Pros: Excellent motel right in the middle of town. Staff wonderful. Room excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: We enjoyed everything.
Pros: The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The motel was clean, warm and in a fabulous location.
Pros: The bath was huge! The best part of the stay!
Cons: Information of surrounding amenities shops business etc.None in motel folder.
Pros: Very comfortable
Pros: Very helpful staff member who checked us in early and showed us to our room providing local information
Pros: the location was lovely and the hotel room was as per the pictures which is what we wanted
Pros: Quiet, very helpful staff, great red wine, warm heating, comfy bed
Pros: Friendly staff, rooms clean and tidy
Pros: I liked the country cottage feel. It was particularly cold in Millthorpe at this time of year, and I liked the heater for the main room and the electric blankets. We traveled with our 10 month old Standard Poodle for the very first time and this venue was very pet friendly. She was permitted to sleep inside with us, there was plenty of space to exercise her and the other people in this venue were very accommodating too. We arrived late, left early, and the manager was very helpful. It is very clean, and although the winter garden was nice, I think it would be spectacular in spring.
Cons: I didn't like the shower in Room 4. The bathroom was very cold, possibly caused by the tiles and the shower head was inconsistent. It didn't mix the water, so one side gave a needle like spray of boiling hot water and the other side was a needle like spray of cold water. The shower head, might need some CLR or to be replaced. We did try to contact the manager, to discuss this issue, but received no reply.
Pros: Location was easy to find. Loved that it was on a farm.
Pros: Great to find an easy going host who likes dogs and didn't make us feel like criminals for travelling with our dogs.
Cons: Not much surface area to make a cup of tea or cook the toast.
Pros: Set in a stunning rural location , beautiful sitting area in an open courtyard . Full of birdlife ( we saw an owl during the day). Surrounded by farmland - horses , cows and a quiet picturesque valley. Strolled the quiet lane way and inhaled the fresh air.
Cons: The bathroom needs repairs - tiling and door
Pros: Great place for the dogs
Cons: The bathroom wasn’t very clean mould in the shower
Pros: Cheap and basic
Cons: It is a bit far out of the town. The shower was broken and the toilet did not work very well at all.
Pros: Place is good, staff is super helpful. So wouldn't mind visiting again.
Cons: Well, I thought we'd get hot breakfast, but it was packaged breakfast (corn-flakes, bread + butter, biscuits etc). There is no view outside the room and not well maintained. But it's not bad either.
Pros: Was continental breakfast, all provided with fresh milk, toaster fresh bread provided, all this in your room when you arrive , the portable heater was great , very cold at time of year I was staying
Cons: Probably needs a draught strip at bottom of front door , was a little out of my way, wanted to stay in Orange closer to work, but place was nice and quite and comfortable
Pros: Close to Millthorpe, quiet and great value for money.
