Location. It’s 4 min to the airport so perfect for early morning departure. Also there are variety of shops arojnd
Service. Breakfast starting at 6 am for the airport bore is late. And no way to get breakfast earlier than that
Fun pool with water slides, a little cool, but still a great time.
The toilet backed up, paint on sink and tub was peeling, room had an obnoxious smell of cigarettes covered up with heavy deodorant, breakfast was very mediocre with lackluster eggs.
It was dirty, had ants, someone tried to get into our room. There were people partying in the hallways
No one cares and it shows.
It wasn’t the dirtiest hotel room I’ve seen. Maybe housekeeping does care a little.
As I walked up to the front counter, the clerk said into the phone, ‘There’s literally nowhere else for him to park. What do you want me to do?” and slammed down the phone. She then proceeded to complain to Trainee (according to his name tag) about how she ‘didn’t want to deal with this tonight.’ Then immediately left a voice mail for someone about how someone had made a loud noise complaint but she couldn’t figure out who’s truck was running. I would have walked out if I hadn’t already paid. Fortunately, we were not placed next to the loud truck. However, our “three star” room was at some point “remodeled” with sloppy, bright red trim, a poorly spray painted door, and the cracked sink was “fixed” with a coat of paint that had mostly peeled off. The beds may have been rescued from a dumpster behind a thrift store and the breakfast was the cheapest possible food and barely edible. I’m not sure what happened between the three stars that were supposed to be at this place, but a couple of them definitely took off. I’m glad to be gone and won’t be back.
the stay was great we really enjoyed it.
Staff was friendly
Bath tub was pealing.
Dingy
Floor and sheets were dirty. Light fixtures lack adequate wattage so the room looked like a prison.
We had adjoining rooms with 2 beds in each room. Staff left one of the 4 beds not made.
Convenient
Beds were very comfortable, they did not charge us for a roll away, and the swimming pool was a hit.
The marijuana smell coming from all areas of the parking lot, the slides should be open the entire time the pool is open
The pool was fun, could have been a little warmer.
The hotel is badly outdated and our non-smoking room reaked of smoke when we checked in.
Computers were down during check out and it took about 20 min. to check out but other than that all was good.
The continental breakfast was probably the worst I have ever seen. They would be better off not doing it. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I only dealt with them at check in and check out, but those two experiences took way longer than they should have considering I was the only person in line and they acted like I was a bother. I'll take my money to other hotels from now on.
