Front desk staff. Room looked “sad”. Room furniture needs an urgent upgrade. Pool was closed.
Excellent Location, good staff
The breakfast could be better
The comfort of the room, separate tub and shower, soft pillows, accessibility to dining and amenities.
Didn’t like the thin walls between rooms. Someone occupied the room next to me and turned the tv up so loud it could have been in my room.
Clean place, friendly staff, nice view, great location
Pillows were too thin. Not enough light in room.
Can't wait to return!
I stayed here only night for my first time but I am sure to make this my go to hotel in Miami. The staff is very welcoming and nice. They were able to work with me with having an evening flight. From the phone call I made prior to booking to checking totally professional! Also working in a luxury hotel I got exactly what I expected at the Conrad Miami!!
The wait for food. I ordered breakfast through In Room dining and was quoted 30 minutes of less. It took closer to 45-50 minutes for eggs and potatoes. I then later on went to the pool bar and ordered the avocado fries and that took roughly an hour. I understand things happen and high volume of meals being ordered.
The city view room we had. And the shower.
The elevator machine noise from our room
Room was nice and staff were very helpful.
What is the deal with the parking? Parking lot in the building as well as other structures surrounding the building were all empty yet they were charging $30 a night to park. Don't understand how this is a thing.
Nice hotel great views, a little outdated
Great location in Brickell. Close to Metromover and the bay. Rooms start on 16 so you definitely have a view. The Bar@25 is awesome. Priced for the view, but you won't find it anywhere else.
The lobby is on the 25th floor, but the guest rooms were below so you need to use a different elevator to get to them. The carpetting was dirty in the halls. The reqding lights in the room were old and only some of them worked. The radio was old and not compatible with newer iphones.
The view from the bar (25th floor) was stunning, the rooms are well kept, and the hotel overall was very clean
The bellhop left our luggage pieces on the cart at the entrance and never brought them up (we went down and got them), it costs $30/day to self-park (no in-and-out privileges, so more if you leave/come back), while the map shows it close to the water the closest beach is a 15 minute car ride away, and the rooms and bathrooms felt a little dated/worn
I stayed here because I was working late & didn't feel I could drive home, which is more than an hour away. I checked in at 4:AM & had arranged to check out around 1:PM. It seems that the cleaning staff did not look at the notes in the computer for my eventual check out and on 2 different occasions, one at 9:AM & the other at 10:AM, they attempted to gain entry into the room to clean, I suppose, and the door made a tremendous noise as I had put the security latch on it. This was quite disturbing, having been woken up twice. Check the computers!
The staff was very accommodating, outgoing and friendly.
Upon arriving early we had to wait for a room, no big deal, check-in wasn't until 3pm. For the inconvenience we were given a free wi-fi code. The code never worked. I would have been discouraged to buy the wi-fi and then not have it work. On Saturday night, our room which faced West, could hear loud party/club music until after 2am. It may have gone longer but that's when we finally fell asleep. The tv was old, outdated and did not work well. The channel was stuck on the "movie" channel, however it would not let us select/rent any of the movies.
Very clean, modern, and luxurious.
