The room was very clean and the view was incredible The staff knew little to no English or Spanish and I expected that from a 3-star hotel
Hotels photos are very nice in internet, not like in reality.
10 km from the city centre.
Close to both the beach and the city centre making it convenient for access by bus or metro or, indeed, walking. Provision of evening meals would have been a good option.
bed&breakfasts are excellent, kind and supportive staff, the seaside is not too far away. - promotion of free cancelation while at least in some cases - mine for example - is not true; i booked hotel in business rush, because of this promotion of free cancelation in awareness that for sure there will be some additional changes; normally there are when you do staff in a hectic or hurry. second: it would be usefull to prepare a small leaflet about French customs - it was really unpleasant stay first day travelling with our kid because of eating habbits; maybe uninportant issue for adults but it took as more than one day before someone simply explained: it is a French custom, that we do not eat sups, restaurants serve lunch only between 12-14 and dinners from 19.00 till .... small detail that can present a lot of difficulties
Great wireless I-net deals, no profit made by hotel. Good beds. 1. Lobby smelled bad (urine?) 2. Long queue for exit payment (only one person handling)
disagreeable odour in the bathroom, maximally 3 not 4 stars hotel
Close to the Stade Velodrome. Advertisement regarding children staying for free, but then finding there were limitations on this.
Clean tidy effective & comfortable stop over, and a short bus ride or 15min walk from the beach. The area does suffer some litter, but thats Marseille in general.
The close location to business area. And the free internet access. The breakfast was also reasonable.
Right next to the football ground and bars - this is 3rd time we have stayed here, its so handy for the match
promt and polite reception, which is rare in Europe. Size of room
Good location; private parking lots for hotel guests; hotel staff are friendly, and available most of the time. Interior decoration of rooms and hallways as well as facilities need uplifting. Air-condtioner didn't work well for the first night.
Location, close to Olympic Marseille FC !
good communication to/from hotel-very good location to discover Marseille:)
The room was quiet, confortable and clean. The rstaurant was ok. the location was excellent, near the metro.
Cheap, clean, location Ac sucked... Not cold and really noisy. I pulled the fuse from it for the second night.... Much better from there in..
The hotel is quiet, clean, and safe. The neighborhood is nothing special, but the hotel itself is very close to the metro.
The location is very convenient, situated near the metro station and close to the beach. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was satisfying. The noise from the construction site near the hotel made it impossible to stay in the room during the day. The wifi was not working.
Great location, close to metro & local buses, walking distance to staduim, able to walk to old town, port and shopping area.
needs staff 24 hours, and fix the facilities
Clean decent hotel in a residential area convenient for my business, five minutes from metro. WC in the corridor
The Manager was a very nice and was very flexible to ensure we had a great stay. The location was ideal for a conference in Parc Chanot and there were some nice restaurants very close by. Was surprised to find on arrival that the rooms on the second floor shared a toilet. Each room had a sink and shower but not a toilet. It was ok but not ideal but as this is a hotel were you pretty much just sleep, it was fine.
Only the polite personnel (not the owner) that the other day apologized for a confusion Many!!! Main problems, the awfully dirty and stinking rooms and bathrooms. Very unpleasant experience
Price. Location far away from city center. Internet in room did't work(only in corridor), phone too. In weekend staff work till 12 if you come later check your email where will be letter with code and your room nomber. Phone which write on hotels door didn't work!Nobody recall you as thet promise. but if you need place to sleep only one night it's ok.
Brilliant location! Near from Velodrom stadium!
nothing This Hotel is horrible no ensuite we had to share a loo with other rooms the rooms were tiny and the decor was delapidated I felt ill at the thought of sleeping on the bed but at least the sheets were clean...we never saw any hotel staff we had to call a no on the door to get a code to get access to the back door as the front shutters to the building were closed, overpriced at 55 euro.
The hotel was near a very friendly and tasty cous cous restaurant. Booked an ensuite and given a room without a toilet, we had to walk down a dark hall to the toilet, the toilet didn't have a basin for hand-washing. Supposed to be wi-fi access but signal so weak and the connection speed so low it was impossible to use.The staff tried to hurry us out before our check-out time. Broken radiator.Dim lighting in room and hallways.Only one towel between two people.
The hotel was closed with the shutters down when I arrived; thankfully there was a notice in French & English and the proprietor spoke some English. A poor value hotel in all honesty! I paid £55 per night for an en suite room where I had only a shower & washbasen. The latter stank and in the heat that it pleasent. And on top of that they made you pay for the breakfast!
The bed and bathroom were the best part Staff wasn't there on our arrival and building was shut with a steel gate then took a while for them to come open it
