Quality of the food was excellent and served by friendly and efficient waitresses.
Nice location in a small village with parking places. Nice food, pleasant staff.
The very relaxed country atmosphere was lovely. Communication with the staff for a non German speaking person was made easy by the staff
The rooms were very comfortable. We had the deluxe room and the bathroom was particularly well designed. A nice change of pace to other hotels we had stayed at. Not particularly pleased with the lady running it. We rarely saw her and did not seem to take to our kids. We constantly felt invasive of her establishment.
Nice family running hotel
Wonderful facilities, and lovely owners
Immaculate room and facilities with a lot of love for details. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Nice family atmosphere without missing any convenience. It feels like the owners really run this place with passion. The rates are more than fair for what is offered. We travel quite a bit to the area to visit family and if they can keep up the quality and service, Gästehaus Sonja will be our choice for the years to come! From me Gästehaus Sonja gets a 10 out of 10!
Friendly staff good food nice room No hair dryer
quietness of the surrounding
large room, comfortable bed Room ran out of water on several occasions. There were no curtains on the window, just sheers - so little privacy and lots of sun in the morning. Bath towels were very small - just a little bigger than a hand towel.
It was a good place, enough space for parking. It is near the “Alpsee Coaster” the longest one in Germany. The curtains were to light if you wanted to go sleep early or late.
Simple but fitted the purpose.
Light and wide room with nice country side Recomendations to improve breakfest - add fruits, eggs or yogurt.
Staff very friendley, food excellent. The view and the surrounding area was excellent. Only one drawback is that hotel is situated on a busy main road and traffic was sometimes noisey.
Clean room and beautiful landscape.
The Gasthof is easy to find, perfect location near a ski-lift and rollercoaster. The staff is most friendly and they keep their place really clean, quiet and peaceful. If you find yourself going through the area of Allgauer Alps you should go to Gasthof Jaegerhaus. There might have been 2 separate beds in our double room and some some tomatos or cucumber for brekafast, no remarks other than that ;-)
Pleasant people to talk to. Everything is very correctly organized.
The beds and linen were clean and comfortable and bathroom facilities were adequate and clean. There was no hot water for showering and no refund. Not suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs (my wife is disabled and struggled to the third floor).
We were delighted with the accommodations. The rooms were clean and quiet and breakfast was good. A good value overall. We would return to this location.
It was a normal German hotel and convenient for Kempten - although a car ride away from the town.. Luckily I phoned to say I woulod arrive late and they left a key outside for me. Otherwise, I dislike hotels which do not offer a 24 hour service. This one closed about 2200 hours (earlier than my booking confirmation stated).
Nice clean hotel, very reasonable rates, good breakfast and friendly proprietrix. Quite close to autobhan made it an ideal stop-over on our journey from Dunkirk to The Dolomites.
friendly atmosphere, quietness, good food
No problem arriving late. Quiet nice area, and still close to the Autobahn.
Fine breakfast and spacious bed Bathroon was little dim. My kids didn't like this.
