Rooms were extremely comfortable and soothing. The decor and lighting was perfect to relax after a busy day. Hot water wasn't very hot, and the toilet door wouldn't close all the way.
We booked the room for a short stay prior to our cruise departing. Location mapped close enough to Cruise Terminal for short cab ride in a.m. Room was appointed nicely and we were surprised the value we were getting for a more than reasonable price. Staff was friendly and continental breakfast was more than the usual cereal and waffles. As we were late arrivals (after 10 pm) we had to order out for food. After long day of travel, would have preferred a sit down meal, but no facilities within reasonable distance for newbies to area. Suggest grabbing a bite at the airport before taking the shuttle if a later arrival.

It's hard to see why anyone would not stay at this hotel if they are visiting the health facilities in Miami. There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and also a shuttle from the hotel to the health facilities, which are also only a three block walk away, if you choose to do so. There are also a few restaurants in the area, and the hotel has a lobby restaurant also, and a large free breakfast. Very comfortable beds, and the room set up (all suites), is really good. The restaurant food could be improved.
Nothing. When I arrived at the Miami International Airport I called the hotel to ask for a ride to the hotel via their courtesy van. The woman I spoke with at the hotel asked for my reservation information (a pre-paid reservation made weeks in advance). After checking the reservation info she told me they had no rooms available - they were totally sold out. She said she would check with other hotels in the area and placed me on hold. After quite some time she said she found a room for me, and she recommended I call a cab since the substitute hotel did not offer courtesy van service to or from the airport. I asked what it would cost me to get to & from the substitute hotel, and she said approximately $35.00 each way since the location was about 8 miles distance from the airport.. I objected & told her I would check with Kayak, which I did. The Kayak representative could not help me & suggested I accept her offer & Kayak would reimburse me. I asked to have my pre-payment refunded to me & found a closer hotel room on my own.

The hotel was a very nice accommodation. The service was friendly, the room was quiet, clean, and appointed with nice accessories. The courtesy van was in very poor condition - almost leery of getting into it, but needed the ride! Also, I had to hire a cab in the morning to return to the airport since the earliest trip began at 6:00 am; my plane left at 7:00 am. There was no mention in the marketing info of the limited service or I would have made a different choice.

It was a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They are very close to the Marlins ballpark. It would be nice if they offered a shuttle to the games. The parking fee was a surprise.
Cozy room. Nice air conditioning. Wasn't expecting to pay $15 dollars a night to park
