The bathrooms were not good. Overall the place is very dated.
Excellent location as it is in the Buenos Aires neighborhood, on the Metro and near to the Central Station. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Comfortable European sized room and decent continental breakfast. Polite and helpful multi-lingual staff.
The location of the hotel was good and the staff was helpful.
Hotel rooms were small and noisy. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not that tasty and there was not that much variation.
We like the hotel because of good loctaion(near to subway station and shopping street) and good service. We stay at this hotel some times.
We think the room should be renewed. By the way, we like before decoration in blue.
Multilingual staff always available and accommodating. Minor problems were immediately addressed and corrected.
Breakfast selection was unexceptional and breakfast service was slow.
hotel staff really good, the girl was serving breakfast was specialy good [forgot name sorry,i have poor memory] the breakfast its good and there is a lot, room very clean, grazie a roberto front office manager very polite, location its great, dont miss ristorante sabatini,in via boscovich 54,eat spaghetti crosta fantastic, pizza very good aswell, and dont miss icecream in corso buenos aires gelateria grom you want more and more.
The staff were very helpful and friendly; the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel was easily accessible to central Milan on a short Metro journey.
When we arrive we found "insects" inside the room and we phone the night receptionst in order to change the room. He said that the hotel was fully booked and it was impossible to change room. He was not polite with us, and made no effort to resolve our problem. He was just not in the mood to change rooms at 2 in the morning. The next morning we went to the reception to complaint, and they already knew what happend and now, nicelly appologized to us and changed us to a Suite. And we were albe to see that after all, they stayed with 3 rooms vacant the previous night, what confirm what we already suspected about the night recepcionist. The next morning when we left they refund us the 1st night. This was the only right thing to do in order to minimize the problem happend.
Staff were very friendly, and the hotel is in a good location, only two stops away from Duomo and the key sights.
Much over priced
