It was a one night stay ,so we cannot give a valid answer NO
very welcoming hosts; good food well presented and reasonbly priced. Child friendly.
Really ... ? Nothing :) The place is like in the movie '' Hostel '' ... Horror one.. The room is nice , but the village where is situated is like in bad dreams.. No one inside it... And the smell from the room ... mmmm... I still feel it ... It's horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
very comfortable and reasonable hotel
Nice food on the palat on a lovely rteraace which was a bit noisy cause of the road nearby
The welcoming Management. The owners are "hands on" and do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. They were so helpful re: where to visit and suggested cycle routes in the area. They also have a very good restaurant. The hotel is wonderful overall!
Lovely pool and friendly owners restaurant was closed and this had been one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, but the owner was able to recommend a restaurant nearby
Friendly and helpful staff; English spoken. Excellent cuisine evening meal. Air conditioning. Swimming pool. Excellent decor. Easy parking and access.
The restaurant,location,space in the room
Lovely room (number 17), restaurant and views. Very interesting building and village. Lots of charm and character. Very convenient for Rocamadour. Mme Liebus went to a lot of trouble to return some items we left in the room - typical of the personal and professional service she provided throughout. The road out front can be a bit noisy at times, but worth putting up with for the river views.
The food both at dinner and breakfast.the friendly staff. the hotel location
the staff were very friendly and helpful. food was excellent. located on the river, very nice village setting.
very good restaurant and beautiful location
We were made extremely welcome at reception by the owner who spoke excellent English. We had booked a superior double room but were upgraded to a suite which occupied the top two floors of the tower (the hotel is a castle overlooking the Dordogne river) and was absolutely amazing. There was a lovely vine covered terrace for afternoon drinks and aperatifs. The restaurant was excellent with a wide choice of set menus very reasonably priced. The meal was excellent - beautifully cooked and presented. We will definately stay again and would recommend the hotel.
I loved the hotel. A real castle and outstanding views. Good location near Rocamadour and Gouffre de Piradac. Canoes to rent for a river that runs right past the hotel. Beautiful! Restored with all the character. The Hostess was rude to us. If you dont speak French well you may find dinner difficult... delicious but difficult.
This stay was a delightful experience with staff that are very cheerful and hard working. The restaurant service was amazing with cuisine deserving of every recognition. Francoise is an accomplished proprietor . Try to improve the quality of wifi stability.
very comfortable, fantastic location, relaxing, superb food nothing, the owner's put all their time to making the guest's stay special and unforgettable
A very relaxing place to stay en route and eat well at good vlaue price Beautiful river but too mnay campsites!
The hotel is in a excellent location in a lovely village. The rooms were very clean the pool was excellent. The staff were friendly. We had dinner in the hotel but it was not good value. We did not have breadfast in the hotel as we felt 7.50 a head was expensive when you could go down the road to the other restaurant/bar and have a breakfast for 4 euro a head.
Staff very helpful and welcoming. location very good The bar closed early in the evening. No tea or coffee making facilities or hairdryer in the room
