Pros: The atmosphere
Cons: There is some noise from the motorway.
Pros: Great location close to the motorway allowing for visits to Granada, Sierra Nevada and Costa Tropical. The owners were able to give us great advice on bars, restaurants, beaches, parking and walks!
Pros: I arrived at Casita de la Vaca tired and emotional after a very stressful few days. Sharon, Mark and Isabella were so warm and welcoming - it felt like coming home to friends rather than arriving at a hotel. The room, though small, was just perfect. A comfortable bed with lovely bedding and a great shower in the bathroom - two of my 'must haves'. The little courtyard area was a delight. I had a lot of work to do on my laptop and it was so much more enjoyable doing it sat at one of the little tables in dappled sunlight, surrounded by passionflower and bougainvillea and listening to birdsong.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was having to say goodbye to such lovely people at the end of my stay! I'm not sure when I will be back in the area but I know where I'll be staying!
Pros: This is a really nice place, great facilities, very comfy bed and a good spot for travelling.
Pros: Beautiful place with lovely hosts. Mark and his wife made a great start to our trip around Andalusia and recommended lovely places to visit. Thank you very much.
Pros: Fab location - great hosts - we will definitely be back
Pros: The hospitality, the room was really nice decorated, there was a livingroom with a fireplace that the host filled : super super cosy . There was a kitchen with everything you needed to cook something and a beautiful patio! A book with walking and hiking tours all explained . And the cupcakes Sharon and Isabella made were really good!!

Pros: A great location and good local food.
Cons: Lots of stairs
Pros: Spacious room with small balcony, good sized bathroom with good shower. Aircon, small fridge. Quiet at night. Nice small pool - got a bit busy on Saturday with, I think children of diners . All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and all worked really hard. Lovely breakfast with good choice of cold items. We were on half board and had a choice of 4 starters and 4 main courses but a different menu each night. Wide choice of deserts. All the food was well cooked and very plentiful! We had steak last night and it was the best steak we have had ever in Spain. Perfectly cooked.
Cons: Nothing to dislike!
Pros: Bed was so comfy, room was very modern and every thing new ...great aircon in room. We were media pension which is breakfast and evening meal, breakfast was continental & evening meal was a 3 course set menu. The outside terrace was fabulous typically Spanish.
Cons: The noise from our room as we are were right over the busy resturant outside terrace . The coffee/ which was the worst ever ..I live in Spain and it was terrible .. The cats .there were loads about around the terrace...was sitting outside eating our evening meal and a cat did a poo in the flower bed ..not nice
Pros: Place is nice ,People is friendly and helpful. Food is perfect.
Pros: Excellent restaurant. Very clean hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable beds Wonderful location with stunning views all around and lovely, well-signposted country walks
Cons: The property alongside this hostal (which I believe is also owned by the hostal) was full of young people who started to party, noisily, with loud music, at 10.00 p.m. until 4 a.m. whilst we were there. A room at the other end of the hostal would have been fine, and this is what we will request on our next visit
Pros: We arrived late, about 10.30pm, we did warn them as we wanted to eat in the restaurant. They didn't mind serving us even though the kitchen closed at 11pm. Food was excellent, staff were really nice, we felt very at home here and would definitely come back. Great view from our bedroom on the corner. Was a little noisy in the morning from locals having coffees in the cafe below, but for us, that's fine, we like a bit of life.
Pros: Very friendly stuff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Top!
