Pros: kind & flexible service, kettle & mugs available at the landing, enough parking space, downstairs restaurant (though the size of soups was surprisingly small - more genuine starter type ;), room size & decor
Cons: generally, it was ok BUT.. ..the location of my room - it was in the main building and overlooked the backyard - windows and entrances to the other part of the property (that means other guests standing in front of the door smoking and talking) and the owner's home. also, it was above the kitchen so any conversations or movements from downstairs was easily picked up through an open window.
Pros: Everything amazingly clean good shower
Pros: Perfect getaway location, good breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: poor bed mattress, slow internet connection
Pros: Beautifully located, and tranquil. Great for kids, too. We enjoyed our stay and the dinners in the sunset a lot, to be recommended!
Pros: Nice situation Spacious room Good breakfast
Pros: Friendliness consideration and attention of the staff. Excellent breakfasts and evening meals. Location what we wanted, rural and quiet.
Cons: Very little interaction with other guests. This could be due to the time of year we visited. Had there been a bar or similar this may possibly have been avoided
Pros: Perfect: Clean; beautiful rooms, restaurant and hotel; the staff was really kind; food was really good.

Cons: The bed was much too soft for my point of view
Pros: Bed was super comfortable Cleaning Check in was super fast
Cons: Breakfast can be improved
Pros: Nice staff mending the reception desk and the breakfast/bar area. Breakfast food was really good (many options and great taste) Location of the hotel is great (next to shopping center). Plenty of parking available in the shopping center. Bedroom was comfortable (nice size room, nice furniture, nice bathroom).
Cons: Not once did the cleaning staff take the time to clean the bathroom during my 5-night stay. Also, the carpet in my bedroom and in the hallway was dirty most of the time. Not sure if anyone is supposed to clean it?

Pros: Very good location , great breakfast
Pros: Very nice location, nice surroundings. Breakfast was tasty but if you wanted a warm breakfast such as eggs, bacon, crepes etc. was almost always out so you needed to ask the staff to bring some more. By 9am the crepes were all out :( The night time waitresses were very nice, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The surprise drinks at the end of dinner was a very nice gesture. Thank you :) Big spacious parking lot.
Cons: The lighting in the hotel was absolutely awful, the corridors are pitch black, the lights are set on sensors but only go on after you actually step into that area and even then they were very low glow. It gave us a very uneasy feeling. The room and the bathroom had very low glow lighting as well. Putting on makeup was a killer :( Changing the lighting would give the place a much nicer atmosphere. At the moment it is depressing. No hand towels. Lack of soundproofing, we could hear people's conversations on the corridors, tv from an other room and someone' snoring during the night. Questions at time of booking were never answered by the hotel and the people at reception are very unwelcoming , they should take lessons from the waitresses who are much friendlier and smiling. We also received two twin beds instead of one large double even though we booked double. The rooms are very spacious but the furniture is very poorly placed. The sofa is blocking the desk, you can not watch tv from the sofa because it faces in a different direction than the tv, watching tv from the bed would be to far. The small fridge is under the desk but blocked by the sofa and the safe is placed on the top shelf of the wardrobe at a height of about 180cm, so for someone shorter than 175cm good luck in reaching up there.
Pros: Restaurant staff excellant, and food really good with an extensive menu
Cons: Having pre booked this hotel in Feb for 12 nights, to then be informed 1 day before we travelled the hotel could only accommodate us for 10 nights and we would have to move out with no named alternative and no real explanation for 48hrs. But on leaving after 10 nights, the hotel was still taking in new guests
Pros: Simple , clean and adequate
Cons: In such beautiful location I would have liked more luxury and comfort
Pros: Ample room, decent breakfast, nice hotel in general. Quite good sound isolation. Nice location to visit the area...
Cons: The room was a bit stiffly, so was the bathroom. Maybe due to the floor carpet. The beds were a bit soft, but that's personal opinion
Pros: Everything was great, beautiful location, just near the hotel is small lake with ducks , around of the hotel are trees. The room was large and clean , i think that the hotel is better than 3 stars. Rich and taste breakfast, a lot of choice.
Cons: It was to cold in the room.

The underground town of Osówka is 12 km away and Włodarz is 6 km from the guest house. The Grodno Castle is just 3 km from Chata nad Sztolnią.
Pros: Room and bathroom is very nice decorated Nice view from the window (trees)
Cons: There were some problems with hot water in the shower (water was rather tepid than hot) Aproach Road is not very comfortable
Pros: General room facilities that make you feel like home. Spacious bathroom. Tasty breakfast.
Cons: The place is called "over the old mine". It is tough to actually visit the mine, as it is partially flooded. Would be nice if the owners organized trips to visit this mine and offered necessary outfits :)
Pros: The place is located a little bit remote, however the area is very quiet (we were during the working days I do not know about weekends, because the organize wedding ceremonies as well) neighborhood is keep in very good shape. Excellent food! Big portions and typical Polish. The staff in the restaurant was quite busy they should have employed more waiters. The room was very clean and quiet. Overall opinion is very good and we have been very satisfied and with pleasure we will come back for excellent food.
Cons: no complains
Pros: The hotel is located not so far (by car) from Osówka and Zamek Książ
Cons: There was no cleaning during my stay. Ceilings are low and easy to hit with your head. No curtains on the windows which allows summer sun to heat the room.
Pros: Complete breakfast and great area with apple trees behind the apartment where we had our dinner.
Cons: Small apartment with a very small sleeping room. No real kitchen available. Host don‘t speak english.

Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The restaurant across the road (also run by the hotel) was nice. Bowling was a novelty (although the lanes hadn't been waxed in a long time, be prepared to bowl in socks as you cannot slide at all wearing the bowling shoes!). Staff were very nice. Hotel was quite modern and clean. Note: we didn't use the spa facilities so cannot comment on those.
Cons: Beds a bit too hard for us (we prefer soft mattresses) but they were ok. Was thinking we could go for a swim but couldn't unless we paid the price to use all spa facilities for a day (our fault for not reading the information, just mentioning in case anyone else might get caught out by this as well). Unable to book a massage.
Pros: Friendly staff who speak english. Room was clean, cozy and it was surprisingly very quiet considering the wedding party on the 1st floor. We tried the spa area as well. Were the only people there, so we had it all for ourselves.
Pros: Tv, spa was great! The restaurant associated with the hotel was amazing!
Cons: Wi-fi wasn't working. Shower was a bit blocked.
Pros: Everything was as expected considering very reasonable price. Spa is good too,we had relaxing evening. Town is small and in the middle of nowhere so don't expect anything opened there after 10pm (weekend hours might be longer) but it is quiet place and pretty town

Pros: Beautfiul room, pub under room with excellent beers
Pros: All was ok and according to what was described and expected
Pros: Very good location, close (by car) to many regional attractions, big parking space, nice area, nice view from the window for palace, restaurant/brewery is located in the same building. The room was big, the bathroom was also comfortable, everything new and very clean. The equipment in the room was basic (please remember that it is hostel) but very functional and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing important. You may expect noises from the guests of the brewery on Friday night, but it was really not so big problem.
Pros: Good location, very nice place around Modern hostel. Room was with personal batch.
Cons: Kitchen was a little bit crowed on the morning.

Cons: We were there with ~1 year old kids. Drunk landlord was very aggressive. When he got known that we origin not from Poland, he started shouting loud and bulling at us in front of his family (they were laughing) and asked to drive off. The territory is dirty, lots of dust around. The air smells. Surrounding area consists of ruined buildings and farms.
Pros: Great place to stay for relax in the nature. Excellent home meals.
Pros: The location is great! Its proper peace and quiet with animals outside. The restaurant was good for lunches and dinners. Attempted to go for a breakfast but as a non-meat eater, there was hardly any choice for vegeterians. Still, the lunch and dinner we had was very tasty and fresh!
Cons: Beds were really uncomfortable and rooms weren't properly cleaned. We got charged extra for having a pet, which is fair enough but at the same time, the room was dusty, under the bed we found literally rubbish from previous guests. The double bed (which is 2 single beds pushed together) did not even have a proper sized sheets but there were 2 small sheets put on bed which kept coming off during the night and made the already uncomfortable bed worse.
Pros: The hospitality and politeness of staff was great! The lady was very helpful and informative when it came to hints about area, where to go and what to see. Very nice person! And the owner served us best scrambled eggs ever! Most of the food is prepared from locally made ingredients(cheese, ham, butter, lard(great!), eggs, and veggies of course) and it's delicious! If you're lucky you could even try some extra local drinks made by the owner ;)
Pros: I can say breakfast was the best I ever had in any hotel. Owners Mark and Anna were very friendly and funny. Will come back here for sure. Last time I was in Poland during winter time was long time ago. It will be here in Dwa Dęby for me next winter.
Cons: Keep it the way it is. Any additions will destroy country atmosphere of this fantastic place.
Pros: It was great experiencing some of the more authentic Polish life E.G. eating with the family who lived at the agrotourist farm.
Cons: The owner was a bit pushy when asking us if we wanted meals. No English spoken.

Hotel Zamkowy is situated on a slope, 2.5 km from Wałbrzych Szczawienko Railway Station. Private parking is available on site.
Pros: The castle is well worth a visit and, if you have time, the underground bunkers sound interesting. (Allow time to buy an entrance ticket ... they are incredibly slow!) Breakfast was good.
Cons: There are three hotels on the site and each has a restaurant but with a different name and in a separate location. Very confusing. I had a very ordinary dinner poorly served in the lowest restaurant. The curtains in room 5 need fixing.
Pros: Perfect location, great breakfast, nice room, very pleasant staff.
Cons: No hair dryer in bathroom
Cons: No elevator, to hard to work
Pros: Fantastic experience staying in and exploring a real castle. It's not just a place to stay the night. The facility offers weekend stay & play packages to the "College of Wizardry" for families with young would be Harry Potters. Adds to the fantasy of the place. Great balance between maintaining the historic ambiance, yet providing a level of comfort expected from a better hotel. SLEPT LIKE A KING!
Cons: Nothing that really stood out. Should have stayed more than one night to take in the surrounding attractions.

Pros: location at the end of the road
Cons: shared bathroom for 150pln room?! it is not a quiet place - you can hear every step of your neighbour.
Pros: Bathroom was included in the room. Staff was nice. There were a lot of kitchen supplies.
Cons: The staff didn’t understand nor spoke any English. The beds made a lot of noise, when my spouse was turning in her sleep I woke up because of the creaking bed noise. The building was very loud and noisy.
Pros: Personal are great, that night we had problems, because in other house where we had reserved and paid for room, just not opened doors, just said no place. With 4 years old kid and elder grand father I was in bad situation. After long trip this we came here in late evening. Calm place and great value. Very clean
Cons: Every think, was acceptable.

Nice location, secluded and quiet, with a view of the mountains, yet close to the local village with some vital services (bank, store, fuel,...). Very convenient parking right ahead of the building. Spacious twin room and bathroom, free water bottle, elevator to go to the upper levels.
Cons: In room air conditioning poor/absent, but the place was not excessively warm even in August. Unusual window curtains, not easy to open/close, nearly impossible to stop the sunlight in the morning - may be annoying.
Pros: Personal all super friendly - Beds extremley comfortable - Food was excellent and very well presented - They even have their own brewery with an incredible choice of home made beer - Perfect to get into the Munich Oktoberfest mood! ...
Pros: I like very welcoming and friendly staff, spacious room with clean bathroom, Windows with a look on the sky, wonderful neighborhood, great climate, closeness of mountains, tasty breakfast and dinner, local brewery and beautiful surroundings.
Cons: Everything was fine
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Local brewery with restaurant is a 2 minute walk away. Room was clean and warm. Sauna was nice too.

Pros: Clean room, nice and helpful staff- in general all was fine.
Cons: It would be nice to add electric kettle + cups. I though it is a standard- in mamy cheaper hotels you can find such „equpiment”. I was a little surprised that it’s missing there.

There is a restaurant at Aqua Zdrój that offers breakfast and specialises in Polish cuisine. At Aqua Zdrój you will find a sauna complex, a water park and squash facilities. The property offers free parking.
Pros: The staff and the room was spacious.
Cons: The bathroom did smell a little bit, the showers could use a little shelf to place the shower gels during the wash and unfortunately the room was advertised with bathrobes and there wasn’t any in the room. Another nice thing they could do is add complimentary slippers so that guest don’t walk either in shoes or bare foot.
Pros: It was a very good experience and the staff was excellent!
Cons: Not very well organized parking space and signs for it.
Pros: A nice modern hotel with access to an impressive and inexpensive sport complex with a water park and fitness room (1 hour is included in price), open from 6 am to 10 pm. Easy and free parking. Quiet location in a nice suburb of Walbrzych, many tourist attractions. Breakfast until 11 am.
Cons: Thin walls. Cold scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Pros: This resort location is not at a attractive city, but facilities are good with swimming poop, slides, and sauna. Also table tennis and some other sports were available. However, it wasn't spectacular place, just value for the money if you have to choose an hotel near Walbzych or Szklarsk Poreba.

Cons: First room we got was rather noisy and was changed immediately. Additional fee for the parking for the guests. The pool and sauna area is supposed to be nude from certain hour and we were informed that we cannot go with the swimming outfits, but it was not the case as everyone did what they wanted.

Pros: I chose this place as the cheapest and closest to my destinantion, but when I went there I saw the mountain nearby, which was fascinating. I also tried traditional polish soups and they tasted like good old mom`s soup.
Cons: One of the meals was quite expensive as for the amount of food.
