Very good hotel but Cesena is a dull and boring town with virtually nothing for tourists (not even restaurants, particularly on Sunday). Again, would recommend the hotel but for the life of me cannot see why any tourist would want to stay in Cesena (more than once !)
Excellent breakfast, welcoming hotel staff, very comfortable rooms no
The Booking arrangement through Bookings.com was correct and all requests were met without any hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and adequate and the essentials were in place. The whining noise from hairdryers in adjacent rooms was annoying, as some guests were using them late at night. The location demands a car as there is only one restaurant within walking distance. The hotel has no restaurant. The staff could not get our TV remote to function during our 3 night weekend stay.
Free Wi-fi, very good breakfast with a wide choice of food and beverages, friendly staff. Small room (1 queen bed) with a too small table.
We have booked the hotel At discount price and the rate was really cheap for such a good hotel. Ther is a superb restaurant just 50 meters away. Breakfast in the hotel is rich and tasty.
Very friendly and helpful stuff, they are always happy and smile on face. Breakfast very good and the best cappucino I have ever had.
This Hotel is good for a stopover after a long drive, and the breakfast was excellent, also there is a great restaurante a few hundred yards from the hotel wich serves great local cousine.,Convinient for parking.
Very well run hotel - clean, quiet, good facilities - it did provide the best included breakfast we had in over 15 Italian hotels. All good.
The hotel staff was very helpful, offering many variants for short trips, including flayers, routes, maps, when I asked about zone attractions and very polite. Also, the breakfast room is very modern and offer possibilities for all tastes. Internet wireless connection was very "strong" in all points of hotel. Congratulations! I don't like that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.
Convenient and easy to reach, close to the centre of Cesena. Clean and new. Pleasant atmosphere. Small rooms.
With GPS navigator it was hard to find the hotel.
The room was light and airy and the air conditioning worked well. We found the hotel difficult to locate as we had not been informed about the change of name from Holiday Inn.
Clean, new hotel - very good for one night underway. Kettle in the room. Because it is new area you will not find the hotel location in GPS - please print the map. No vegetables on breakfast - strange (no tomato, no cucumber - in Italy)
Great staff particular the breakfast team and the General Manager who was very helpful, Cesena is a beutiful place and I look forward to my next visit. A pool would be nice
cheap The guy at the reception desk when we arrived at midnight didn't know how to talk to a customer
Brand new hotel, well decorated rooms, friendly staff, good parking facilities, direct at motorway (Cesena North)
exellent position near highway staff at breakfast
Conveniently located next to the highway exit. This hotel tries to be hip and smooth and turned out to be a little bit too smooth and hip for us. It felt very sterile. Our room smelled like glue ("newness") when the airco was running, so we had to turn the airco off as it was really hot and the window open. There was a bright blue light outside that kept us from sleeping - since we couldn't close the curtains due to the airco issue. The night receptionist did turn the outside light off for us.
This is our fourth visit to this hotel and the high standards we enjoyed while the hotel was under Express by Holiday Inn managment have been maintained by Unaway Hotels
Extraordinary reception. Gentility in the treatment. Excellent restaurant and very beautiful place (landscape) with a beautiful view from the room. Nice sunset. We have really enjoyed.
We loved the hotel and the lovely hill town where it was located. The staff was wonderful, the room nicer than the pictures on the web site, and we look forward to going back next year. Don't waste your time though going to nearby San Marinol.. It was mobbed with tourists and there was nothing to see. The castle in Verruchio was much nicer. Go there instead.
Staff very helpful & friendly. Rooms very clean & comfortable. Food great (buffet breakfast + dinner).
Location. Rooms. Breakfast was poor
Oste Del Castello is a wonderful hotel located in a wonderful village. The hotel building itself, as well as the rooms, reflects the ancient surroundings and create a kind of romantic atmosphere. The staff is very service oriented, kind and eager to help you in any way they can. Verucchio as a village is a beautiful place, very calm and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.
Friendly efficient staff. Clean and well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast. You need the room card to gain access to lifts and external doors so with two people if one has to go out of the room/hotel the one remaining has to so without light/tv/air-con in the room. Would be good to have a key per person.
very nice hotel, with a fine room, clean, great breakfast, nice personal, great enviroment. We even got an more expensive room for the same price
Warm welcome, efficient staff; well designed, clean room; delicious cuisine served by helpful professional waiters
location It was not an English breakfast
I like the interier and building, it makes me feel like a queen My room was very small
Staff were very helpful, excellent Breakfast and free use of bikes....the city has some great bike lanes right from the hotel
Good and quite cheap hotel. Really rich breakfast!
the staff - very helpful with directions to excellent restaurants and shopping centers, the free minibar, the room is spacious and the beds are excellent. also we had probably our best breackfast in italy.
Friendly staff, nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was very good and we particularly liked the A4 paper on the table that gave the daily news in a variety of languages - nice touch. The gym was small but perfectly adequate and the equipment new and clean - plus you get it to yourself as you have to ask for the key from reception. The information folder in the room could be more comprehensive, giving times for breakfast, the restaurant etc and informing that you have to ask for the key for the gym!
The staff are welcoming and relaxed and set the perfect tone for a superb weekend break. No private car park, although parking is not a problem as there's a public car park along side the hotel.
Arriving at the hotel was a pleasant experience,The hotel had a free carpark on the back of the building, The Rooms were very large, nice and clean and all the hotel staff was wounderful. The breakfast was exellent.
Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast
outstanding quality of food no swimming pool
Nice breakfast, location of the hotel (really quiet area, lovely garden and nice views), friendly staff, excellent food No, we were satisfied with everything!
Courtesy and service, plus an exceptional kitchen and cellar. It was an excellent experience and great value for money.
Friendly and efficient. Excellent cuisine. Extensive wine list.
Very friendly staff and a beautiful location... Dead moskitos on the wall in the room
friendly staff, fine breakfast, beautiful surroundings balkony was not cleaned, no international TV-Programs
location, restaurant, staff, breakfast...
The staff was so friendly, and fortunately, Katia at the front desk spoke perfect English. Our room was spacious, and the view was spectacular! The food is some of the best I've eaten in all of Italy...totally homemade, organic, and grown right on the land. We have traveled in Italy extensively and were amazed at the value for the money. The farm is in close proximity to San Leo and San Marino. Perfect for exploring! I would absolutely stay here again!
the helpful and friendly staff; the setting the hotel was in was stunning
We loved the staff in the restaurant and at the front desk. They were all very friendly and the location was beautiful. Just a short drive from the quaint town of San Leo and not that far from San Marino. The food in the restaurant at night was excellent. The accommodation was perfect for having a dog. The breakfast was basic..not a buffet. Consisted of a pastry, yoghurt and toast with tea/coffee. We had read other peoples post so were prepared :0) It was enough though.
Friendly staff that made you feel very welcome! The homecooked food, especially the pasta, was delicious - a memory to treasure!
The beautiful location, the food in the restaurant, the spacious well equiped room and the patient friendly staff. No English spoken whatsoever which made things interesting, breakfast was just dry packet toast, jam, nutella, cake and 1 coffee.
The food is great, the farm environment was very fun for my Son, and the price was very reasonable. This is a very convenient place to stay if you are going to visit San Marino, Rimini or that surrounding area. From Katia at the front desk, to Fabio who helped with the meal service, to Nashat who tended the farm animals - everyone was fantastic! Nice hot showers, and very kid friendly. No negatives - it is a great Agriturismo and good value for the money.
Only 1 spoke good English. Need a car for access. Captive audience for food - no menu, no prices disclosed clearly = costly! Lack of information volunteered.
Evening dinners were really worth of 15€, everything included! Heating was turn off, even temperature outside was 13'C so drying of clothes was difficult.
Very Clean bright and Comfortable surroundings.Very good decor Long way from Centre of the Town, thisis the only thing that puts me off staying again
The room was clean, functional and everything that you would expect from a business hotel. Well situated near the lovely town of Santarcangelo No sign of a restaurant being open and no alternatives suggested
