Pros: Attention to detail Individual breakfast orders made especially to your specifications etc
Cons: Slightly confusing layout - need more signs/directions re breakfast room etc and room names or numbers but this could also be partly my own fault and my terrible sense of direction.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely exceptional home and building, exceeded only by the host's hospitality.
Cons: I'm not sure I've ever rated a perfect 10 before. In spite of my arriving during a heat wave of 35 degree, and the room not having air-conditioning or a desk to work at, the hosts were very accommodating and the pool inviting.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jean Pierre runs a beautiful B and B. The suite we enjoyed opened onto the garden which meant you could lie in bed and feel part of outside! The room is very well equipped with TV, electric column fan, tea and coffee making facilities and a little bonus cake left each day for each guest. The house is spotlessly clean. Breakfast on our 3 days included the basics of bread, cheese, ham, yoghurts, but each day something extra was added - a homemade cake, croissant or French Toast! Jean Pierre is a helpful host who is very willing to give advice and guidance in order to help you make the most of your time in this area. The location was fantastic - only 15kms from Versailles
Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like at this property.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Camille greeted us on arrival. She was very friendly, informative, perfect english and very professional. She helped us with getting around in Versailles and asked if we were visiting Paris, which we were, and gave us a map and informed us the best way to get to Paris by rail. This was invaluable as this was our first visit to Paris. Our room was lovely and clean and after being in a tent in the Loire Valley, it was nice having a kettle tea and coffee, working air con and a TV. The bathroom was very nice, with shampoo, shower gel and soap. Breakfast was great value at €16 (children free). There was lots of options available, even cake! Perfect location very near to Palace, train station, shops and market. Really nice experience and would definitely stay here again. Camille definitely added to the positive experience, so thank you.
Cons: Charge for parking is extra €12.50 per day.

Pavillon Henri IV - Saint-Germain-en-Laye - Bedroom
8

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and room was good but wish I had the full Paris view from it as it overlooks it and 30 % of the rooms do.
Cons: Very expensive coffee in the morning 14euros and first 2 were not hot enough. Young man then replied they were hot when I made them! He need training for customer service....
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location and views from the room. Quiet yet close to the RER station. Heritage building gives a different charm altogether. Super friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast menu can be more elaborate. Eg. Some gluten free options
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is a beautiful setting and the area is a fun place to be even though it is outside of Paris. Transportation to Paris city center is easy with the RER, which is just a 5 minute walk away.
Cons: The standard room is pretty tight and there is no air conditioning- we caught the geat heat wave. The bar is not open every day.
5.8 Okay
Cons: rest assured: the staff of the Pavillion Hotel is incessantly plodding along for your well being. This observation nevertheless is solely based on the never-ending and deafening piling of loose cutlery into kitchen drawers from 6am onwards.... If you are not an early riser and would eventually prefer slumbering away the dull hours of a dawning sunday please advise the staff in advance to book accomodations facing away from the courtyard and the strategically located kitchen premises right underneath all standard rooms. Otherwise the property was utterly deserted and human contact only established during check in and check out procedure (please check your bill twice, (ps: inconsistency cannot be translated directly into french) Another highlight to share: obviously the adjacent park is paramount for local social gatherings including playing “Best of 2011” chart hits from rotten speakers. Needless to say that the local townsfolk also loves to start their weekends early..... In a nutshell: bring earplugs or even better: go and stay in Paris
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful property and spacious room with balcony and views. A real treat.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: Very small room
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful lobby and terrace, great hotel design if you like the classic look. Beautiful location next to the park and tourist area. We stayed at a large room, the bathroom was gorgeous and spacious, the bed very comfortable and the view on the Eiffel tower was great! We booked a second night, the large room was not available so we stayed at a smaller room which was also nice but not as comfortable as the large one we recommend, it would be worth the extra bucks!
Cons: The smaller rooms have a very small bathroom, not as well maintained as the larger rooms. Restaurant was full you need to book the day before. Would’ve been nice to know in advance.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic venue and lovely surroundings
Cons: My room was beyond hot so I slept very poorly, the fan in there made too much noise. They need to install AC
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about staying here! I extended my stay because I didn't want to leave. I will definitely come back!

9.3 Excellent
Pros: cleanliness. Very clean actually.
Cons: Also cleanliness...I found a blood stain on my pillow, which is very weird. It seems like someone cut his/her finger when changing pillow cover...
7.5 Good
Pros: The building is lovely from the outside, and the dining room is an example of the glory that the Chateau once had. The dinners are absolutely wonderful! All of the staff with which we interacted were helpful, friendly, efficient, etc.
Cons: There was work going on, thus noise. The halls only have light, if you push a switch. The rooms are "decorated" with 1950's maple furniture and other mismatched items. The mattresses are old and hard with meager covers. The bathrooms are desperately in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was a typical continental...nothing like the delicious dinners.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Stunning surroundings, great access to St Germain en laye.
Cons: We would have liked access to the grand salon and library. It is an historic building as well as a hotel and we were interested to know more. The breakfast is a bit too simple. Would have liked the option of some eggs for example.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful château with a park around, and the forest at your door. Big and clean room. Staff very helpful. Location great: 5’ from the train to Paris and 20’ from Versailles palace.
Cons: Nothing: everything was great
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice selection and delicious fresh bread and pastries
Cons: Ice machine or access to ice
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Outside facade and drive were nice
Cons: We were told there was no onsite restaurant despite having seen this originally advertised when we booked the site. It seems as though management had changed but we were not informed. Staff were rude about this and they used the youngest member of staff, who spoke English to convey this message, and she was extremely uncomfortable in doing so. We discovered, with no help from staff, that there was an Uber service which we used and booked a restaurant in the town about 3 miles away. Why would you not help with this if you knew we were unhappy that there was no no longer s restaurant on site? Although there was a wedding that carried on until 02.00 the next morning, which we would assume had food..... Rooms were tired, and the toilet had not been cleaned properly. Breakfast was OK, completely self serve, and cost €11 each. Room cost was £103 each (we were 2 couples having driven 450 miles from the south of France). Would not recommend, and even some of the wedding guests we spoke to were very critical of the accommodation. Fortunately the Uber was only €9 into town and we had a good meal there, so it could have been so much worse.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and courteous. Bedroom was spacious with comfy bed. There was an ample choice for breakfast. Breakfast in the garden was amazing! Being able to go around the garden was a big plus for our stay!
Cons: A part of the bathroom wall could have been cleaned more.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast!!! Beautiful building and grounds!! Clean room. A little run down....
Cons: A little run down. But a lower price, so.......
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The chateau is surrounded by a virtual parkland; it's a wonderful setting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a charming, peaceful, historic, very French hotel in a beautiful forest yet quite close to the city and chateau of Saint Germain-en-Laye. The restaurant is great for breakfast (buffet) and dinner. It was the best food value we found in France.
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Property, neighborhood, breakfast, convenience, vue.
Cons: The staff made a mistake at check out. They hardly apologized for it and tried to reached us outside of the contact information that they were given through friends who were not at all concerned with the reservation. It felt untrustworthy and upsetting.

Pros: Breakfast is good and the overall look of the hotel is nice. Brand new rooms and cool inner court.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Cuisine is really good..room is clean
Cons: The window of the room is sealed and can’t be open so you need to sleep with airco on.. personally I couldn’t sleep because of this and view from the window is so ugly .. just a close wall from the other building in front ..

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. The restaurant has great food.
Cons: When first got to the hotel there was this odor that I could not figure out trough out the hotel and was pretty strong in the hallway on the floor to my room and would occasionally smell in my room. I had to spray the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. We were there earlier than planned and they helped us the best they could so we do not stay out in the cold. The rooms were spacious and very clean! That was in fact the cleanest hotel I stayed in in France!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the details of the hotel were particularly awesome room number 1
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was amazing and the view spectacular, huge bed super soft. Staff friendly but unobtrusive.
Cons: I wanted to make a cup of tea but unfortunately there was no milk in the fridge, small sachets would have been perfect.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: River and section of ancient bridge right outside the windows. Evening sun streaming into the room. Huge bathroom. Excellent restaurant with noted chef. Close to town centre.
Cons: The arrangements of the furniture leaving little space for personal belongings. The trendy modern shower with very slippery floor, which made spr which wetted the bathroom floor
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was convenient to the RER A train station, so getting into Paris was easy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy.
Cons: The windows in our room overlooked part of the Seine River. Unfortunately, it also overlooked at our window level the metal roof of the hotel restaurant, covered in bird feces from the many pigeons there. The windows also had bird feces on them. It appeared that no one had cleaned these areas in a long time. The hotel advertised that it was air conditioned, but the air conditioning did not work and it was quite warm during our stay. We had to leave the dirty window open to get any relief from the heat. This caused many insect bites at night as there are no window screens to prevent them from coming in from the nearby river bank.

Pros: Proximity to the river Seine and walks. Easy access by car to Versailles and St Germain.
Cons: Room was very dark so always had to have a light on.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel with good staff
Cons: Nothing, all good
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room
Cons: Staff was very kind Except one lady working at the bar
4.5 Okay
Pros: The lobby was furnished nicely and there was a Starbucks coffee
Cons: We arrived late and unfortunately the restaurant of the hotel closed at 22.30 so we decided to go around the neighborhood looking for a place to eat. Most of the restaurants’ kitchens were closed so we decided to buy some sandwiches and eat the at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we wanted to sit at the lobby to eat and not take the food to the rooms where we had a double bed, a sofa bed opened for our daughter and a crib for our 18 month old. We had very little space to move. The staff member from the front desk very rudely called us and told us that no food from outside was allowed. When we tried to explain that our daughters needed to eat something and that upstairs they would just make a mess he rudely told us that it was a rule... He refused to give us water since the bar was closed meanwhile in our room the minibar was empty. I would not categorize this hotel as a 4star hotel.
6.3 Good
Pros: Big and comfortable hotel
Cons: They charge 18Euro for breakfast which is higher
7.0 Good
Pros: I like this accommodation in the periphery of Paris. You can make a walk in the neighbor hoods and along the Seinne.
Cons: The restaurant organization and logistics can be improved.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the quality of the hotel. It is located on the Seine (I believe) and is in not a super busy suburb. Comfy room and overall a good place to stay. I will book it again if I'm in Paris and want to stay in the Versailles area.
Cons: Nothing about the facility itself. Its about 45 minutes to downtown Paris (Arc du Triumphe). This is the third time I've stayed here and each time has been great. Breakfast is kimda pricy, so that would be my only complaint (18€ or so is steep!).
5.0 Okay
Pros: front desk staff was more than friendly. room to the backyard are really quiet.
Cons: Hotel needs definitely to be refurbished - rooms, bathroom looks warn, wall dirty and damaged. Window and windowsill really dirty. Restroom in lobby disgusting and in very bad shape. During breakfast staff was literally pulling may plate from table while I was still eating. Paying over 200 EUR for this experience is not acceptable.
6.7 Good
Pros: Quiet rooms with more space than expected, safe and free of charge parking. Direct connectable rooms for families.
2.7 Mediocre
Pros: It was quite easy to get into Paris from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to La Defense. Free parking was also nice.
Cons: Stayed during two business weeks, two different hotel rooms. First week: Non-smoking room reeked of smoke upon arrival. Second week: After asking the staff twice to look at the heat in my room (over period of 48 hours) they informed me the heat was not working in my room. Extremely furstrated, but they moved me to a room with working heat.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The restaurant, attitude of staff, car parking facility
Cons: The hotel is old fashioned and tired. Needs refurbishmenet
5.3 Okay
Pros: Small, but fully satisfactory fitness studio, good comprehensive breakfast
Cons: Windows cannot be opened fully to get enough fresh air from the outside, rather cold room - heater inefficient
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The price of the breakfast is a bit too high. The location is a bit out of town. Taxis cost a fortune.
6.4 Good
Pros: Breakfast, parking for free, safe and in the same hotel.
Cons: Not much to do around the hotel. Always need of public/own transport. Most people was helpful but some of them seem to be permanently cranky. Sometimes you felt like I was doing something wrong by asking something like paying in advance my room...
6.8 Good
Pros: the reception staff were very helpful when i asked a question
Cons: i did not like the price we had to pay for our evening buffet, especially as we had to pay the full adult price (25 euros) for our 8 year old son!
6.4 Good
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast included in hotel charges
Cons: Not free Wi-Fi internet access but for additional charges
6.8 Good
Pros: The bathroom was very very clean and the service from the front desk was excellent. They were very nice and accomodating.
Cons: The carpet looked as if it needed to be replaced. The rooms were a bit smaller than proposed. However, they were a comfortable size in comparison to other hotels in Paris. The food was just ok could have been better but it was still ok.

Pros: Convenient for Avenue Verte, consistent with other Campaniles. Friendly staff and good service in bar/restaurant
Cons: First room was damp due to broken shower and flood by previous guests. Room thermostat set to 27c to try and dry it out! Had to ask several times for towels in second room
7.5 Good
Pros: Not expensive and in an ideal location for the purpose of our visit.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was very home like setting, not like a typical hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: near our destination
Cons: surly staff in restaurant and at checkout
7.5 Good

Cons: the room was small but ok for my purpose.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The furniture in the room, the well-equipped bathroom and the cleanliness every where, also the Green patches!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, and very comfortable room. There are two supermarkets at door as well.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Easy parking wailing distance of supermarket
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, terrace for drinks, Ryder Cup on tv at breakfast, places to eat very close and quiet area
Cons: Room size was quite small but well designed. Our room was near the stairs and it was noisy when people went up them

Cons: There was an all you can eat buffet for dinner that was priced reasonably. However, the variety of items offered was somewhat limited. Also, there is a limited number of channels available on the TV in the room (no sport, and/or movie channels... :-)

7.5 Good
Pros: Good location. Excellent restaurant.
Cons: The rooms are s bit dated. Needs freshening up—update needed on bathrooms and decor. Looks very 80ish. WiFi needs an update too.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Like the location in a the woods near the chateau and park and the dinner and breakfast are vv good indeed..
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet & relaxing
Cons: Location (if travelling without a car)
7.5 Good
Pros: Interior design, landscaping, restaurant
Cons: You expect more from a Relais&Chateau hotel - the bathroom lighting is deem, applying make up was a problem, the lighting up magnifying mirror was broken (room 15). Could not use my straightener, the plugs in the room are too low near the floor, impossible to plug in. The breakfast ordered to the room was ok, but very basic..
7.5 Good
Pros: Would be lovely in summertime with a massive courtyard garden, secluded location in the forest. Nice area for walks.
Cons: Huge roadworks outside. Difficult to find the hotel because of road closures. Restaurant seemed expensive: a relatively ordinary 2-course meal of smoked salmon, followed by ris de veau, came to 55 euros per head, a modest bottle of Chablis brought the bill to nearly 200 euros for two of us. In a forest, 40km from Paris.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good restaurant.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: the room temperature during the night was far too high
Overview Reviews
Loti in a beautiful building with green, modern décor, Mercure Paris Ouest Saint Germain has 4 meeting rooms. With a terrace overlooking a landscaped garden with aromatic herbs, our hotel invites you to enjoy the open-air dishes of our lounge bar. The bar serves cocktails and wines from an award-winning local wine shop. And if you want to snack, you can count on the regional products of our gourmet shop.
6.8 Good
Pros: Tea, coffee & fridge in room. Good breakfasts
Cons: Miserable barman, reluctantly served us drinks
7.5 Good
Pros: The price was very good and check in was easy. Location great for our purpose. Modern and clean hotel. Very quiet hotel at night.
Cons: Bar not open on Saturday or Sunday evening. No breakfast tea provided in the room and very little sugar and milk. Beds were far too hard and woke up with a sore back. Shower was dangerous as the hot and cold were actually the opposite so be careful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the wonderful royal town of Saint Germain en Laye. Nice staff, comfotrable bed, extra pillows, good aircon, brilliant double glazing.
Cons: All was great
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was in a green area and the beautiful city castle was within walking distance.
Cons: There was no dinner option at the hotel, but restaurants were 10 minutes away (by foot) and receptionist reserved a table for our family.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The staff were lovely
Cons: There were old drinks and beer bottles in the hallways, it was unkempt and smelled like a university dorm house.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice area, 5 min from the subway and next the park of the castle. Good breakfast and room clean. Price is good.
Cons: Rooms a bit outdated and without any charm. Staff okay but without this plus. Windows performance is bad, was about 2 degrees outside and you can feel it from the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was very good, location and garden of the hotel were very nice
Cons: The glass-door of the toilets in the room is distrurbing and is not offering any privacy nor comfort. We had to use the shared toilets of the lobby for our basic intimate biological needs. A full door for the toilets would make the experience 100% satisfying.
6.3 Good
Pros: the room was great. Quiet, functional. bed good, slept well, room 111. Parking is fantastic. Personnel speaks some words English.
Cons: Staff is very inflexible with regards to longer duration. The minimum room rate is €90, breakfast is expensive, the dinner menu is not varied.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: + I slept well. The superior rooms are not better than the normal rooms. YMMV + Some rooms are better than others. The ones on the front are quiet, the ones on the back less so. + Breakfast is good, ham eggs and pancakes plus fruit. Expensive if you ask me. + Free parking, and always space to park. + my tyres (well the complete wheels) of my rental car were stolen one morning. Staff manager went with me to sort things out at the police, and also helped translating with the staff at Hertz. Nothing like the ubiquitous French "It's not my problem" mentality. I will not forget this.
Cons: - Rooms have blood staines of crushed insects. Minor for me, YMMV. - For dinner there is a week menu, and an always the same-menu. The week menu is good quality. If you want variety, check out the city. - Rooms are expensive, some days, some days cheaper, no pattern detected. If you book for a month, for travel, talk to the manager for a good price offer. In that case also become member of accor. - place your car exactly in front of the hotel. The parking is not of mercure, there are no camera's so keep your belongings out of the car. Rent with all-risk covered!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Air Conditioning in both rooms, nice big bathroom, big bed, spacious rooms, they even had a BlueTooth speaker.
Cons: They didn't have a baby bed for our 9-month-old baby, so he had to sleep in our bed, when which at one point, the poor thing fell out of the bed... :( he's fine though, but we all got a big fright.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice place owner friendly and helpful nice peaceful spot
Cons: Absence of a key however the location is quite safe
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, romantic B&B set in a lovely area. The host was just lovely.
Cons: The fact our stay was only one night.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Poor breakfast, instant coffee, bread not fresh, some butter and some jam. Served in the sitting room at the chess table which is simultaneously a bedroom although agreed to go to the Masters House Kitchen for breakfast. After commenting that breakfast is quite poor the answer was: people come here not for a breakfast, but for “charming atmosphere”. Although atmosphere isn’t really charming.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location was good and the area is quiet. The room has it's own access as it is in a building outside the house. The accommodation is a bit quirky.
Cons: TV is provided but no TV channels available (there are lots of DVD's as long as you switch the language from French). There was no hairdryer but one was provided when we asked. The lounge furniture is very dated and not very comfortable. Breakfast was bread (first day was toasted as not fresh) and jam with orange juice and tea or coffee (instant not fresh). No pastries or fruit. Parking is on the road next to the house and not on-site, not an issue just not an accurate statement.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Air con Good breakfast
Cons: No kettle in room. Better instructions for the parking as its on a shopping mall.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, the beds ok, the bathroom big. we had a room for 3 persons.
Cons: it was a little dusty, sometimes bad smells in the room coming from the bathroom
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was fine if visiting the Chateau and the receptionist was super helpful.
Cons: We were told that Breakfast (Sunday) went on until 11am. We got down at 10.20am and they were already clearing it away!! I asked them to bring stuff back out, which they did. Another 3 couples turned up after us (still before 11am) and were told it was finished. Not acceptable! The first room we were given absolutely stank of cigarette smoke and the electricity didn't work. This was promptly rectified by the reception but the new room we were given was considerably smaller.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was good but absolutely no parking available which made the stay very difficult.
Cons: Location was good but absolutely no parking available which made the stay very difficult.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful receptionist and great value.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We did not eat at the hotel as we found food nearby at a reasonable price
Cons: Happy staff
7.5 Good
Pros: Chose this hotel mainly for its location, to facilitate a visit to the Palace of Versailles. Easy check-in. Friendly, helpful staff. Typical budget hotel room, compact but clean and adequate for a 1-night stay.
Cons: Free car parking is available in the car park of Parly2 - a very large shopping complex that adjoins the hotel. However, finding a space in one of the car parking areas (i.e. during normal shopping hours), and then finding one's way into and through the shopping centre to get to the hotel entrance next door, can prove difficult and time consuming.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We like the location, very convenient. And it is clean
Cons: We did not like the matress. It is too soft, we get back pain
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the Ibis hotels , basic , clean and efficient , the breakfast was very good , good choice too , great shower room , bed was ok
Cons: trying to park on arrival when you don't know the area as there is nowhere at front to hotel , you have to go into the multi story car park and guess where you should be parking , I needed to move once booked in , so all was ok in the end .
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location but there is no parking which makes it very difficult to access by car.
Cons: There is no parking which makes it very difficult to access by car.

Pros: Nice location with easy access to Paris.
Cons: Small parking place, when fully booked. Quite small room for 4 people.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Quiet location.
Cons: Wifi very poor. Not enough pillows
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, but was cut off 15 minutes before the time ended. Had AC
Cons: This is a hotel, that is self check-in and limited times for staff on site. Not a "B&B" I expected
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Smelt of urine, 1 pillow, very grim looking
6.8 Good
Pros: Bunk beds for the kids, basic but clean.
Cons: Breakfast was pre-purchased and clearly advertised as being available until 10:30 on weekends, but we were rudely turned away at 10:06am on a Sunday in June.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, comfortable and the staff endeavoured to speak English for me.
Cons: No refrigerator
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is good and value for the money, especially this close to Paris, is OK.
Cons: I've stayed in B&B hotels many times. This one is, by far, the most run down. The room was especially small and beat-up. I doubt that I'll book another B&B because I trusted the brand and it let me down.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location for transport into Paris. Comfy beds. Served it’s purpose
Cons: No kettle to make a morning cup of tea/coffee. Staff marked as neutral as had no experience with them as computerised log in etc for room and check in but help is available if needed
5.8 Okay
Pros: Affordable place for Paris standards.
Cons: Smelly room, air circulation is quite bad. Parking place could be better designed, arrived after midnight and no place anymore, quite some cars occupy multiple places. Sound insulation could be better, was woken up at 5 in the morning by some people who used the hotel for 'adult entertainment'.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Wfi Doesn’t work at all any time, front desk knows it’s not working it does not try to fix it
