Located on Collins Avenue, The Chesterfield Hotel & Suites sits in the heart of the Art Deco District of South Beach. The former Leon Hotel and Lily Hotel were combined with the Chesterfield to create this renovated boutique hotel that features 90 guest rooms and two onsite bars. The outdoor lounge offers a relaxing, private vantage point for watching the city go by and the Safari Bar offers complimentary drinks to guests from 7-8PM every night. Guests can enjoy complimentary airport service to and from Miami International Airport with their stay.

The Chesterfield Hotel & Suites offers free WiFi throughout the hotel, and refrigerators in every room, luxury linens and robes, iPod docking stations, and upgraded accommodations in suites and family rooms. Cons:I did not like that there was no parking Valet was 40+tax There was no microwave in the room The mini refrigerator was filled with their stuff I would advise you to pay your money and stay at a good hotel There was even roach in the room And if you book with a 3rd party there is a extra charge of $20+tax each day.

Cons:It took an HOUR to get my car back from valet. They charged me an extra $20.53 which was not explained thoroughly and additionally they put a $100 hold on my card that will not come back for 3-5 business days. none of this was explained as I was booking. Would love my refund for the $20!!!!!

Pros:Most of the staff was nice.
Cons:I booked this place for its location and that it offered a free airport shuttle, which could save about $70 round trip. When we arrived, the schedule had suddenly changed, and even with the change the shuttle never showed up. On the return to the airport, we waited more that an hour for a shuttle that was to have arrived at 6 pm. By a little after 7 it still hadn't shown up and all the staff would do is shrug their shoulders and say "it's the traffic." I finally hailed a cab and mercifully made my flight. The room was small and had a view of the back side of another building. The bathroom wasn't great either. And the noise all night was horrible. If you are 25 or under and don't mind all night partying and urine on the floors, then this place is for you. Will go to the Kimpton next time, which is consistently excellent.

Pros:I liked that the room was quiet and very clean. In addition, this hotel is located about a 5 min walk away from Miami Beach. There was plenty of shops and nightlife to attend while there and the staff was helpful even though most of the guests were being unreasonably difficult. No they do not allow you to pay with a prepaid credit card, yes they do have a 100 dollar hold they place on your credit card that they give back the business day following your check out, and no they do not have free valet parking. I paid 40 dollars a night to have my vehicle parked and taken care of for me. This is great considering that the nearest parking garage is 5 blocks away and charges 20 per day.
Cons:The only thing I can say that I didn't like was the staff not being prepared to answer guests questions and their reaction to jump to conclusions before they researched an answer. I paid for a single night of valet parking , and the following morning decided to pay for a second day. When I checked out and went to get my keys from the valet they refused to give me my keys and accused me of not paying. I had to bring the staff and the valet to the front desk and had them see that I had paid the day before and after they still had an attitude like I was stealing from them. Next I get to the questions. Over the course of the 2 days I stayed there I heard guests ask questions that were easy to answer but the guests were given vague answers or attitude for asking said questions. One question that was asked my second day I was there was " How do I get to the basketball arena from here" , which got a response of "use your gps on your phone or call an uber." No need for the attitude , I understand everyone has bad days so I hope this was only an isolated incident.

Pros:Close to the beach and attractions. We got there early and was able to use the shower down stairs to get dress until our room was ready.
Cons:They didn't clean our room on Sunday. When they cleaned the room on Monday, they didn't change the sheets, all they did was change the pillow cases and made the bed up. We had to take cold showers.

Pros:Hotel was very close to all the different attractions south beach has to offer. I didn't have to call many cabs most stuff was within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I've stayed here twice and would stay again!
Cons:The rooms were a little small but comfortable. Other than that o can't think of anything I didn't like.
