Well priced, nice swimming pool, and good restaurant.
New rooms, large, clean, quite ( not noise at all). Price for breakfast are a bit too high considering that you travel with kids. We did not take breakfast in the hotel because of that.
clean tidy rooms , helpful staff we arrived after 800 pm and the restuarnt was closed
Spacious, clean, comfortable room Unable to comment on outside facilities due to bad weather Restaurant offers very mediocre no choice menu on Fridays & Saturdays due to local attraction (Puy de Fou). A notice warning guests of this practice would enable one to eat elsewhere. Also, one does not expect set, halfhour 'sittings' for breakfast at a hotel of this category. It seemed that there were not sufficient staff on duty at weekends to cope with the numbers. Very disappointing. However, the one 'proper' dinner we had during our stay was up to usual Logi standard.
The first night our room was above the late arrivals night parking-cars arrived till after midnight. Ask not to be put there!
Nice pool. Staff helpful & friendly. Room clean Very expensive compared to another hotel we used this stay in Sarlat which was far superior. 5 people in one room and you charged us ?480 for 2 nights.
Location to centre and difficult to find depending on which way the hotel was approached.
Good location for Puy du Fou, clean room and bathroom, swimming pool very poor standard in staircases (worn carpets, unpainted concrete walls). Very expensive breakfasts (12Euros per person even for children). Restaurant looked soul-less.
The pool was excellent and the evening meal was of good quality, with friendly service staff. The standard of cleanliness in the rooms was high. The hotel reception is not particularly helpful. I booked months in advance, requesting a third child bed in a superior room as advertised for a supplement, but the hotel failed to book this, and failed to offer an alternative (eg extra room, despite the fact that there was one available online). If they do not have rooms capable of accommodating 2 adults and 3 children, they should not accept bookings that clearly state this configuration. Also their breakfast option is extortionate. I recommend the E Leclerc Hypermarche nearby instead which offers an excellent breakfast at less than one tenth of the price.
Great pool, panaoramic view, close to Puy du Fou, nice restaurants and convenient shops in local town. All over a pleasant stay, nice room. Main objection was price of the food, and the room. The food was only OK but fine.
As a new building/hotel, the standards are much better than in many other hotels of that price level. Located close to the nice centre. Breakfirst room is basic, breakfirst's variety poor.
Modern updated hotel with style Restaurant only served breakfasts, not dinners
This hotel came as a great surprise. I highly recommend it.
It's clean and has a modern design. Bathroom floor was freezing (but it was winter) and no kettle to make a cup of coffee
Super modern light, elegant design. Spotlessly clean. Very central. Safe parking.
Staff were very pleasant and room was very clean Room facilities were very spartan, very much a case of style over substance. You wouldn't want to have to spend a lot of time in there. For the price, I thought the facilities were poor, given its location in a not very large town.
its not suitable for a family
Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast choice. Hairdryer not working in bathroom
Good standard as ever but the staff were a bit dfficult when it came to language. Good food and comfortable room.
Staff helpful, room and restaurant excellent, charged 15% more for room than booking.com quote, charged more for breakfast than booking.com quote and also charged taxes which were stated by booking.com as not applicable. When questioned, only refunded excess charge for room.
The owners were accomodating, helpful and kind. The facilities were lovely. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for...as is the outdoor swimming pool. Located very close to the Puy du Fou, it was convenient as well. Close by restaurant, Auberge Mercure is a grand experience in fine food. There was nothing not to like about the Chateau
We were very honoured to stay at the home of the owners of this hotel. They were very gracious in their time and help and we really enjoyed our stay there very much. The hosts, castle grounds, room and food were all wonderful. The immediate availability of good restaurants and interesting towns in the surrounding area was a little bit limited.
the whole Ambiance of the castle ,
Luxary, excellent service
comfortable bed no bath only a shower
Very clean and friendly hotel with good facilities. Quiet location but difficult to find as sat-nav doesn't recognise address - once you see signs for Bocapole it is straight forward.
Very friendly staff (the only one) as we arrived late. We wanted to eat so he phoned to reserve a place since he informed us restaurant would be closing shortly. Difficult to find as in a complex - directions should be made clearer
A plesant place to stay and a convenient stop on our way to the south
Freindly Staff, clean comfortable rooms and excellent value for money. Also I found the two ladies at reception to be extremely helpful to me.
Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Staff were pleasant, present but not obtrusive. All facilities well maintained, clean, tidy. Good car park. Good location near town but not too close. Nice breakfast. Although quiet and effective in use, air con/heater a little bit difficult to make respond. Only one (good) restaurant within walking distance.
Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff very helpfull.
Clean hotel, quiet despite being close to a major junction, easy access and parking, friendly staff, pets accepted. The ventilation system in room makes too much noise
