Room with a comfortable bed, desk, fridge, and microwave.
On a busy street with lots of noise and if you try to walk around area, be ready for panhandlers.
It was clean, had a microwave, and mini fridge. Very basic room with decently comfortable bed, table with chairs, and TV with satellite. The location was good--close to many restaurants, a CVS, and a Walgreens. The staff were nice.
The breakfast was tang, cereal, and packaged pastries. I can't drink milk so I didn't eat the cereal (obviously not the fault of the hotel--many motels/hotels do not carry milk alternatives). Just know that breakfast is very very basic. However, the value of the hotel was still worth it.
The beds they were awsome.
It was all good.
The Price was reasonable compared to other motels in the area, but still expensive for what was offered.
I didn't like the decor, it was cheap, mismatched and unpleasant color choices on walls. Peach, brown and Dark Red trim. Mismatched microwave and refrigerator. Furniture was not clean and sparse. Flooring; two different tile floors, as carpet was replaced with tile and instead of continuing the floor tile through to the bath. They saved a few dollars and kept the old tile in the bath. Shower curtain too short. Walls and back of bath door showed dirt, hand prints and scuff marks. Breakfast consisted of orange drink, coffee, cereal and wrapped danish with two tiny uninviting tables set aside in their tiny office. Broken spring in our bed. The exterior of the building gives the impression of a well maintained facility. New neutral colored paint, soap and water, softer towels and new appliances would give this place a decent facelift that would give the owner the ability to raise their prices a little for a return. The place was full, again the cheapest price and facility looks nice from the outside. Once your in, they don't care, is what the impression I got, by the care of the rooms. Some unsolicited advice from a landlord. WiFi, was down a lot, due to the overload of users. Strong connection in the early morning and when we first arrived as the motel was still empty for a couple of hours. Not a place I would come back to. I have been avoiding America's Best Value brand hotel/motels on my continued trip this week as I'm traveling around Northern California for the week and staying at different hotels.
