Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech

Front desk, pool, bar and restaurant staff are excellent and friendly. Facilities were really good and thought out. Food was fantastic and catered for a variety of tastes and ages.

Entertainment staff focused on engaging with French speaking tourists. I think this related to Kapa having a greater foothold of the site and some of the entertainment staff appeared to be employed/sponsored by Kapa. It would have been a great touch to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms a good size. We arrived earlier than the check in time of 3pm and they upgraded us and got us a room over 2 hours early with no charge, which was very much appreciated. The hotel has very large gounds with lots of green space and had pretty much every sporting facility you could think of, a little farm and loads of things to do. We really liked the adult pool away from screaming kids and as such was not too overcrowded and it had its own bar. The food was lovely and the free shuttle bus to the medenia was great. The hotel also exchanged money without charging commission. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Marrakech.
