staff was very nice, breakfast was great even asked if there was any thing else she could get us before she started cleaning up.
excellent friendly and prompt customer servicequietclean and cheap
Convince and manager on duty was very pleasant
The room had a smell to it that wasnot inviting
Had a great breakfast and was very clean. The employees were all very nice and helpful. The room was big and was well maintained.
Friendly clean and quiet
Close to hiway...somewhat noisy
the owner was nice but the rooms were not very good people standing out on the balcony when you had to walk up to your room we had to walk around and drinking beer casted
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I got a good nights sleep.
I liked it all
It was good for what we used it for. A little outdated...
Bed was uncomfortable
The staff was among the friendliest that I've experienced at any hotel...they were very attentive. The room was better than expected for the price. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained.
Honestly, the only slight downside of the hotel was the traffic noise from U.S. 69, which you'll have with any hotel near a highway. Everything within the control of the owners was fantastic!
The front desk and cleaning staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful in every way. I'll stay here on my next visit to McAlester.
Clean and safe.
Too close to highway...TERRIBLE frontage road!
It was clean; quiet, roomy and it really felt like home. The front desk lady was sweet and very helpful.
Nothing bad to report.
Breakfast was nice.
Hair in the sheets, looked used. Very little room. Toilet almost touching the tub. Very thin walls, you hear everthing next door and outside. Hotel is right on a major highway. Traffic noise all night long. Will not stay at an econlodge again.
It was dirty sheets and hair in the tub!!!
the room, bathroom, bed and most of everything else. IT just was dirty.
Convenience to the highway
We only stayed about 4 hours... just needed a place to crash while passing through, so I do not have any negatives to say.
Good price. Easy access to highway. Clerk was nice, helpful, and efficient.
The swimming pool was drained. One of the hand towels had a brown stain on it. The air conditioner was blocked by the mattress of the bed closest to it, so the rest of the room didn't get cool.
There were no outstanding features about this hotel except the price. We were just staying overnight, so it was fine.
When I opened the door to the room, a large, live bug greeted me so that was not the best first impression. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent and the breakfast was dismal.
it was vERY dirty! sheets weren't washed. poop was on bathroom wall
Bathroom was too small.
This was a very poor excuse for a two star hotel. I book a lot of rooms with Priceline, all over the country. This was by far the lowest quality of any over stayed. This was a one star at best. Surprising they put me in this one because of the other options and great quality names in the area. I would expect something like this from hotwire.com but not you Priceline. -Jeff M (Loyal Priceliner)
It was awful. Rooms were dirty and they has an odor.
Ugly room and carpet. Wet carpet. No interior hallway. Noisy. Old, cheap furnishings.
The staff was helpful. Initially our room key did not work, so I had to go down and get new keys, that still didn't work. However the staff came up to our room and let us in.
Not really... pretty average for the cost.
the stay was comfortable. Room was very well maintained. The breakfast was also good. My only complaint was some noise coming from outside.
The motel was clean, recently updated, and the staff members were pleasant. The continental breakfast was the best we'd ever seen, in regards to variety and quality. The beds were the most comfortable we'd ever slept on in a hotel. In fact, it was more comfortable than our bed at home.
