Pros: Staff very friendly &'helpful. Dinner very good ,,lovely setting on the hill , great views over the sea
Cons: Dissapointed to see a very messy carpet in dining room at breakfast with food & bottle top among the debris from previous evening. Breakfast a bit sad, seemed like food had sat around a while even tho not many guests at one time in the restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service, comfy beds ....wonderful breakfast :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so comfy had an excellent sleep. Was made really welcome & the food was first class
5.0 Okay
Pros: Honestly... the location and view! Although we didn’t get to see the view until departing.
Cons: The hotel wasn’t what I expected. The room was dusty and dated. Colour scheme was a mishmash of mustard, blue, grey and beige! Nothing matched. The shower was dreadful... no pressure, running hot and cold. 2 flies in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable... and I can generally sleep anywhere! The room was on the front of the hotel, although it had been booked (well in advance) so there was a lot of noise from traffic. The reception was just at our door so we heard every coming and going as well as every conversation from dinner guests arriving and leaving. Staff weren’t very friendly... we were practically checked in, given our key and left to it! No information on the restaurant, check out times etc. When asked if we could order in room service for breakfast we were told “ehhh no, breakfasts between 7-9am” and that was as much conversation we got from staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed comfy
Cons: Nothing everything was good and I like staying at the Hailey hotel

Cons: Our booking stated we would be checking in between 23:00-00:00 and when we got there we phoned the number and said we were outside ready to check in. Pros: location is perfect ,, staff are excellent and very helpful
Cons: this is the 2nd or 3rd time staying here & seems if your a single traveller you get stuck at the back of the property and have to listen to the drone of the air conditioning/fans all night, for being a fairly new property still using a key system for the rooms was a bit weird and retro ,, pressure of the showers not the best

Pros: Overall the management are running the hotel on a shoestring and its beginning to show in various places, the cold buffet was very poor, but the cooked breakfast was good, the staff were polite and courteous and helpful.
Cons: Attention to details in the rooms, our first room was far to noisy, but was changed with no problem. Unfortunately there was no remote for the tv, the young lady from reception tried to help to no avail, the toilet cistern was partly broken and the soap tray in the shower broken , on looking g around outside on the main staircase the bannester was all scratched none of these befits a four star establishment.
