It was friendly and convenient for trips out.
It was very difficult to access without a private car. We went by bus, which dropped us off-- but-- no one knew the hotel by that name!! It is a Holiday Inn, but it doesn't indicate that anywhere on our booking form! That caused us some problem. Then we registered and waited until 6:30 to access the dining room. It was a Saturday night, the doors to the dining room where open, we waited for a bout 15 minutes and finally someone came by and informed us that the restaurant would not open!! This created a real problem, as we had no vehicle to go elsewhere, it was too far to walk to the nearest restaurant -- the person at the desk told us it was too dangerous to walk in the dark-- finally he told us he would take care of us. But--- We didn't know nor where we informed that there would be a charge of 10 euros each for a bun, ham and a slice of cheese! We didn't mind paying for the bottle of wine that we had requested, but the high cost of the so called meal was unacceptable. Why would a large hotel have their only restaurant closed, especially on a Saturday night? And when there are no other options! We were not the only ones caught in this predicament. Please respond to this very high concern we have of this accommodation. I really believe we should be reinbursed for this cost because of the high level of inconvenience this has caused us. Thank you for you positive response
Convenience to our destination - good parking
Easy location just off the autostrada and with easy access to Pisa. Friendly staff. The bar was closed, so you only had the minibar for drinks. Breakfast buffet is poor and staff has a hard time keeping up. The bathroom is falling apart and has a dirty look. There even was a broken glass stuck in the glass holder.
Very pleasant staff, access to computer with internet-no problem. breakfast good and evening meal -very well presented, but more variety would be better. Excellent service, when one presented a problem - staff extremely helpful, in every way As with most hotels visited in Italy (although 4-5 star) the lack of fresh fruit at breakfast a little disappointing
good conditions for the money n/a
Easy to find!
There should be a pool!
Convenient to the railway station, shopping centre and main attractions.
This is a good hotel if you want something in a great location with no frills. Very simple, clean and nothing special. The breakfast was a lot better than I thought it would be. Rooms were simple, small and clean. The bathroom was nice and good sized.
I liked the friendliness of the staff as well as the central location and value for money. Nothing!
Good location. Good value for the money. Don't bother with the breakfast if it is not included in your reservation. It is not worth the price.
The location was good. Walking distance from everything important. Nothing, was pleased with service.
The hotel is of a very high standard in terms of design, comfort and guest services. It is very conveniently located very close to both the airport, main train station and city center. The breakfast is extensive with many items of gourmet quality. The staff are friendly and professional and I highly recommend this hotel in Pisa.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff - we asked about places to eat and were directed to a superb pizzeria around the corner No.
The location of the hotel was very good, we were near the main train station and the restaurants and bars. The room was functional for our needs. The hotel advertised a shuttle bus to the airport however none exists, this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. The receptionist was quite rude on check when we asked about the shuttle service.
central location, good room rate no view - room 305 looked onto an enclosed air well/vent but the rate was a good one so not too bothered
From the greeting at the front desk to the cleanliness of our room everything was excellent
Attractive decor - reception/help
Not too far away from all the sights, pleasant and helpful staff and extremely clean rooms, very good breakfast buffet. No evening dining room.
The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was ideally located for sightseeing, with just a short walk to the Leaning Tower.
Most staff were friendly and spoke good English
Air conditioning was nice. Good location. Friendly staff. The WiFi was terrible. Bad coffee for breakfast.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and offered modern facilities Service in dining room was rather slow with a rather surly head waiter
Staff very helpful and convenient to Tower and railway station via a short can ride.
Efficient service, very clean, adequate comfort, very good choice at breakfast in nice airy dining room. Good location if you don;t mind walking a bit , quiet at night. Hotel seemed to attract considerate guests. Definately good value for money just don't use the mini bar.
Location (quiet), hotel staff, cleanliness of our room, private parking area. No free internet.
The location is quiet, close to the leaning tower of Pisa. If you want to stay in the hotel and relax for a extended vacation, this is the hotel you should choose. There is no iron in the room which is quite unexpected for a 4 star hotel. They have iron in a common place but the location is not convenient. If you want to extend your stay , you should inform them earlier. The staff don't seem to be interested to extend 1 night after 10 nights stay.
Nice staff and they were very helpful. The Breakfast was good compared to most Italian hotel breakfasts, actually my wife stated that the croissants were the best she had ever had. Sky channels were a plus and a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. The shuttle for 10 Euro is actually a good bargain versus a taxi to/from the airport. Easy to take a bus for 1 Euro to the train station to Florence and the train is 12 Euro from Pisa to Florence round trip. We had a nice trip. The beds were very hard. We were not impressed with their dinner menu and would recommend eating dinner outside of the hotel compared to other places we have visited. Not much around the hotel and the little market shop around the corner closes fairly early, so buy what you need early.
Great Breakfast, free parking at the hotel and close enough to walk to Pisa Tower Bed was *very* hard compared to the other dozen or so hotels we stayed in while in Italy
The staff where excellent the food and service fatastic The gps took me to a concrete wall and underpass that was late at night and raining may be better to give more directions but stakk provided support and help
Very relaxed, friendly staff, will recomed to our friends in the UK.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great proximity to train station and airport! 0
I liked the fact that it is value for money, breakfast was excellent and it was right infront of the train station. the water was sometimes a little bit cold
The room was very clean and had good air conditioning, and the room was very quiet and comfortable.
Very Good location to see the local sites
central location, breakfast ok, service ok aircondition at the room was out of order
The housekeeping was very good with rooms made up quickly and efficiently.Housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful I felt reception could have been more friendly
nice rooms, clean, friendly and professional staff no
The wellcome of the personnel & the parking facilities. The location. The cold water as hot water was not hot ..!!!
the room is very clean& the staff are very good welling to help all the time the reataurant doesn't offer much varity of food, but the hotel is good
Location (for the station), very good breakfast - especially the pastries! Slow desk service
I stayed for business so the location was great that it was in front of the train station. Mini-bar was really expensive and you need to pay for internet. The hotel would be even better if these prices can be cheaper.
It is a modern desing hotel (probably too modern for my taste). it is not an outstanding hotel but for the purpose to stay 1 night in Pisa was ok. The floor seemed dirty however it is part of the design(?). There is not much to do around the hotel.
cleanliness of our room!
Excellent breakfast buffet. Outdoor patio area. Groovy neon lighting at night. A unique well excecuted design. Great service from the staff.
The room and the breakfast. The location, better for who is by car.
location ,breakfast, room ,staff all were decent and friendly bar & mini bar prices were extortionate. the evening meals were very fancy. would have prefered plain and simple food choice.would stay again but for no more than a couple of nights.
Fantastic Hotel, Staff great, very helpful and friendly. Although new all were striving to deliver a first class service and this was achieved Nothing
Stile, little rooms, parkingplace We had to wait rediculous long for being served in the restaurant.A better breakfast-box when you have to leave the hotel early in the morning.NB.The given emailadress email@example.com doesn't work!!!
it is a new built hotel and quite funky with super modern decoration not many choices for vegeterian food, lack of english channels on t.v. there was only one channel:CNN. no coffee/tea/kettle available in the rooms
Excellent top quality luxury modern hotel minutes from the airport and easy access to pisa central by bus is only 10 minutes.
Everything excellent! The only slight problem was the lack of instructions to use all the technology!
location and service
Location very close to the leaning tower of Pisa, the barman was an absolute star, like a favourite grandad, you want to take him home!!! We were given a fairly poor room off a corridor behind the bar.....We didnt really pay very much so cant complain,I think there was a conference going on so maybe they got the best rooms....Anyway it was quiet(for Italy)!!!Shower was extremely poor and small(more water on the floor than anywhere else)..
Fantastic location if you want to be close to the main monuments in Pisa. Bed's were very hard.
The room was elegant, excellent Restaurant services in evenings could be improved to the same level as the rest of the hotel.
Very high standard of accommodation in a most convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent.
The staff were very helpful and the location is excellent as its around the corner from the Tower and Duomo etc. The lack of a working air conditioner! This was a major inconveience in the torrid heat of a July night. We arrived late (around 1a.m.) and by the time it was apparent that the all the airconditioner could do was make lots of noise it was too late to get the matter resolved. As we were only staying for one night I cannot say if they fixed it in time for the next occupants.
I especially liked the location and got a great view of The Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room which is within a three minute walk.
The hotel is in perfect location very close to the leaning tower of Pisa. Lorenzo the front desk receptionist was very helpful & has excellent rapport. The rooftop restaurant has a excellent view of the dome & leaning tower & sunset but was not impressed with the waiters & has a limited selection of dishes.
The location is unbeatable. From the rooftop you have an outstanding view of the Tower. The hotel is on the older side. Many of the rooms just need to updated and renovated.
Its location and the proximity to major sights in Pisa. The hotel offered reasonable facilities for the price charged Poor information on how to access the hotel by car. For a first time visitor to Pisa the need for authorization to access the city center is no obvious and the hotel could have given advanced assistance by providing suitable information. The breakfast room staff seemed to consider serving was a favour provided to guests rather than a paid for service!
the hotel was perfectly located for the square, it is a lovely hotel, yes it maybe old fashioned but thats what gives it its character, we were very happy with it.
Excellent location- 2 minute walk to the Tower of Pisa and easy reach to shops. Staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
The staff were efficient and friendly and the facilities in the hotel and rooms were of a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent.
i liked how helpful the staff were, i liked the free wi-fi access, and i loved the design of the hotel and how it was furnished, and the cleanliness of the room The breakfast was not up to the 5 star hotel standards
Nice facility for the money, very nice room. Front desk staff and wait staff very attentive. We were told our breakfast was included when we checked in but to find out in the morning it wasn't. The head waiter was not very nice about the situation, he was a jerk. Not well located to sites, this hotel is in a residential area.
Modern feel Difficult to find using the Booking.com directions
Amazing view of the Tower of Pisa and Cathedral! A bit outside the city so more relaxed and quiet atmosphere in the hotel. Gorgeous pool and outside area. Beautiful facilities and state of the art room. Totally great hotel and would stay there again in a minute!
good of all! no
The hotel is very modern, room was beautiful, bed comfortable, linens fine. great view of leaning tower of pisa. we left some jewelry behind and the housekeeper came running after us with it. don't find that too often these days. also dinner in dining room was quite lovely. staff very attentive.
Every things were or.
Very new Modern Hotel Can't believe that they not provide Sliper. Breakfast is not enough for all guests
view from the room window.
atmosphere poor breakfast, some ham and cheese would be good to have
View was wonderful. Tower just across the road. Breakfast was basic, could do better.
This is the hotell that i never will visit anymore. The noise from the trafikk was terrible.
The hotel was fine for a overnight stay. Not very happy with the front desk support. Though good value for money & exellant location.
the view from the room noisey with being on a main road. not a very good breakfast.
Excellent value for money. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location was truly excellent as it was just across the road from the cathedral and tower and very close to restaurants and the old town. The breakfast was also very good with meat and cheese, yoghurt and fruit. The heating could not be controlled so was on very hot and we had to open the windows to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
Across road from Leaning Tower & Cathedral. Cd not be more convenient for them
Near the leaning tower and busstation to airport, espresso at the breakfast. Price is high, a lot of traffic-noise, breakfast was very simple.
Nice hotel, nice staff, good location. Nothing
good location, very close to the center
The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. The conservatory area of the dining room was very cold at breakfast (it was a very cold day!) and I did not like paying six euros for a coffee and seven euros for one standard glass of red wine.
Dining in the garden The food was poor
excellent location to city center, pleasant staff, good serviceand a very rich breakfast.very nice terrace to have breakfast. small rooms needs plasma screen for TV.
The friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. The sheer beauty of the hotel. The breakfast. The eccentric light switches
Outside breakfast area was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful. The room was tiny which is why I only put 'fair' for 'value for money'.
Tranquil and accessible. Bedroom rather small
nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff they made you feel very welcome
near the centre of Pisa sites We did not feel that it justified its 5* status. At dinner they had a tasting menu that we were interested in but they said we would have to pay the full price without any discount although we were on 1/2 board. Also the dishes we did select did not arrive with their accompaniments on both dishes, mine supposed to have a carrot flan not there. we did mentin this to the staff and they said they would remember for next time! The deluxe room we were given was smaller than a lot of 4* that i have stayed in
The location of the Hotel was fantastic. Extremely close to the Tower but in a quiet street. The room was quite small, but they do warn you of this!
The hotel is located in the old part of town, just 5 minutes' walk to the Tower and cathedral. It has a very good restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful.
The location was very convenient to the train station, airport, and the historic sights of Pisa. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The front desk staff was very friendly. We checked in late at night, and the front desk person was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Check out with other staff was the same. The room was clean and met our expectations. The immediate block or two right around the hotel felt a little unsafe late at night, but the front desk staff was very helpful in recommending where to go and what areas were safe for walking at that time. During the day, the area did not feel unsafe.
a very good service and helpfullness
cleanliness of rooms, friendly staff,
This place is only few minutes from the train station and they had a wonderful breakfast area with a very good breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was very nice. From the photos it looked nicer than it really is. My bathroom was not completely clean - the toilet especially so I didn't appreciate that. Also the walls or door insulation wasn't good so whenever someone was going to the room at night I could hear that. Other than that everything was good.
Close to train station (few steps) and 5 minutes drive to airport. Excellent for late or early flights. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee only available in afternoon since they want you to have the overpriced breakfast in the morning.
The Hotel La Pace was situated very near the railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but being a constant visitor to Italy this seems to be the norm.
The bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival was a great perk!
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was excellent. We seemed to be put in rooms that were below the standard of the rest of the hotel. On our second stay, we were unable to use the showers as no curtain or shower mount on the wall, and the bathrooms were of a poor standard, a couple of the towels in one room were visibly dirty as though trodden on. Three beds were also put into a two bed room. As a business traveller who stays in hotels frequently the rooms were way below even the most basic hotel in the uk.
Good location, close to station. n/a
Proximity to the Railway Station. The Shuttle Service from the Airport.
nothing good The hotel is too old and the facilities are very bad. I got a tiny single room with bad bath room. It's the worst 3 stars hotel that I ever stayed in
The hotel staff were nice, natural, prompt and efficient. I liked them and appreciated their behavior.I felt I could rely on help from them if needed. The design of it, but it's nothing to complain about.
The room was very clean. Mini-fridge with water in it. The shower was small but had great water pressure. 30 minute walk or short drive to the Tower of Pisa. Short walk to a nice ice cream place. Large TV with some English channels. Free wifi and free parking! Double beds in Europe are really just two twins pushed together but apparently that's standard.
The welcome was good, staff dealt with everything quickly and efficiently, all the staff where helpful and friendly and there were no problems with our room or any aspect of our stay.
hotel restaurant for evening meal was good room was poor - was a quad room and we were given a disabled room with a wet room. the drainage in the shower was inadequate, and left the whole bathroom and outside area completely flooded, not very pleasant and a little dangerous as it was so slippery
good service, nice hotel you will need to take a taxi to the leaning tower and the center, too far to walk
clean and comfortable
Clean room, good breakfast. Not close to main attraction, if you have car you should be fine.
the modern style of the hotel. the caring attitude of the hotel's personnel.
Found everyone so helpful and so very easy to get about using buses and trains. Hotel was in just the right place for us
The rooms were very nice and roomy. The breakfast was good as well. We did not find the staff on reception helpful. i.e. we had to ask when breakfast was, didn't mention to buy bus tickets from shops as they had run out.
Website advertised cycles which was factually incorrect. No cycles available.
The workers were friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a free parking. The room was big, and the bed was very confortable. The bathroom had a shower curtain. That is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel. Also, the curtain did not look clean. There was no hot water in the morning. We had to shower with very cold water.
The hotel was of a very good standard and represented excellent value for money. The Hotel staff were very professional. There was ample parking, and it was a very pleasent stay.
I ran the Pisa Marathon - and the hotel was in a great spot that was close to the finish and close to the bus pick-up on the morning of the race. The staff there were very friendly and helpful.
We asked for three single beds and that's what we got. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing coffee machine, my kids really enjoyed it - reception had plenty of maps and advice also the night porter was really, really helpful knew where to get the best pizza, quickest taxis etc everyone spoke english when we got stuck and the room was cleaned properly everyday even the towels were all changed and they did fix the toilet noises. the furnishings were very basic and the beds not very comfortable, toilet made an awful noise for the first couple of nights but this was fixed. All the photos on the site were of the better half of the hotel so not what we were expecting but it wasn't bad.
In a good location to tour the city of Pisa. Good staff, breakfast was good. No
A wonderfully friendly and helpful gentleman on reception who made us very welcome on our brief stay. The room was clean and adequate, if a little stuffy (it was mid summer). Easy walk to the Leaning Tower etc. The breakfast was not flash but we were all fed.
Friendly staff, central locations and free wifi the juice and coffee at breakfast aren't so good.
The hotel was clean, everything was working. The room was a bit small but nicely furnished and the bed was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but not outstanding.
Proximity to the Leaning Tower, the roof terrace, and their recommendation of a good, inexpensive eatery nearby We would have liked proper fresh coffee at breakfast rather than self-serve from a machine
Very helpful chap at the front desk. Excellent location near the tower and numerous restaurants but in a nice quiet street and overall no real complaints. The lift was a bit tempremental and the breakfast somewhat limited but this didn't detract from our stay whatsoever.
smart & welcoming - informal "family run" atmosphere
Close to the tower of Pisa in a quiet and old part of town. Having to wait ages to get the bill.
Atomosphere in hotel rooms and loby Atitude to the customer by a Hotel staff
Quick check in and out. Quiet and clean. Comfortable bed. Easy to find. Very clean. Nice room.
Delicious complimentary breakfast. Clean and secure. Nice travel hotel.
Proximity to airport and sites. Bad wifi, very mediocre service. Very substandard breakfast.
Comfortable room very near airport for early morning flight
the shuttle service to the tower and airport and the huge breakfast. nothing everything was perfect
Convenient location for both city and airport. Restaurant facilities were not inviting -- ambience was cold -- so unlike most of Italy!
The availability of the shuttle bus to take us to both Pisa and to the airport in the morning. We also thought the rooms where lovely and the dining room and breakfast were great Nothing
Very cooperative about late check in (midnight) and shuttle service (15 Euros). Very substantial breakfast included. WIF did not work in room. TV did not work. Walls rather thin, hallway noise. Bathroom shower had mold.
Very nice design of the room and the hotel in general It's a shame that the internet connection cannot reach rooms above the first floor.
Close to airport. Shuttle bus service to airport and to central Pisa. Good choice at breakfast. Early breakfast great for early flights. Rather characterless. The airport is quite close to central Pisa, so the next time I would stay there and just take a taxi to the airport.
Nice old hotel.Good breakfast. It's sad to see an old hotel fall into disrepair. This would have been a grad hotel 100 years ago. The shell, dining area and feel are stil there, but the rest is in great need to modernization. Fixing th roof would be a good idea for a start. It would have meant I woldn't have been rained out of my room.
Buffect Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice, staff really friendly, Hotel very clean and just something different, unlike the modern run of the mill hotels - would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is in a central area, at a walking distance to the tower, the stores and train station (in case you plan to visit other cities). I was very well treated in the hotel. Although I had to go to airport very early in the morning, I could have coffee and some biscuits in the reception, which it was very good for me and not so common to see in other hotels. The area of the hotel is noisy, particulary in the weekend. I had difficulty to sleep in the first days.
The staff at the Royal Victoria Hotel were very helpful, room had very nice antique furniture and the breakfast was excellent
The location is beautiful, The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The noise form the street.
We liked the ambience of the hotel and the friendly staff
The building is amazing and the staff are very friendly. I can only talk from the point of view of the rooms I saw but they appear shabby. Room 214 can best be described as a bathroom with a bed in it. If you took the wardrobe and tv out it would essntially be a prison cell. The second room I had was 310. Marginally better in that it was en suite. The fixtures in the bathroom are horrible. My shower door wouldn't slide open and close properly, the shower head doesn't look like it's been descaled in years and the water barely dribbles out at a tepid temperture. The rest of the bathroom just comes across as a bit unclean. The whole place could do with a lick of paint.
I extremely enjoyed the historic interior - real 19th? century furniture, pictures, maps. Sound isolation is not very good. Though it is not a great problem.
We liked the older historical character of the rooms and hotel. Don't go in expecting a 5-star hotel but it has character we really enjoyed.
- Friendly staff - Nice Building - Quiet and within walking distance from the station / attractions - Had to pay to use Wi-Fi - Bathroom really needed updating (smallest shower I have ever been in, literally just enough room to stand up)
Spacious old interiors and furniture, historically interesting, with no unnecessary modern trappings Noise from nearby student quarters
Friendly, helpfull, quite and clean with a lovely breakfast, Close to the station and within walking distance of the main sites of Pisa.
Rooms very clean & comfortable, staff were helpful. We would stay in this Hotel again. Some outside traffic noise on ground floor, 7am breakfast was slightly late on the day we had to leave early.
own parking place; good location, very nice and clean room, big, spacious room with spacious bathroom, nice lobby area with several of books about Tuscany, had to pay for parking, lobby area very loud of breakfast plates being washed in the morning
the room was very spacious an nicely decorated. The staff were helpful and genuinely pleasant.
The size, comfort and cleanliness of the room. The location was convenient for the station. The air conditioning was rather inefficient for the height of summer. We have visited this hotel before when the weather was cooler and there was no problem. The choice for breakfast is rather limited - perhaps we were spoiled by the other hotels on this visit to Tuscany!
Good location close to train station and the city.
Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Can't believe it's only a 3* hotel - better than the 4* we stayed in in Florence
Excellent hotel close to the Pisa Railway station. Nicely furnished room, decent breakfast definitely over the Italian avarage.
Good location for connection to train station and airport which is why I chose it. Efficient staff, decent facilities. No late night food available, arrived after 12am
We received a warm and cheerful welcome and every member of staff we met on reception was friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious compared to our previous hotel. The hotel was a five minute, flat walk from the station. The location was also ideal for our 5.30 am taxi pick up to the airport - what seemed a five minute journey. Unfortunately, this meant that we could not try the breakfast. Just a shame it was a transit hotel for us so we didn't manage to enjoy all it had to offer. Reception on Sky News channel not very good - but is that a problem when you are on holiday?
Very friendly staff. Assisted us with the taxi fare because we forgot to change pounds to euro at the airport.
the very nice staff who were so very helpful and kind i would stay again as we had a really nice time marie norton no
Clean, modern, polite staff and good information. The "2 km" from Pisa center is a 45 minute walk. When taking the bus, remember to bring coins. 1,5 euros pr person and the driver doesnt change.
The hotel was very modern and clean. Breakfast was comprehensive. The staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations. Free minibar is a plus We were given expired key cards twice on check in. The gym was one treadmill and a few weights. It's a good 25 min walk to town centre and taxis are expensive. Absolutely no atmosphere or bar in the hotel; everything is very clinical and forgettable.
Comfortable, Clean and staff very pleasant. Complimentary Soft drinks in the fridge in room. Maybe could do with drawers or shelves in the room - Just one big wardrobe. Although there was a hotel guide did not say how to access the Sauna.
This hotel suited our needs beyond expectaction, pity it was as far out of town as it was The distance out of town
very comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast Superior attitude of one of the reception clerks - who didn't smile or look me in the face - is most offensive. Pisa taxi service very very bad - non-existent in the late evening. Hotel should respond to calls and pick up late evening airport arrivals. We were stuck at airport from 23:00 to 02:00 with a non-diminishing queue of people. Eventually gave up and walked - carrying heavy bags - from airport to hotel. How about that!
Close to airport. Great value for money. Clean. Silent. Helpful staff. good breakfast. when we arrived the room was a dusty, after mentioning to the reception it was clean in the same day.
too warm everywhere
Comfortable room, very helpful staff, good breakfast, free minibar items, all at a more than reasonable price Everything was excellent, can't think of anything that could be improved
It was very clean and I found the staff multilingual, very friendly and helpful. The heating did not work, so they gave me another room, which was fine.
The design of the hotel was a medieval age design and was so nice. The room was clean. The staff was not good at english but they were kind and helpful. The location is in the middle of the train station and Pisa tower. You can walk anywhere in Pisa. The bathroom was very small but it was clean.
Lovely comfortable large rooms with antique furniture. Great location - in the centre of everything and right on one of the busiest shopping streets. As the hotel is located on a main shopping street - the noise of an evening / night can keep you awake at night if you have a room which looks directly onto the street.
