Pros:The thought of I found a place to rest while on vacation this location was CLOSED down so I was stuck on dark road looking to book another hotel with small children and app would not return money right away being I had not knowledge that the location was closed temporary so why did the site TAKE the reservation this was the WORST I yet to receive credit to bank acct it’s been 6days already
Cons:Not to use this site

6.0 Okay
Pros:what i liked about the hotel is that the check in was fast, the hotel is close to the beach and within walking distance of alot of restraunts.
Cons:first of all when i checked out of the hotel the gentleman told me that they released the authorization of the $50 already. i had to wait for 3-5 day and it still wasn't back in my account. The problem wasn't the $50 the problem was that the manager that i spoke to when i called was really freaking RUDE!!!. When i called the first time i spoke to a girl and she told me that they released it and i requested to speak to a manager and she clicked on me. When i did speak to him the manager was horrible, i don't know what type of people they have working there. he insulated me and said that i needed the money so bad because i don't have any money. Its my $50 not his, so i deserve my money back it took an hour to get my money back never staying here again horrible and for you information i do have money in my bank don't insult you customer at all.

7.1 Good
Pros:The staff was extremely friendly! Very quick in accommodating our many needs (extra sheets, towels, broken lightbulb). It was nice to have towels we can rent from the front desk for the beach rather than using our own and the fruit infused water was a nice greet when walking in.
Cons:My pillow cases did not look to be clean upon arrival (makeup on one and an oil like stain on the other). Stains on the headboard, the couch in our room looked like it's been there for the past 20 years considering the extreme tearing and flaking, room was poorly lit. The cleaning staff failed to provide clean towels a couple of times but they did take the dirty ones. Overall, the staff is what made this experience nice but I would not recommend a friend here by any means.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Chris at the front desk was great as well as the doormen. They made me and my guest feel very welcomed. No complaints about this place. Will be staying in the future at this hotel as long as the price remains good. Hotel was in a great location as well.

3.6 Poor
Pros:I liked that this was so close to the beach. Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well.
Cons:This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have been to in a long time and I travel very frequently. When we first got there we could not check in till four and the front desk help was more concerned about flirting with each other than getting us into a room earlier. After asking four times they finally looked and despite having our confirmation email they couldn't find our reservation. They put us in a double bed room despite having a king on our confirmation. I had a long distance race that following morning so sleep was a major need. Apparently the hotel bar becomes a dance club. They blasted music till 3 am. I could not sleep at all. When I called to complain they lied and told me it would go off in five minutes. I had to call back three more times to get it turned off at 3. I paid too much for this room to have such a horrible experience. Do NOT go to this hotel you will be sadly disappointed.
