I stayed here because I was working late & didn't feel I could drive home, which is more than an hour away. I checked in at 4:AM & had arranged to check out around 1:PM. It seems that the cleaning staff did not look at the notes in the computer for my eventual check out and on 2 different occasions, one at 9:AM & the other at 10:AM, they attempted to gain entry into the room to clean, I suppose, and the door made a tremendous noise as I had put the security latch on it. This was quite disturbing, having been woken up twice. Check the computers!
The staff was very accommodating, outgoing and friendly.
Upon arriving early we had to wait for a room, no big deal, check-in wasn't until 3pm. For the inconvenience we were given a free wi-fi code. The code never worked. I would have been discouraged to buy the wi-fi and then not have it work. On Saturday night, our room which faced West, could hear loud party/club music until after 2am. It may have gone longer but that's when we finally fell asleep. The tv was old, outdated and did not work well. The channel was stuck on the "movie" channel, however it would not let us select/rent any of the movies.
Very clean, modern, and luxurious.
Front desk was friendly. Room was clean, coffee in the room was good, great bay view and I didn't get out much but the location seemed perfect to me!
How the snack bar was out in the open tempting you but all of it was for a fee, it should be locked up unless I request for it to be opened. Can't imagine what parents with children go through to keep them from munching.
Restaurant service has to improve
Valet yelled at me because I was never charged. I even asked the front desk why I was not billed. Turns out they spelled my name wrong and were not able to bill my room. I don't think that I should have been reprimanded for their spelling error.
Amazing hotel, had a wonderful stay there! Clean, efficient, excellent location, very high class hotel. Everything looks new, felt great to be there. Thank you!
Sarcastically speaking.... I liked that the valet was $32/day + tax... And that it is the only convienient parking near the hotel. There was no iPod docking station as advertised and the tv was outdated. Room service was not 24hrs although advertised as such.
We did not like the fact that there was no coffee/tea maker in the room. The only refrigerator was a stocked mini-bar (that was outragously priced). The shower leaked water like a ny fire hydrant. Oh yeah... The lobby is on the 25th floor... So you have to go up to go down... Everytime you need to leave the hotel.... Fun!
My wife and I had a beautiful time. There attention to detail is superb and the staff is bar none the best. I've stayed at many hotels and the Conrad rates #1.
The dining was excellent, great views.
The fact you have to go up in the lift then walk around the other side and go down to get to the ground floor. a real pain.
The staff were professional and very helpful. The rooms had lovely views of the bay and beyond. The restaurant and bar had spectacular views and good food. It was across the street from the free public transportation (metromover) that circles the downtown Miami area.
The Brickell area is a bit antiseptic. A business neighborhood, with no sense of real neighborhood or character.
We used it at the honeymoon. A very pleasant stay was able to be done by the staff's polite correspondence and service. We will also use it.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and location was good
value for money could be better
very pure breakfast the choise and the quality is not acetable!! No hot water!!! Nobody took care about our complain !!!
