the Granary annexe and it was of a very good standard. Overall the setting was beautiful and an easy drive to tourist sites. Staff very helpfull. Dining was superb with lots of fresh local produce. The pool and spa area was of a high standard. Would go back there again. All good
ridiculously close to the airport without all the downfalls of being close to an airport. Very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We had to leave at 4 am and they brought us coffee to our room which was very nice. Far from Krakow city, would only stay here if proximity to airport is important. The first floor (reception area) has stone floors and reception isn't closed off so at night it echoed a bit.
The hotel is quite close to the airport and convenient for departures in the morning. The location is very quiet. The building is not high quality or historically interesting. The wireless internet did not work. The beds were nearly as hard as the floor. The rooms were spacious and clean. The owner was on site and quite nice and easy to talk with.
The cleanliness The airport transport was too expensive
Convenience for airport
clean and close to airport
Staff friendly and helpful The room smelled smokey - however I did not stipulate a non smoking room on booking (that I can remember), we thought this would be usual, as with other hotels. No room facilities whatsoever - tea, coffee, making etc, however this was a 2 star so expected? Breakfast was Polish style( cold salad, meats, cheese, etc) - no continental choices - no toast etc - a bit expensive for what we had.
The hotel is at 5 mini from the Airport The hotel is very simple , the decoration is sade
clean and good internet the pick up from the airport did not work. they should have the name of the prson in paper at exit gate.
We stayed there because it was close to the airport. At 4 am the staff drove us to the airport, kindly reminding us about passports, tickets, etc. We blew a fuse but the staff quickly replaced it. The location was convenient and the staff was helpful.
Staff were excellent and spoke very good english tricky to find due to ongoing roadworks
The Hotel Twardowski was a real disappointment, on arrival we struggled to check in due to the differance in our languages however this was not a big problem as we used the translator on my Ipod. Once shown to our room it was freezing as the heating was not working dispite several requests for heating to be switched on this was not possible, we were then shown to another room which was even colder as the window was wide open so we had to go back to our original room. We left them fixing the heating and went to the Riverside Restaurant to eat which was the worst meal of our life. On our return to our hotel the heating was working so we settled in, the bed was horrendous and the supplied towels were like flannels. Overall a poor hotel
the hotel was clean the food was o k and the staff helpful & freindly. the only trouble is the hotel is to far away from anywhere unless you have a car.
Easy to get in and out from Vety hard to find, no one onsite to meet me - I had to interpret Polish in order to understand that I could make enquiories about the hotel at a nerby Cafe
Excellent service from staff, including transportservice.Clean rooms. None
Excellent budget family accommodation ideal for our visit to Auschwitz. Camp site consists of 4 & 6 berth, self-catering, en-suite log cabins situated next to Dinosaurland theme park and the village of Zator with many useful shops and supermarkets. We enjoyed the on-site grill bar which does excellent steaks and expect to pay around half the UK price. Our log cabin was basic but met our needs and there's plenty to occupy young children including play park with bouncy castles, mini golf and nearby boating lake and outdoor go-carts. Mosquitos!, take insect repellent.
I loved the location, the cute cabins, the food, the area, the beds were super comfy as were the bedding.
Setting by the river side. Quiet location. Handy to Oscsiem (Auchwitz)
