I was very suprised with our stay. I went into this as a vacation made very last minute and saw good reviews but figured it would just be an OK hotel. However it was a really nice place. The staff was very attentive. They book a massage for me. They set up a crib and twin bed for my 2 year old son so he could choose which he wanted. They had smart TVs which allowed us to play netflix and youtube at night. my wife and I especially liked that the hotel had many resteraunts, starbucks, pharmacy and many botique stores attached to the hotel. The pool was nice, but the only drawback is that it is situated in a way that we only got sun in certain parts of the day as the building blocked out the sun before noon. so 12-5pm the sun hit the pool. It was very close to south beath (lincoln rd). We had a car but with all the shuttle services you really could not even bother. They had busses going to many of the attractions you want, and if it wasn't uber would fill in the few gaps. I would 100% go back and do plan on making this a semi-regular vacation favorite. It also helped that there were other familes with kids for my son to play with. He had 5-10 kids to play with in the pool on any given day. ENjoy! and thanks for the memories
Everything including location from the Port of Miami, nice lobby, great restaraunt, and view from balcony! Pool was horrendous. When you go to FL the one thing you look forward to it the pool/jacuzzis. To put it in perspective, the pool water was warmer than the hot tub. Outside of the pool area needing some work, everything was great.

Nothing to write home about. The view was great but the rooms were standard! I expected a bit more comfort for the price.

Our Front Desk Agent Jason was super friendly and very helpful when looking for places to eat. Even though we were staying for one night, he treated us like we were regulars. Valet boys were very kind from beginning to end. -There were stains on the bed sheets. -The sheets were torn. -The bar inside the shower, is falling apart. I tapped it while in the shower and it came out. -Outside on the balcony, the walls were disgustingly black. they need to be pressured washed.
I thoroughly enjoyed our room on the 21st floor. The view was amazing and the room was very plush and comfortable. Enjoyed the daily Happy Hour specials and the buffet styled breakfast thats readily available downstairs at the restaurant called the "Catch". The service the Marriott provided was Awesome! I would stay here again.... $10.00 or less ride to South Beach using Uber or Lyft. If you don't want to pay the daily parking charge, there is street parking that affordable adjacent to the hotel. There is no microwaves or refrigerators available in the rooms. However, you can requested these items if they are available.

I got a very good deal for how nice the hotel was. the food was good. the bed was super comfortable. very close by to everything. tv kept messing up
the water in our shower where not hot .. it was late and we stayed only one night to we didnt say any thing ..
I was pleased with the amenities and cleanliness. The location was also a major plus. Parking was not included in the service offering neither wqs internet.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. 1) Status was not recognized. Although we booked thru agent, other brands still recognize it. They are even stingy on the complementary bottles of water.. which is funny. I will not give Hilton into priority consideration in the future. 2) Some residents were definitely smoking pot inside the room. 3) We had 4 people checking in and were only given 3 towels.... which is very much ridiculous. 4) The bed was not set up in a tidy manner, and the trash can and empty bottles were not removed after the room cleaning.. that was a very bad experience.
Staff were friendly. You must take two hotels to get down from your room to the motor court if you take your car out of valet or take three elevators if you self parked...?

The view of the bay from my balcony was quite good. The staff were not so friendly, they could't help me out with some problems. Actually, it seemed to me that they didn't care about it. Also, the price of the parking lot was extremelly high, I parked my car just for 2 nights, approximatelly 8 hours per parking and I had to pay US 60.00.
didn't clean the room once in four days put an unauthorized charge on my account after check-out room faced the loading dock and was incredibly noisy
Drove with my family of 5 from Chicago to Disney and then Miami. Juergen at the front desk noticed our exhaustion and placed us in a beautiful 2br that truly salvaged our sanity! Amazing views, huge amounts of space and total luxury! I became a Hilton Honors member due to Juergens customer care! Thank you House keeping and room service dropped the ball however I believe it was due to being in the condo section rather than the hotel end.
There weren't no towels in our room and I had to get it on the front desk by myself. The water heat wasn't work properly and in a few minutes, the water was completely cold
No thing It to many dogs and Pet in the hotel it's like zoo or farms
We were very happy with the room we requested on the highest floor with a balcony which gave us amazing views across Biscayne Bay and South Beach ,Miami.
They clean my room to my needs,everything was well taken care of. The hotel has improve its service to guests making you feel comfortable and welcome. Business center needs more computers and uptodate. It needs to be more clean as well.
