Pros: Everything was great, lovely area, and weather was good too.
Cons: It was perfect..
Pros: Gill was a fabulous host, full of information and tips for the local area. He bought veggies from his own garden (with the offer to help ourselves further), and chatted about the world cup with my husband. The pool was crystal clear and cleaned everyday, and was so appreciated, as was the air conditioning in the bedrooms. Also he supplied a spare bed to accommodate my elderly parents downstairs, and the spare be upstairs for the kids.
Cons: Being picky, more cupboard space in the kitchen would be great, when self catering. And the upstairs toilet was very loud when it flushes. Really though it was fab.
Pros: A wonderful place to relax and chill out. Beautiful surroundings lovely pool and Gilles was very welcoming and helpful. The cottage was very well equipped and we loved our stay
Pros: We had a great stay in Gostifrance. The bed and shower were great and the room was perfect for us. Every morning at 8:30 am there was a great and extensive breakfast waiting for us, with every day fresh bread, fresh cheeses from the area and fresh fruit made by the owner Gilles. Every morning he came to us to ask how the previous day had been and what we were going to do that day, giving very nice and useful information for the most amazing places in the Dordogne. Thanks Gilles for the great stay, your warm welcome and delicious breakfast every morning! If we ever go to the Dordogne, we will definitely come back! If you still have doubts about whether or not to book this accommodation, certainly do, you will absolutely not regret it and enjoy the stay, the room and the good service of Gilles !!
Cons: None, it was just perfect voor us!
