Pros: Room was decorated to a high standard which had lots of space. Facilities were excellent as it had use of gym. Free water, coffee and tea was provided throughout the day. They also allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel as our train was leaving later in the day. This allowed us to wander Milan for more.
Cons: A/C seemed a little weak but this could be down to user error.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient. Friendly staff, considerate service! Thanks
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is away from the touristy areas, but close to the Central Station, which makes it very accessible. We enjoyed the family-friendly feel of the neighbourhood, with a playground across the street and a fantastic pizza restaurant a block away (Pizzium), as well as shops nearby. The suite was well-appointed and modern. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Pros: The staff could not be more helpful - so pleasant and genuinely caring. The breakfast was the best range of healthy as well as delicious decadent treats. I have never before been offered a food bag to take drinks or water from the breakfast room. All staff were smiley and made you feel most welcome. A top class hotel.
Cons: Everything was superb - location, staff, rooms - so very tasteful- typical stylish Italian flair

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best option in Milan
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!! Location, staff, breakfast, sports and spa facilities, great rooftop terrace and wonderful restaurant.... Rooms themselves are great... Recommend for a business traveler
Cons: Have now stayed here half a dozen times in the past year and apart from a stay when neighbours through an interconnected door to the adjacent room screamed at each other till 1am, best to try and ask for a room with no interconnecting doors.... Oh and the fact they will not allow you to iron clothes in your room is not great....
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We loved the room and hotel
Cons: Our view wasn’t great as we only could see trees.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is simply stunning. No matter what your requirements are, the hotel staff are happy to accommodate. A special thank you to Martina for her swift email responses and help! Rooms are super clean, well stocked and simply sublime. Room service is very good and breakfast has a vast array of food for every taste. All the staff are very happy and helpful. This hotel is simply beautiful and it’s the staff that make it so!
Cons: That it’s not next door to my home so that I can move into it!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very smart. Comfortable bed.
Cons: The lighting system in the room is counter-intuitive. Buttons with the same labels, operate different lives. Some lights are triggered by movement and do not switch off again. This is incredibly annoying and disturbing of good sleep. It’s also bad for the environment to have every light left on in the room on check-in.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality services

Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 11 meeting rooms available for events. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The furniture, service, ambiance, cleanliness, decor, and gardens all exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was great and the service was unmatched.
Cons: Everything was great
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really nicely appointed and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the central district but offers a nice walk through nice neighborhoods while exploring. The hotel also has a nice gym and indoor pool. The staff were all very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast, at 45€/person, is a bit steep for what's offered; it's probably the only thing I didn't like about the property.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent along with the amenities. The property itself lavishly decorated and the people of good calibre. Great food and lovely surroundings
Cons: Maybe some simple features such as perhaps a kettle in the room
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s in quite place, away from walking street.
Cons: The rooms are very old. The amenities doesn’t suite 5 star hotel. No water bottles at night, ants everywhere. The beds are small not king size as it mentioned (two twin beds just but together). Information in the room about the breakfast is not the same as actual. Burnt food at the pool bar. I would say that this hotel needs a renovation. It’s too old, it’s even smell old. It close to a three star hotel.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Shuttle service to shopping area (very convenient when carrying a lot of bags) close to train station, delicious breakfast
Cons: Spa at hotel is overpriced and has mediocre spa service, otherwise hotel is fantastic!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reception and concierge staff both very professional and kind. Excellent bar with perfect service. Overall the ambiance in general is very much Dorchester style which I prefer. I very much appreciated the roofing at the entrance of the hotel which was lined with flower baskets from which a cool perfumed mist welcomed and refreshed you upon entering. Last but not least the complementary limo service to and from the quadrilatero della moda.
Cons: Minor and yes almost invisible stains on furniture coatings in need of a fresh-up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Opulent hotel, nice respite
Cons: Pricey
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel and the stay.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I was in a hurry to get to my appointments and they were very obliging in helping me check in super fast. Generally had a great experience with the hotel staff.
Cons: The breakfast pastries (breads and croissants) are sub-par.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I came here 3 years ago where the service was not up to marks but I can see now improvements in the services provided so I can say confidently it's highly recommended and worth the stay.
Cons: Nothing much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: cleanliness comfort and food there food is amazing a bit expensive for room service delivery but it is worth it.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceedingly beautiful with an old-world feel. Tall ceilings, sumptuously decorated in period style. The breakfast wasn't particularly 5-start, but I don't eat that much, so I'm not the best judge.
Cons: A relatively quiet location in Milan. Not the best choice if you want to be in the middle of all the action. Very good choice for honeymooners, couples, and maybe small families.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everthing was perfect
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is charming and well maintained although the building is a bit old. The attention to details added a unique feel to to hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, clean rooms and new bath, with comfortable bed and fine sheets. The decor is a nice balance of traditional and contemporary. I would stay there again.
Cons: Hotel staff were friendly but did not meet the Relais & Chateaux standard. There is need of much more training. The restaurant is good with friendly staff, by not exceptional. Perhaps with time.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was beautiful inside, quite a lot of building work going on outside so didn’t look as nice as the pictures. Room was lovely and comfortable, our particular room didn’t have a shower just a bath so if you like a shower check your room has one. Just on the outside of the centre but easy enough to walk into. Would stay there again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The best breakfast, with all kinds of food and specialties you could wish. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, the sheets were changed each day. Beautiful hotel.
Cons: The location was a bit far from the main attractions of the city, like the Duomo, Brera etc. You must walk 10-15 mins to get there or take a taxi.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great service and staff. Always helpful..nice boutique style hotel and comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an excellent stay at Savona, but what truly made the difference were the concierge services provided by the front desk (specifically Serena).
Cons: The air conditioning did not allow the cooling setting below 24ºC.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was large and quiet.
Cons: The staff was not very friendly and one in particular was very rude. We were in town to visit family and after dinner our niece decided to come back to the room with us for a bit. The front desk continued to call our room and harass us that we had a guest in the room. We could not believe this, I have never experienced this before and I am an extensive traveler. Our niece began to feel ill and instead of having her make the hour journey home at night we wanted her to stay with us. The room was plenty big and had a large sofa. The hotel staff was not accommodating to this request. We were willing to pay extra for her stay, but the front desk clerk, Serena, told us this was not possible because we only reserved for two people and she was over 18 (she only turned 18 a few months prior). Finally after much back and forth we were able to speak with a manager. He was very kind and got us another room for our niece since she was ill. He gave us a nice rate, but it took a lot of arguing to get help. We did not feel welcome at this hotel and were treated very rudely except from that one manager. We were treated like criminals and harassed. I would not recommend this hotel and next time I am in town to visit family will never stay here again.
7.5 Good

We have family in Turate....WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Pros: Super comfortable bed, they surprised with an upgrade to a suite, great experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, professional, friendly and calm staff, making you feel special all along. I forgot my passports in the room and they immediately reacted. Pros: Modern, clean, well-designed room (we upgraded to a suite).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were outstandingly helpful, professional and lovely.
Cons: The roof top bar & breakfast room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No view from the room
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff were extremely attentitive and nothing was too much trouble.
Cons: Considering we were paying over £300 a night (breakfast not included) I was really disappointed that the air con in the room was simply non existent - very hot nights sleep. The icing on the cake however was the loud banging every morning, constant hammering drilling ect. It would appear improvements are being carried out to the hotel and we we’re not made aware. We did ask to move rooms and were advised someone would come back to us , we were ‘compensated’ with a free bottle of Prosecco whilst this was a nice touch it wasn’t the ‘relaxing’ holiday we were after.

Pros: The staff were absolutely wonderful and super helpful. I had a lovely conversation with Theo every day (I think he was called Theo!). The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive. It's in a great location and there's a lovely restaurant next door but there is also a lovely room service menu if you want to stay in. 9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfest was excellent, level of 4 stars
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place to stay!
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: We had a terrible experience at the hotel. We came back to our room to find a half empty bottle of water that we didn't buy and that all our luggage had been scrambled around with. We told the man in the front desk about it and he told us the plumber had been in our room, supposedly fixing something despite the fact that we didn't noticed or reported anything wrong with the plumbing and without us being notified about it. When we showed discomfort about the situation the frontman called the plumber and confronted us with him, instead of making himself responsible about it as his position would require. Of course the plumber denied everything and started to yell at us. At the end, the frontman wouldn't even give us access to their cameras and told us that the manager was unavailable at that time, so he was pretty useless. Fortunately enough, we didn't leave anything of value in our room and of course were carrying all our cash with us, which we think was what they were after. So, if you are planning to stay there just put this into consideration and avoid leaving your valuables when you go out.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very easy to reach from central train station and metro. Fantastic breakfast buffet - everything you want and more!Super friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Our double room was pretty tight and too full of mirrored walls, but the bathroom and shower were large, there was a beverage fridge with free waters and sodas AND room to store that leftover pizza slice or two.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free full breakfast Happy hour
Cons: Not close to I'll Domo Room very tiny

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very high quality modern hotel with very clean rooms. Aircon was perfect in whole hotel area even outside temp was +35c. Very nice staff in the lobby/restaurant area. There was even one Finnish speaking person in the staff. Mojito’s were fresh made, really high quality!
Cons: Evening dinner selection was a bit small compared to fullsize restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Excellent staff and facilities, went extra mile
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Great clean modern.. 5 minute walk to the concert.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The hotel is very complicated to reach by telephone. Dirty table and bedside tables in the room. They are made of glass with an LED illumination built in them, and they are full of fingerprints of the previous customers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort ,?airconditioning is excellent
Cons: Decoration too juvenil and excentric
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Has a quirky and unique appearance. Hotel was about 10 minutes walk from linate airport, and close to buses to the city. Had a smart tv in the room which was the only entertainment available.
Cons: Hotel extremely poor and basic, rooms didn’t have robes, toothpaste or even toilet roll. Food in the main lobby extremely expensive, €12 for breakfast, €3 for a bottle of water and a menu of basic food around €8-14. Rooms didn’t even come with complimentary water, I’ve never been so dehydrated in my life. About 30-40 minutes bus ride to the cathedral and main attractions. Don’t bother taking a cab which costs €60 there and back, a big waste of money when the bus is really cheap. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, lacks basic amenities and not close to any shops. Just come here if you need to sleep and get to the airport quickly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stylish, attractive, and modern hotel with plenty of amenities. Comfortable bed and minimal noise from the airport. Friendly service! The lounge and lobby are especially inviting.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Great chic limited-conveniences Marriott Enterprise with no telephones in room or irons.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very close walk to the airport, although a tad tricky to find without GPS. An airport staff member who was getting off work actually ended up walking me over when I asked for directions! A testament both to how close the hotel was and how friendly the airport staff are. I had a simple room, but it came with a personalized television and clean bathroom with everything I needed. I had one of the first flights out of Linate next day, so I didn't book the breakfast, but depending on your booking that could be an option. There was no mini-fridge or tea/coffee set up in my room, but there is a bar downstairs in the lobby. Good free wifi throughout the hotel.
Cons: I arrived late, around 10pm for check-in, and there was a long line and only one staff member checking in (a second person arrived to help after a bit). I believe the last flight had just landed at Linate, which is why there was a sudden rush. Since everyone was so tired, it would have been nice to have more staff checking in––especially since there was some sort of premium member in front of us so the check-inn person had to take extra time to make them their special free welcome drinks and talk about point options, etc., while the rest of us were slumped exhausted over our luggage.

Pros: Very fine, high quality, design hotel. Pleasant attention to detail and ambiance; modern, yet paying tribute to buildings history. Staff is welcoming, location is very good for perfect getaway in Milan. Super breakfast which can be enjoyed in the garden. Rooms have very good soundproofing from the street. With 40 rooms, hotel is not too big, but big enough. Family owners have done great job. Highly recommended.

Pros: Outdoor patio Good location Cleanliness of room
Cons: Nothing, everything was great!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: beautifully designed hotel with lots of nice touches and references to the building's rich history. The courtyard is a true gem and allows the guests to escape from the city's buzz every now and then. the very comfortable beds and high quality breakfast deserve particular praise.
Cons: some rooms face a very busy street, so it is rather unpleasant to open the window. showering is not the most pleasant experience (due to a cheap plastic shower head, which does not live up to the otherwise luxurious fittings). the bar is slightly overpriced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was amazing. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located within easy walking of the shopping precinct and Milan cathedral. An eat street is 10 minutes stroll away too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: The breakfast is great, the location is perfect, the room is large with comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

6.8 Good
Pros: Room was always neat with fresh towels everyday. Staff are accommodating and tried to help us during our first night when our room air conditioner was not working. On our second day, they moved us to a better room.
Cons: Hallways are warm and gloomy. Our room in the 8th floor was really warm on our first night, good that they provided us a fan since they said most of the rooms are booked and we cannot transfer. Breakfast could be improved. Few choices for a four star hotel. Two beds were given instead of a double bed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and very comfortable bed.
Cons: A little out of the way when travelling with kids but manageable. Gym was small and hot.

Pros: the music ( harp ) at breakfast. fantastic The check in
Cons: The bread at breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived hours before check in. I am in a wheelchair much of the time. Anticpating that I would be tired after a few hours in Milan, Andrea (assistant manager) tried hard to accommodate an early check in for us. When that wasn’t possible, she showed us the most wonderful and thoughtful kindness. Waiting in our room, was a kind personal note, a plate filled with the most gorgeous fruits and ice cold Prosecco! In all our years of frequent European travel, we have never experienced anything like that. Her efforts at customer service were above and beyond. She made our stay in Milan wonderful. On top that, the hotel is perfectly located, close to the Duomo, the Galleria, via Montenapoleone, and La Scala, of course.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were staying in Milano for only 2 nights (after 2 weeks of travel waiting for our international flight back home), and I had not put that much work into researching where to stay in Milano. Wow - we were very pleasantly surprised by this modern/hip hotel - the staff is incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely nice. The location was perfect - right by the Duomo, La Scala, restaurants, shopping, museums, and Brera (a hip area). They took care of our family - we had three rooms booked and were celebrating my mom's 75th birthday - unprompted, they sent her a bottle of champagne and fruit which was much appreciated. Cool bar upstairs! Delicious elegant breakfast. Good with our 4 and 2 year old as well - very family friendly! Often I try to avoid tourist areas in cities - but it made sense in Milano! Not too hectic and approachable and cool neighborhoods very close by. Easy access to public transportation everywhere - don't forget to visit the canal area of Milano. I would definitely go back here - made me want to go back to Milano and explore more!
Cons: nothing! parking was a cinch too!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location! Great rooftop bar! Great breakfast!
Cons: Very small rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service is impeccable. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the location is perfect. The staff in the bar, the front desk staff and concierge staff are above the rest. I love this hotel and will stay here each time I visit Milano.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Overall Avery good value.
Cons: Boutique hotels in Italy usually don't have gyms. Hotel Milano Scala is an exception. Unfortunately, their small gym has lame cardio equipment. Bring your trainers, hope for clear skies and jog around Parco Sempione.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a short trip to celebrate a birthday. The hotel staff were very generous in the way we were treated & we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in central Milan. Nice touches too in the restaurant at breakfast time - a piano playing on the 1st day. A harpist on the 2nd. Home made baking made each breakfast slightly different. Room - very comfortable with a balcony & chairs overlooking the city.
Cons: Wouldn't change anything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The hotel lost power for sometime but they did not offer anything like drinks that we had purchased.
