Pros: The room was big and comfortable and the host was very kind and helpful. There was a beautiful lake next to residence. I liked also the breakfast.
Cons: There wasn't a coffee machine.
Pros: The location is just perfect - 25 mins from Ostroda, right besides the lake and forest. The backyard is awesome and equipped with grills and hammocks. The breakfast is exceptional. Room was super clean, light and cozy. People who work there really love this place and their guests.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Located in Morag, Narie Resort & SPA is within a 15-minute drive of Morag Town Hall and Morag Water Tower. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel is very clean, spacious and modern. There are only 25 or so rooms, so we had pool only for us, not to mention the space outside the hotel - you can have a nice walk, spend time on the hammock or sit and read a book by the small pond, never leaving the property. The breakfast was excellent, as were the views. There are also lots of extras, like bicycles, pony riding, etc but since we had our own gear we didn't test it. I wish it was warmer so we could swin in the lake which appears really nice and clean. All in all, very luxurious experience.
Cons: The coffee at breakfast was hidious - since we both are coffee lovers, we were dissapointed by this small detail. The food in the restaurant is OK, but really overpriced. 200PLN for an average dinner with 2 glasses of wine? Come on. Either you should offer excellent food, or adjust the prices.
Pros: Great place, calm, fantastic quality and staff. Goergous facilities, amazing and unique hospitality.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Excellent Resort. Everything was really perfect. Resort is located in a very quiet place where you can rest (no car, no noises from civilization, space around). Access to the beach/lake is far from about 500m. No problem to get there quickly using hotel bikes, or golf cart. High standard equipments in the rooms. SPA is clean and staff professionnal. Food is good quality (Restaurant choice (lunch/dinner) is not large but wide enough, breakfast is great) Customers care in lobby desk, SPA particulary appreciated (discretion and efficient)
Cons: Customer care in the restaurant. I would recommend to improve the communication between the staff and the customers (p.e: staff would ask for special wishes for breakfast like eggs, pancakes,...which is part of the offer by the way). Minimum care from this staff (maybe not experienced as young). too much interaction is not good but none is also not good.
Pros: Beautiful grounds, amazing boutique hotel, very relaxing and with loads of activities to do, private beach by the lake, horse ridding, bicycle trails, spa, pool. Very attentive service. Loved it.

Pros: The restraunt is good, tasty and not expensive. Staff is nice, but very overloaded with duties.
Cons: the rooms does not have fridge, teapot (was given on request), no kitchen. Place does not have available washing machine , and staff was not able to explain where laundary services can be found. the appartment with 2 rooms under roof, beds under roof your head literally touching the roof, very dangerous and uncomfortable. Place does not have private beach. A lot of people from around are coming to small piece of beach. No place to fish, all other approaches to water are private. Although it is still manageable to enjoy the lake. Cleaning of rooms was done only few times from 7 nights we were there

Pros: Nice boutique hotel in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunatelly the spa was closed on monday so when making a reservation and if spa is important, then verify whether it is open or not. Otherwise great rooms, great staff and great food. We stayed there because my wife had about 10 or more years ago a company meeting at this hotel.
Cons: Spa (sauna and/or baths) were closed (because of monday?)
Pros: Staff helped organize a shuttle to Paslek on short notice. Bikes available and in good condition, also with children seats. Nature walks on and around the property were awesome! Breakfast was very tasty but didn't vary over the days.
Cons: The wifi was very unstable in some places and at 3G level speed where it was available. Road to the property very bad on the last couple of kilometers. When we were alone in the hotel, the restaurant was closed because the staff would have had to stay for us alone. Some food /drink machines, or if a restaurant that did home delivery was suggested, it would have helped a lot.
Pros: Value for money
Pros: Very disappointed with SPA manager. Not very supportive, not friendly, not caring. Ended up being treated really badly by her. Never experienced such a bad customer service before.
Cons: SPA manager made a mistake with treatment bookings. She lied about all situation. Very bad customer service.
Pros: we had a pleasant stay thanks to staffs at front desk who are very friendly and flexible. Enjoyed good natural food at hotel restaurant. Wonderful natural environment with lakes, trees, greens.
Cons: condition of the road from the city to the hotel is not well maintained.
Pros: Absolutely stunning place. Fantastic cuisine, although meat-oriented. Not too many vegan/vegetarian options in the menu - still, you can ask the staff to prepare something vegetarian for you and they will happily do it for you. I would recommend this place for rest and romantic weekend. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

Located in Lukta, Masuria Hotel & Spa is on a lake, within a 15-minute drive of Church of Lukta and Church of Gietrzwald. This hotel has facilities measuring 5843 square feet (543 square meters), including a conference center. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The location is good. Just above the like, in the Forest, where you can find some trails swimming pool & sauna area inside the building making your stay very comfortable and this area is really nice and open 8am-10pm; a lot of facilities for kids (but some of them are not really taken care off - toys in kinda room are broken and dirty etc); great breakfast included
Cons: It probably was 4* hotel some times ago, now it’s requires repairmen; all things looks kinda old; dor example: the carpet on the floor is clean, but like lose it’s color; the food in restaurant is unreasonably expensive with very poor quality, while the breakfasts that were included in the price - were super!
Pros: Great location and nice facilities near the lake like boats, kayakis etc. Good breakfast, coffee and dining food as well. Nice restaurant garden - you can eat outside and enjoy the lake view. Amazing nature - location is what I loved the most.
Cons: First room we got was old, dirty (like dirty walls, carpets, curtains and very old furniture like from early 90's) and extramely noisy - close to disco where music was full on though noone was there. We made a deal but had to pay 30% more for a studio, that was spacious and cleaner, but still not very modern. No air conditioning and window in the bedroom despite "luxury studio". Facilities at the swimming pool and sauna not very clean. Staff nice but - only 2 people at the breakfast room with plenty of guests = dirty dishes and unclean tables everywhere, I was cleaning my table myself, carrying dishes as otherwise we wouldn't get a place to sit. Not really likely for 4**** hotel!
Pros: We had a deluxe apartment with two bedrooms (two couples travelling together) which was very spacious and had a nice view. We ate the buffet meal which was very good value. The pool was OK and there are obviously a lot of facilities if you are there in the main season
Cons: Our room was cold and because of the design (very high ceilings) had barely heated up by the following morning. The beds in one room were very hard and uncomfortable and there was only 1 non functioning reading lamp in one bedroom and the lighting in the main living area was dim (a standard lamp on the other side of the room is needed). Our biggest annoyance is that despite the very reasonable price on booking we found when paying that despite asking to pay in Zlotys (PNL) we were charged in Sterling at a very poor exchange rate plus 3% handling fee - much worse that either of us gets from our banks/ credit card companies and to make matters worse then received a receipt saying we had been offered the choice and accepted which was untrue so we left feeling ripped off
Pros: Clean comfortable. .. the staff was great.. beautiful surroundings...
Pros: Everything was great. We will come back.
Hotel E-lektor is located in the town of Morąg, just 140 metres from the Gothic town hall, and offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and private parking. Morąg Train Station is 1.3 km away. Featuring classical design, light green walls and carpets, the non-smoking rooms at Hotel E-lektor come with a desk, a wardrobe, as well as cable TV. A bathroom is fitted with a shower and a hairdryer. A breakfast buffet is served every morning and the restaurant specialises in Polish and international cuisine. Guests can also relax with a drink at the bar or on the patio open in the summer season. Bicycles can be rented out at the hotel and laundry and ironing services are also provided. Lake Skiertąg, popular with anglers and offering various leisure activities, is only 1 km away from Hotel E-lektor.
Pros: This hotel is located within a short walking distance of the train station and shopping. We had a beautiful view from our room and the beds were clean and comfortable. Plus, the bathroom had a heated floor. There was an extra fee for breakfast but the table was set specifically for us at an agreed upon time. I would definitely stay there again!
Cons: The WiFi signal wasn’t very strong and the towels not quite as soft as what I am used to.
Pros: Centrally located with easy access to shops and supermarket. Breakfast was buffet style with a great choice of fresh local foods. Staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: The hotel needs decorating and modernising
Pros: Comfortable bed. Spacious, both the room and the en-suite shower-room. Plenty of storage and tops for placing items. Helpful staff.
Cons: No complaints or dislikes of the hotel or staff but did not like the lack of consideration for others as exhibited by a few male guests who arrived very late at night (early hours of the morning), apparently without reservation and already intoxicated, loudly used the bar then noisily thumped up the stairs laughing, shouting and crashing about causing great disturbance to the other guests. I acknowledge that the single female receptionist on duty could not be expected to cope with such unforeseen situation unaided but suggest some management guidance is needed to, in future, turn such customers away.
Pros: GreAt breakfast but you need to ask for scrambled eggs- they prepare them gladly and we’ll! A little trouble communicating but the staff was always cheerful.
Cons: A little bit of road noise of the window is open, but not bad and the bed was comfy.
Pros: I paid 37 € for one night including breakfast. So my expectations were rather low, because it is clear for me that furniture might be a bit old or the room might be a bit small or something like that. You know that in advance if you choose a low cost room. But I think the room and furniture was really too old and too small for this price. Renovation is definitely overdue. Beds are not comfortable. Old carpet a bit smelly. I have seen lots of low cost rooms in Poland and would say that a price of about 28 € would be acceptable for this place. Also, you will hear your neighbors and all the noise on the corridor. However, the room was really clean, also the bathroom was very clean. Everything is old, but clean. Breakfast was fine. I would recommend for other guests to invest a little bit more and rent a room in a different location that you can really enjoy. This is practical, but not enjoyable. At least not for this price.
Pros: We loved the customer service. The people were amazing. The food was fresh and great. The owner was supperb. Very helpful and spoke some English. Made my partner more comfortable.
Cons: The mattress was uncomfortable. I have back problems so casused me minimal pain.
Pros: Good place everything there, bit of trouble with communication but overall excellent.
Pros: The room was comfortable. Home made breakfast was brilliant, much better than we expected! Staff was very helpful!
Cons: Very hard to find (in the dark time). The hotel/guest house should put more signs. It's not exactly in Rus - address Rus1 is ~1km befor/after the village Rus. Be careful!
