booked room 2 months in advanced only to show up and told they overbooked and sent to a substandard "equivalant". Kayak's travel partner took care of it and saved my miami night with my wife. Got me a better room that night.
Its location was fantastic
The room felt nasty, dirty and was very outdated. The drawers on dresser would not stay closed, the kitchen felt like it was from 1960-70 era and all the finishes and appliances were not fit for a beachfront room
The location is pretty good. Although it is not right on the strip, it is only about about a 10min drive. The beds were very comfy and the space of the room was shocking. I traveled with 3 other girls & we were very pleased with the room and the view of the beach and pool made it even better.
The cost of parking at the hotel is $20 a night which we felt was pricey on top of the $10 a day resort fee. BRING SHOWER SHOES. Despite that the room/bathroom is fairly clean and nice the carpets should probably be pulled up & the shower looks like it could use a few good scrubbings.
It was gross
I actually had a great time. Nobody bothered me at all. It was a great experience. I had clean towels, soap and the maid was cool too. :)
Hour to check in, no towels, no soap, etc. no one came to service the room, I has to ask mgmt three times. Front desk personal were not profwssional, complaining about customers, otherwise nice spot with great view and nice pool. Reasonably priced restaurant.
I liked the Ocean front view that was given to me in the Pent house the second day because the rooms given earlier was not livable
I like the beach as it's just behind the hotel & the swiming pool. The kitchen & fridge in-room is very convenient for family with little cooking.
Breakfast should be more variety food.
The best part of the stay was the ocean view and pool area
Nice rooms, nice swimming pool
They charge me 16 dollars for a local call in miami, when a ask to the reception they said the computer charge this amount, and the same fat girl asked me 3 dollars to print out 3 papers, unbelieveble!!!
We enjoyed the oceanview and accessability to the ocean. Grocery store was close (with free parking)!
The room was next to the elevator and the orther guests were noisy!!!!!! the room door did not fit the frame. The breakfest was lesss than par for a continental, bananas were extremely bruised. Just remember to cook in your room always the better option with this hotel, parking was not included and always extra charges, tip. Obviously non professionals trying to perform the maintenece on this building as no no measures to clean up paint spills, excess paint and multiple layers of paint.
The beach and the pool.
Pool area was nice.
Dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, dreadful showering facilities. Unappealing breakfast. Long waits at reception.
Concierge were helpful
