Check in did not go as expected. Room I booked and paid due was not as expected. I was told I was getting an upgrade but the upgrade was the same room our friends paid $600 less for. I was the only one out of our group that did not get the continental breakfast included and resort credit. Manager agreed to to comp my breakfast which was nice.
I just love this place . It’s my peace
Everything. Will be back:)
No drinks or snacks in frig. No coffee.
I loved everything :) it was a wonderful stay ! This room is absolutely gorgeous !
The room service people would not let us sleep in:/
Stay and play at one of Miami's most historic resorts at Eden Roc Miami Beach. This historic hotel is located on the famous Collins Avenue and has been a city staple since the 1950s. Its majestic architecture helped define the look and feel of Miami Beach's most desirable addresses. The Eden Roc has changed hands over the past seven decades, as well as remodeled and redesigned over the years, but its significance to the community remains and its overwhelming popularity.
The Eden Roc is now home to two luxury hotels, including the main hotel and the Nobu Hotel, also on the premises. Both feature modern, luxurious guest rooms and magnificent ocean views along Collins Avenue. The guest rooms are appointed with state-of-the-art electronics, rainfall showerheads, and luxuriously soft linens. Private suites and bi-level lofts offer panoramic floor-to-ceiling views and 24-hour room service.
The hotel features some of the city's best dining. It includes the five-star Nobu Miami, Malibu Farm, an organic, farm-to-table California-inspired eatery, and Aquatica, a poolside casual bar and restaurant. A stunning lobby bar, designed by David Rockwell, offers guests and visitors a beautiful place to unwind.
The Eden Roc Miami Beach has always been famous for its full-service spa. It remains one of the venue's most popular destinations, with 18 treatment rooms, a salon, a hydrotherapy clinic that includes whirlpools and saunas, and an ARTIS Technogym. Daily group fitness classes are open to all hotel guests. Personal trainers are also on staff for one-on-one workouts. The hotel features three massive swimming pools and a private marina with a yacht dock, garden cabanas and a fabulous global boutique showcasing artisan designs from across the Americas.
