The best 'dive motel' I ever stayed at! And I mean that in a positive way - It was not a high class place. It was old and not at all fancy. The bed, however was comfortable and the TV was nicer than most higher-end places I have stayed at.
Not much of a breakfast, but there are several fast food, as well as sit-down restaurants in very close proximity.
Cleanliness and etc.
Free breakfast was less than expected.
Wise dignified Indian couple.
Was not a negative experience, no comments.
Their breakfast was 3 little containters of cereal, with cups only, no bowls and coffee or hot chocolate! I wouldn't of stayed there if I knew how bad their breakfast was!
It was right off the freeway. Very easy to find. Staff was helpful and very accommodating.
breakfast was underwhelming but hey at least they provide breakfast! For the star rating and price it was a great experience.
It was very clean. It was great to have internet access. The staff was very helpful.
The helpfulness of the wonderful staff.
Could not get a WiFi connection.
Friendly staff, next to the Interstate and shopping, Very close to downtown area.
I would recommend that if you have a laptop to make sure the WiFi connects. Do that while you are in the office before you check-in. This is not necessarily the hotel's fault, maybe modem settings. My HP Pavillion would not connect, but my IPod did.
The room had a refrig and microwave and was clean. It did not have an overly flowery smell - no smell, which was good.
It was located right behind a gas station and it didn't seem to be in a good part of town.

Squiking ceiling. I was on the 1st floor. Hollow walls. Groutsy manager.
Very clean, somewhat new renovation with lots of room amenities. Building much nicer on the inside than on the outside. Very close to Interstate but still quiet. Multiple TV channels, including HBO but not Showtime. Free WiFi. Shower heat lamp very nice.
Hard to find.
The staff was very nice to me felt like home definitely coming back!!
Nope love the place location the whole 9
I liked where it was located. It was by several stores, places to eat, etc. Staff was friendly.
Didn't have hot breakfast offered. Only Danish & cereal. Bathroom had mold growing and the room had a very bad musty smell which made it hard to breath. Would have cancelled the room if I hadn't had important business that needed to be taken care of.
Conveniently located for those with or without cars.
Maintenance seemed to be a secondary priority, a sink in desperate need of replacement in my room specifically.
They accommodated my special request.
Being charged additional money on a pretty paid room.
Next to the gas station, Tyler was very helpful
Getting a room settling down then forced to move to another room, homeless guy under the stairs, startled out of my sleep to see a guy dangling his kid over the 2nd floor railing. Worst of all was the ac fan. It would go into HELICOPTER MODE
This hotel was horrible. It was not clean or safe. Stained and dirty sheets. A drunk and or drugged woman who appeared homeless pounded on both the door and window demanding to let her in screaming obscenities. It did not offer what it listed on websit
Clean and had microwave and refrig.
Location seemed a bit seedy
The staff was great
Older units need upgrading
We liked nothing at all about this room.
We liked nothing about this hotel. Broken electrical on the blow dryer, tub so slippery we had to use a towel to keep from falling. The room smelled bad, the carpets were nasty .. unbelievable this showed up in the same category as Super 8
Staff was nice. Close proximity to the freeway.
It shared the same parking lot with a gas station. So quite a bit of transient traffic.
Clean, comfortable and good location. They could use better toilet paper and pillows.
Excellent customer service. Really enjoyed our stay.
There is not enough space allocated to convey my negative experiences with this motel and the staff. The Americans with Disabilities(ADA) Ombudsman is having a field day with my formal complaint regarding the refusal of accommodating my medically prescribed, licensed and registered service animal. I was forced to vacate the facility four hours after check in and lost all fees paid to the other agency I booked with because the clerk stated my service animal scratched the door and caused damage, which is a ludicrous accusation. I did not put up a fight to stay, the place is a run down, poorly managed pit on the face of the planet. The only good thing is Oregon is an open carry state so you can carry your semi-automatic pistol or revolver on your hip and trust me, here... you'll need to! My daughter and I did NOT feel safe here - we reserved and paid for a two night stay via the other agency I booked with and did not feel comfortable to stay overnight; and I carry a revolver! The filthy paint chipped motel is located in a gas station parking lot and run by an Eastern Indian couple that barely speak English, much less understand the law regarding service animals (they wanted to charge me an additional 'pet fee' upon check in). The motel was in no worse condition for me having spent two hours in the room - yes, I was not even in the room for two of the four hours my two night's stay paid for! Two of the four hours I was checked into the motel were spent attending a Veteran's Memorial Service at the National Cemetery up the road. So yeah, um... enter at your own risk, better yet book directly when you get to Medford at any number of reasonably priced motels and hotels in the area. We left this pit of a motel and we ended up staying in a very accommodating place that was happy to accept my well mannered service animal (that managed to cause no trouble and no damage for two days and nights) up the road - also run by an Eastern Indian family, I am not sure what's up with tha...
I ended up staying with them on 3 separate bookings in 2 weeks. There was something about the place I liked, but huge problems popped up with each of the rooms I stayed in. The first room simply didn't have a functional internet connection. I suspect being on the backside of the building is too far for their wifi router to reach, though they insisted that couldn't have been the cause. The second room had such low water pressure that flushing the toilet was a 10 minute chore that required removing the tank lid and through trial and error I worked out the timing to finally flush cleanly. The final room was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was so dirty that the bottom of my feet were pitch black after walking around for just a few minutes. That didn't remotely compare to the other problem; the refrigerator had large patches of mold growing inside of it. They make a practice of unplugging their refrigerators between guests so they become warm and never get to dry out, turning them into petrie dishes. The staff was polite and the rooms actually had fairly good space (in the main area, but bathrooms were pretty cramped). The parking area somehow feels a bit dubious, but that's because it's right next to a somewhat seedy gas station, but there's actually nothing too bad about that part. Frankly, I really wanted to like this place, but the cleanliness level is disturbing in some rooms and the others were somehow severely flawed, and these issues overwhelm any qualities I could identify. I couldn't bring myself to stay here again.
