Pros: The location. But most of all the welcome we received from the girl on reception. We arrived about 7pm. We had our bicycles with us, and she immediately showed us a room to store them in. The recommendation of where to eat was first class. The owner of the bar / restaurant couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was an experience and most enjoyable. This hotel gave us one of the best welcomes we have ever received. Brilliant place to stay. Thank you
Pros: It was clean and staff friendly. Location ok. Would like to be able to make coffee in room also no breakdadt
Cons: Dated and didn't receive what we asked for no breakfast facilities or coffee making facilities in room
Pros: Great access to town and facilities, excellent bar and friendly helpful service
Cons: Only limitation is street parking
Pros: Very helpful staff. A girl at the front desk (sorry don’t know her name) was especially helpful since she spoke fluent English and was able to tell us a lot about town. She is very knowledgeable about what is going on in the town regarding mining and shoes/boots making industries and it was very interesting to learn. Rooms are small but clean and functional. Very nice and authentic bar with drinks and snacks. Hotel is very close to lovely small city center. Hotel doesn't have parking for guests and it is very difficult to find parking near the hotel.
Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: The hotel is close to the grocery store and a Chinese restaurant. It also boasts it's own restaurant, which serves typical Spanish food and drink. There is also associated ham and olive oil sales.
Cons: Room 10 is a noisy room, on the side of the main road!
Pros: Value for money and very clean!

Pros: It was as expected - a nice but slightly dusty old hotel in a nice but slightly dusty town near the amazing Rio Tinto river. The staff did not really speak English, but we got by. The food was good and the location adequate. The price was right.
Pros: Beds were nice and the manager (and perhaps owner) was extremely hospitable. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate odd hours/schedules made the stay really wonderful.
Cons: I kept forgetting to ask for wifi information and I wasn’t able to find where it was posted or connect.
Cons: the hotel has seen better days. Room was quite ok. But bar and restaurant were not really open. Very dark and unfriendly.
Pros: Decent size room
Cons: Noisy dogs from neighbourhood, not many restaurants in town, in fact the hotel refused to open the restaurant for us. Breakfast was very expensive for just toast and coffee

Pros: The setting was marvelous, the staff delightful and helpful, the bar nice and reasonable, and the hostal was only a short walk from the Miners' Museum which was fabulous.
Cons: The only suggestion for the hostal is to put something in the shower--a little metal tray or something--to hold shampoo / cream rinse / soap / gel. Also, some correction in that my reservation clearly said that I could pay with my American Express card which I often do, but at the property, I was unable to do so, and had to pay with a different card that has outrageous charges that made my stay much more expensive than it should have been.
Pros: It was only a few meters to the museum and it was easy to find and in a nice location.
Cons: Restaurant menu was a little limited but it was OK.
Pros: Friendly staff, food good .overall price good. 2nd visit now and will return.
Pros: The staff were very helpful about the Ríotinto museum and the other attractions What an interesting place
Cons: I forgot the remote and had to send it back Maybe the remote could be in the room
Pros: The location is great, just next to the museum of the mines, and a small parking where you can park for free. The room is quite large, there is a TV with a few English-speaking channels, bathroom is great.
Cons: We didn't know that the hotel was literally in a restaurant/café, where you have a crazy load of noise til midnight...In our case, we were on the ground floor, don't know if it's any better on the 1st floor... The staff is nowhere most of the time, you have to ask around at the bar or a waiter and someone will come...obviously speaking only one language and no other: Spanish...making the conversation complicated if you need something more than just checking-in or out... We asked the restaurants if they had any vegetarian options for us, basic answer..."green salad"...Ouah...Wait to see the 60 dishes menu, and you'll be even more stunned to see ZERO vegetarian option...The very famous Spanish Tortilla didn't make it here it appears. Really disappointing, we ended up not eating as it was a Sunday and everything around was closed.
